Since 3 days I haven't received the product after the payment also .

I have bought a Bosch washing machine at Vasanth & Co kolathur branch 1 7 months back ..vasanth &co kolathur branch sales manager and representative had committed that 24 months free service and 10 years motor warranty at the time purchase..after weekly once use washing machine getting noise and suddenly getting switched off..I have went to the showroom and requested for service...

We bought IFB 6.5 kg top load, washing machine from may 2019. our nearest Vasanth &co (Elakkiyampatti, Bharathipuram, Dharmapuri Branch). Still we change to our new home, we missed bill and warranty card. still some issues was there that wash option is not working, if the machine produces power supply...

In recent days I have been battling with Vasanth and Co Usman Road Branch after the purchase of an Air Conditioner.
I had visited the store before New Years to buy an air conditioner and I was suggested with this brand "Eureka Forbes" which had a waiting period so I reached back post New Years on 20.01.2022 while again they said 2 to 3 days but I was okay and paid the amount as well. There was a delay...

Vasanth co Manager also called for product installation Mr. Selavam phone no [protected] more than 20 calls but no response. Don't know to whom I have to complaint about vasanth and Co irresponsible behaviour.
Pls don't approach Vasanth Co for ordering products. My humble request.

We have ordered Refrigerator Samsung on 27/01/2022 and product received on 28/01/2022.
This product ordered on urgent basis. As per vasanth NCO incharge commitment installation will be done in 24 hrs. But it is not happened. False commitment given by vasanth n co. We purchased the Daikin AC, and I asked Mr. Balamurugan (Pudukkottai branch) to determine how much to pay for installation. He has said it will cost 1, 300.

In total, I would need to pay 1800 for installation, including 1300 for Installation, 300 for Support Clamp fixing, and 110 for Wire per meter.

My experience with your branch manager and marketing representative has been very disappointing. What happened...

I paid the amount in adyar vasanth & co 2cdays back for refridgerator and till today they didnot delivery me. they are torturing like anything that they will say today or tomorrow.

When I paid amount they told me that within one day delivery but till today they didnot delivery the product....

Yesterday we had purchased a refrigerator in vasanth & co in Salem new bustand branch., Mrs. Jeevitha the concern sales representative who was attend us., Mrs.Jeevitha handled us very roughly, she communicated in vulgar language to their colleagues in front o[censored]s and all customers in the showroom., It was very disgusting., She handled us only before of we paying the bill money., After we paid the bill., She doesn't respond us., Not picking...

Today I purchased BOSCH washing machine with stand and cover.
I received my order without stand. I asked the same but they simply told that stand stock not available so they will arrange the same within four days. it is not fair and I am totally disappointing with your service.
My question is why not informed at the time of billing the order.

I requesting that I need the stand at the time of installation or take...

We bought Samsung refrigerator last week Tuesday at Tambaram branch. Product delivered after three days. While installation people checked the product it was damaged at the bottom. So we raised complaint and ordered for replacement. People in showroom are lathagic and not responding properly. I am really worried to purchase in vasanth and co. We went to buy air conditioner, there was no one to greet us and explain to us about the product, especially manager Karthi was not working properly...

I bought 11 products from Vasanth n co, Ambattur and did not receive it for the past 5 days... Called customer care. They said they will check with the ambattur branch and update me. But haven't received any update till now.. Very poor service... Pls dont go to vasanth n co......
