We bought New Samsung 50 inch LED at Arani branch

Bought the time the showroom promoters promote the Samsung TV .
Yesterday your service person came to house and told that the T.V. screen spoil and the speaker also is not working .
I don't want service to replace screen and speaker .
We spent Rupees:53200 bought New TV
Within one year + spoil
I suspect the Samsung original brand is that tv?
My father and mother using that TV per day usage maximum one hour per day only

I request to kindly replace the new TV for the same brand .

We purchased one bosch fridge at avadi branch. While delivery there was dent on the door and damages. It was nearly three weeks but there is know response from your side. Iam very much disturbed repeatedly asking for exchange of fridge....

On 14.04.2022 I have purchased a Bosch washing machine from vasanth &co ( Sholinganallur branch) for Rs.33, 500/- and had paid the full amount towards which bill bearing no.[protected] was issued to me. At the time of purchase, i was promised that the item would be delivered on the next day itself (i.e on 15.04.2022) However, the said product was not delivered on 15.04.2022 as promised and some person from vasanth & co made us wait from 6pm till 12pm in the midnight for the delivery with false assurance whereby causing mental agony to me.
Subsequently, i inquired about the delivery today and was again informed that it will be made by today morning. To my shock, there was no attempts made by them to deliver the said product purchased by me.
None of the persons at vasanth&co is responding properly and repeatedly giving evasive replies.

Under such circumstances, i am constrained to lodge this complaint on the deficiency of services committed by vasanth & co with ulterior motive to cheat me.

Hence, please take necessary action against the concerned in vasanth &co and do the needful asap.

It's been 5 days we are still waiting for o'genral window AC installation and no proper response from the customer service agent. Also they are ready to remove old ac without installing new one.. should my windows be open till new ac gets installed..

I booked a AC and received after a day but still they didn't come for installation it's been 5 days after i received my AC still no one came for installing.

And also not responding properly.

I ordered Godrej AC on sunday[protected] in Sholinganallur branch which should get delivered on monday but it is not yet !

If you cannot deliver on time and stand on your words please don't take orders and give words to us that it will be delivered on next day itself. This is not the 1st time but your logistic delivery and service are damn poor.

Had purchased a washing machine from Vasanth and Co with a PROMISED delivery in 24hrs and installation and within next 24hrs. However, there was no signs of product delivery and we had personally be at the store to enquire and understand the situation. The promises are only to have the product billed and then the customer is their puppet.

I have purchased Preethi Grinder Lavender (Model[protected] Bill no:[protected].Customer name:Kanimozhi.

It's getting overheated & sounds so bad.Batter also smelling badly.when we contact the respective branch they arranged for service at home.But when we have an issue in product within 4 days then they should replace without any delay.

This is happening to me second time, previously with Panasonic split AC still we are having sensor issues as they didn't exchange i sticked with defective product.

When I tried calling the customer complaint helpline number they didn't have any patients to listen to what issue i faced with customer service.she just repeatedly asked for product details & its issue.They will arrange service at home no exchange.

Worst customer service! when i contacted vasanth & co branch customer service lady talked so rude.As i tried to reach them many times once they pick my call she is laughing.I paided money to get humiliated.

I'm writing on behalf of my grandmother (age 75) who recently bought 1 ton Hitachi inverter AC from Vasanth & Co West Tambaram branch-2. The product didn't work post installation due to malfunction. She raised a complaint but after a much struggle and physical visit they replaced the product with new one (same make and model). The 2nd one also went faulty within a hour of installation. The team checked and found it was a manufacturing defect. The 75 year old women who is now frustrated with Vasanth & Co called the showroom multiple times, but no one responded properly.
She visited the store and requested for the refund due to poor service and also sentumentally she didn't want another replacement after 2 times failure. But the showroom refused to refund and instead offering a replacement which we are not convinced. The showroom manager Nizar wasn't in a good position to console the completely disappointed aged customer whom he made to visit the store multiple times causing her mental and physical harassment. Instead he was trying to get rid of situation in an disobedient manner. His attitude was like get the replacement or do whatever you want to do. Please arrange for the enquiry on the showroom and kindly resolve this issue by providing a full refund at the earliest. I'm sharing the details below.

I bought samsung fridge on 27 March 2022 from vasanth and co TH road branch but product is not delivered yet.
I have been trying to reach customer care but no response from them as well

I have ordered Panasonic TH32JS660DX Android TV on 05/03/2022 at Arcot Vasanth & co branch & I made full payment then they told on 07/03/2022 ur product will be delivered. But till now they didn't deliver the TV. When I make a call they r telling the product is on the way.
It is very worst service i have ever seen & I didn't expect from a huge store of Tamilnadu

I have bought a Bosch washing machine at Vasanth & Co kolathur branch 1 7 months back ..vasanth &co kolathur branch sales manager and representative had committed that 24 months free service and 10 years motor warranty at the time purchase..after weekly once use washing machine getting noise and suddenly getting switched off..I have went to the showroom and requested for service on 15.02.2022..the sales representative irrespective and irresponsible in handling customers.i have complained to manager he told he will take care and will Raise service request..till today no calls and nothing happened .. Worst service .I have called complaint no vasanth &co and Bosch customer care both and informed about issue..they also same irresponsible in their work not even call back to resolve issue.. Worst service please don't buy product in Vasanth &Co..I would request please resolve my issue.

We bought IFB 6.5 kg top load, washing machine from may 2019. our nearest Vasanth &co (Elakkiyampatti, Bharathipuram, Dharmapuri Branch). Still we change to our new home, we missed bill and warranty card. still some issues was there that wash option is not working, if the machine produces power supply shocked.if we contact customer care they ask want to need bill.
so we will contact and ask to vasanth & co branch, they didnt give the dublicate bill. in this machine 4 year for machine service and 10 years for warranty is there.but they didnt help us.

Kindly arrange for service

In recent days I have been battling with Vasanth and Co Usman Road Branch after the purchase of an Air Conditioner.
I had visited the store before New Years to buy an air conditioner and I was suggested with this brand "Eureka Forbes" which had a waiting period so I reached back post New Years on 20.01.2022 while again they said 2 to 3 days but I was okay and paid the amount as well. There was a delay...

I have bought whirlpool refrigerator, washing machine, preethi mixce and Combo offer cooker sets in vallioor branch.staff tell me some gift for these products.but not given gift cheat with me. I am purchased four time in the branch.This is second time experience for me. So please take a action.

Vasanth co Manager also called for product installation Mr. Selavam phone no [protected] more than 20 calls but no response. Don't know to whom I have to complaint about vasanth and Co irresponsible behaviour.
Pls don't approach Vasanth Co for ordering products. My humble request.
Very much annoyed and bad means that much bad experience.

We have ordered Refrigerator Samsung on 27/01/2022 and product received on 28/01/2022.
This product ordered on urgent basis. As per vasanth NCO incharge commitment installation will be done in 24 hrs. But it is not happened. False commitment given by vasanth n co. On 29/01 following vasanth n co incharge Mr. Raghavan from morning 10.0am to till 5.0pm but poor response. We have called more than 20calls but not picked our phone calls.
Very bad experience with vasanth n co. We will recommend to other for getting products from Vasanth n Co.
