I have purchased 4 AC in one bill, among that one ton Panasonic AC damaged by the time of delivery[protected], no response for replacement and unethical behaviour from the Store person. The store person is saying very arrogantly if you want immediate, we will replace the cover if replacement it will take 7 days. I asked him did i paid the amount for a damaged piece where you say very cool that you can replace the specific place. It is AC we cannot take a risk in that and we need a good condition one. Today I am writing this on 9th day I have not received any update and the Store person who handles this name Vignesh is rude and he is saying without any response as I should wait because he dont know when he will receive email from Panasonic.
My question toward them is simple, I have billed the product with Vasanth and Co if any damage happens, they should get it for their customer to sort out the issue soon that too i have not installed the technician who opened the box has informed us. This summer how we can spend the days without AC, it is a big showroom and if they wait for replacement from Panasonic let them take it whereas they can replace one ton AC for us.
Handling customer service is very very very poor and they say one do one, they told installation is free only i need to buy the AC and fixing i should give 300rps but later they asked for Rs.930 for one installation whereas without asking extra copper etc, even water hose pipe to let out I have paid for.
Finally, without replacement and without getting proper response we felt very sick talking to these store people. We really need some help to find out best solution.

Purchase order placed and full payment made on 11/5/2022. No emails whatsoever, about the delivery date received. Phone call made to customer care officer who said to expect delivery on[protected] or[protected]. Nobody came to deliver on those dates. Call was made to their customer care again on[protected]. This time they promised to deliver by[protected]. Again nothing delivered by[protected]. No emails received till today about delivery schedule of my product. What a ridiculous service from a company that has existed for more than 30 years!

We bought a Panasonic AC from vasanth and co on 16.04.2022 and it stopped working after 10days even after repeated and calls to vasanth and co and Panasonic the issue is still not resolved kindly look into it at the earliest

Purchased good on 3rd may, 2022.. regarding delivery no replies, all shop contact numbers are engaged hours, staff is behaving very rudely, and charging very high for a delivery of 4 kms,

Fake promises delivered

We have made a full payment purchase on 03rd MAy 2022 for the Refrigerator but the product is NOT received yet. As on 06th may 2022

Never listened to requirements for my gas stove. I clearly mentioned that Iam looking for a big burner gas stove with bigger flame, but the salesperson suggested a model in Faber HTG654CRSBRCI, saying it has a jumbo burner, but in real it isn'nt the one, that satisfy my need. Iam totally disappointed with the customer service for giving me a false information to clear their stocks. I am in a great loss. Its been 20 days now and i require an action for selling me the incorrect product that isn't of any use to me.

Air cooler which was billed 1 month before was not delivered

I purchased a Bosch Side by Side Refrigerators, with my Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit card EMI for 9 months Tenure, they said cashback offer is available for 4905/- it will be credited before 4 month emi starts.. but after 90 days also not Credited, they also not responding properly after the purchase, I tried to reach that representative also he also not responding. Please help

I recently purchased a AC will total billing of 35, 000..manager in chennai Adyar branch assured that no extra amounts will be collected during delivery ...but the delivery mam who delivered demanded delivery amount...this s not the first time that's happening with your purchase..kindly look into it...Vasanth and co Adyar branch kindly take care...!

Last year I bought a new Haier tv on[protected]. This 43 inch tv cost was 32, 800 with stabilizer. Now days my tv dispaly is damaging I really disappointed for this product. This product is very very very worst.

This is very worst product...i bought a 43 inch Haier tv and LG fridge on[protected] then The Haier tv value was 32, 800. I bought a tv on due and last month April 2022 the dew was cleared .But this is not a quality product. Just now My tv display was damaged I'm really disappointed for this product. complaints: water was whooping out form the air cooler the whole day, no cooling whatsoever and so much of sound absolutely no proper correspondence form the dealer i would like ot return this item

Hi, I bought a whirlpool refrigerator (double door) from vasanth and co, Attur branch in Salem. After that, the technician came and examined the refrigerator and says that in the top door gasket was not properly sticked to the door and because of that hot air from outside is passing through the fridge and the fridge is sweating ( water drops inside the fridge). They used a hot glue to stick that and told us not to open the fridge for 2 days. But we are not satisfied with the product delivered, so we asked for replacement . But the manager said that it's not possible and arguing with us. We can't accept the fridge with this kind of complaint that too within 3 days this issue has been raised. We are not satisfied with the product and We need a proper replacement for this. Please do the needful.

Hi sir/madam, i have purchased LG (2ton's) AC 2 no's on 11/04/2022 from vasanth&co (purasaiwakam) which costs 51, 000 each while purchasing itself the person (Gowtham mani) who is handling AC sales section said it takes exact one week to deliver that time i accept it but i got the delivery on 19/04/2022 which is two day's excess they took for that they didn't inform me when i called also there is no response and after that the installation period is 48hrs it-seems because i have checked with few AC companies, but still i didn't get it done by vasanth&co/LG, so from 19th apr 2022 onward i used to calling the sales person but he's keep-on saying that the installation team will call u (today/morning/afternoon/evening) the same thing only i was hearing for past 3days and still nothing happened and no one came today morning i called the sales person and asked about the installation then he gave me a installation person number which is ([protected]) when i called the person in the morning he said after lunch he will come and fix it and i was waiting for long time from morning 11am till evening 6pm at-last nobody has come then again i called the installation person but the person was so rude over the phone then i disconnected and called the sales person for complaint purpose but the sales person also hesitate to bring the branch/installation team head number in the end i don't know what to do because no one is responding i have tried vasanth&co purasaiwakam branch number also but no one picked up the phone, actually i purchased this product for my office because of this my whole interior works got pending my office remaining closed for past four days because if this issue even am paying my interior designer. building rent everything feel's am losing much money because of this, so am kindly requesting you to take action on concern brand/branch/staff, hope it will work and i'll get compensation for my losses.

Yesterday your service person came to house and told that the T.V. screen spoil and the speaker also is not working .
I don't want service to replace screen and speaker .

I suspect the Samsung original brand is that tv?
My father and mother using that TV per day usage maximum one hour per day only

I request to kindly replace the new TV for the same brand .

We purchased one bosch fridge at avadi branch. While delivery there was dent on the door and damages. It was nearly three weeks but there is know response from your side. Iam very much disturbed repeatedly asking for exchange of fridge....

On 14.04.2022 I have purchased a Bosch washing machine from vasanth &co ( Sholinganallur branch) for Rs.33, 500/- and had paid the full amount towards which bill bearing no.[protected] was issued to me. At the time of purchase, i was promised that the item would be delivered on the next day itself (i.e on 15.04.2022) However, the said product was not delivered on 15.04.2022 as promised and some person from vasanth & co made us wait from 6pm till 12pm in the midnight for the delivery with false assurance whereby causing mental agony to me.
Subsequently, i inquired about the delivery today and was again informed that it will be made by today morning. To my shock, there was no attempts made by them to deliver the said product purchased by me.
None of the persons at vasanth&co is responding properly and repeatedly giving evasive replies.

Under such circumstances, i am constrained to lodge this complaint on the deficiency of services committed by vasanth & co with ulterior motive to cheat me.

Hence, please take necessary action against the concerned in vasanth &co and do the needful asap.
