Am very dissapointed to say you, that my vechicle vespa lx yellow vechicle number kl 11 bd 2397, purchased on 11th august 2016 could not been taken to service for 3 months as the only serivce center available in calicut has been closed. My vehicle gets accelerated automatically after turming it on and the acceleration increases automatically which is very dangerous. The vechicle is going beyond once control. I want you to take immediate action against this complain as its life threatening.

I have vespa sxl 150 incidently my back breaklight fiber glass broken so I go for change it to vespa service station but there staff says yo buy full set of that light why I buy full set why they not give me that seprate glass plzz tell what I do plzz suggest and help why I give him full set 550 rs

    I had a problem with this service from the beginning, they never did it on time and when we get a booking ref for the next service they don't take it on that date and delay. I've even called after so many days but still they response very rude. Worst behavior and not at all acceptable. While the time of purchasing whatever was told doesn't happen after purchasing the vehicle, we are not expecting such kind of cheap service from this reputed companies. I heard the same compliant even from few of my friends, if this continuous i'll advice everyone not to buy your vehicles because of the service

      I am facing bad service from one of your service center in ahmedabad ashram road. Its a second time when i hvnt getting good service. After service when i go for test drive i found that front wheel vibrate when we drive slow. I do the request to that person that i found this problem but they are not taking it seriously and not even show the intrest to repair and solve my problem. I had stand over there for half an hour but nobody listen my problem. Now the problem is increased while i drive my right hand pain badly. Due to this i also got back pain. One more thing they are not providing proper bill they said they have gst problem so they create bill in word or excel sheet. I need genuine person who does service accurately. Please help me because in ahmedabad there is a less service center and this center taking benefit from this.

        We got the scooter on may. Its first service was done on june. After the first service small bubbles started appearing on the front body. We complained to the concerned retailer jovie motors but they are not taking responsibility for it. They are blaming us for the appearing of small bubbles on the front. I hope that u will deal with this problem and do what is necessary and preserve our faith and trust in this company and its products.

          Iam owning 2016 vespa, paid nearly 1 lakh for this vehicle.. Right now i dontt have any service center in my place. Theyshutting down the official show room and service center in kozhikode.. From where i have to clear the reaming services balances.. If any complaints to whome i can consult.. It's really pathetic situation for internationally acknowledged product like vespa.. I lost the trust its management capabilities..

            I have contacted 3 different dealers that sell vespa's (In michigan) they return phone call after i e-mail them telling what i want kind of vespa i'm looking for. They claim they don't have in stock they we'll talk to rep. & get back with me then nothing. If this is the kind of service vespa getting they need to check these dealers out that is selling there product. If it's vespa's internal problem then they need to fix asap or going to loose a lot of customers...

              I Kvvssubash fan of vespa right from thirty years, with that confidence we had purchased Vespa VX BSIII with registration AP05DA5566 at premium cost when compared to other companies. of course we are satisfied with the technology UPTO 2016, but my vehicle is wanting of front brake shoes and waiting from six months, my front wheel is ruining with the toned brake shoes, who will bear the cost, where is the safety?, i could not understand whether to use the vehicle or put a aside, if so how to manage my daily routine?
              minimum brake shoes are not available with the service center shameful on part of the prestigious company.
              the local dealer in kakinda is ORA Motors pvt ltd, even they are helpless when there are being seriously questioned by the customers.
              if the brake shoes are not being supplied within fifteen days ie, by 22/8/2017, i am going to consumer forum and file the damages on the company and showroom who are responsible for not maintaining the minimum spares.

                As on july 17 i went to the showroom for sxl 125 and what i show there was that they are saleing bs3 model scotter even when it's banned by government and they have even transfered it to showroom owner name and using there showroom to sale second hand scotter and when i questioned them they said (Sir ab paisa invest kiya hai to kuch fayeda to lenge hi na... I also complaint this to vespa coustomer care but dint got any response... Plzzzz check this as they are spoiling your name by saleing second hand scotter with the new one as an option (Bs3) with discount rate.

                  Hi vespa team,

                  I am pragati gaykar, residing in pune, maharashtra. I bought a vespa vxl. Details of the same are as follows.
                  Date of purchase: 2nd march 2017
                  Invoice number: di[protected]
                  Chassis number: met0000daub016122
                  Engine number: m449m 3140002

                  First servicing was done on 7th april 2017 on km 724, in which the service people,
                  Covered 1st free servicing, oil treatment, consumables, teflon coating, buzzer and engine oil change, costing around
                  3100 rs. (Including amc offer). Manual invoice was generated for the same. As per the company records,
                  The entry for the 1st free servicing is shown on 17th may 2017 on 985kms.

                  On 15th june 2017, 2nd servicing was done on km 2942.in which oil change was not done.
                  As per the manager of the vespa service center told me, vespa service center changes oil on alternate servicing,
                  Which was again quite surprising.

                  Today morning, on 24th july 2017 while i was on my way to office, the vehicle suddenly stopped in the middle
                  Of the road. I tried to start it using starter, but was of full of vain.
                  Then i tried to start the bike using the kick, but the kick itself was completely jammed.
                  I contacted the vespa service center at around 12 pm. They told me that they will send the mechanic
                  At the place but it will take at least 3 hours. The distance from the service center is approx 25 kms and it takes hardly half an hour to reach the place where i was stuck.
                  Finally i had no option but to park my vehivle to a safer place nearby, which was great inconvinience
                  Because i have to carry my vehicle to the place by hiring a labour. Un-necessarily i had to skip my office.

                  At 3 pm, 2 mechanics from vespa service centre came for the inspection and after inspection concluded
                  That the engine has siezed due to lack of oil. Again it was very unusual for a new vehicle (4months old)
                  And recent service was done just month back.

                  When i enquired about the actual reason for the same, the service centre manager said that they will
                  Send the vehicle back to company for repairing the engine.
                  As per my information, engine sieze is a big issue and i am sure that the vehicle wont give the same performance
                  As a new vehicle should give. Also once the engine is opened for repair, it will continue giving some or the other issues.
                  This is not at all acceptable as the vehicle is just 4 months old and after repair there will be no assurance of the same performance.

                  Also i do not trust the service centre peopleany more. As even in the previous services, not a single problem reported from my side was solved.
                  Twice i have given negative feedback on which still no one have reverted.
                  I need a serious answer as it is not acceptable from a re-known company like vespa which have goodwill.
                  I do not want my vehicles engine to be repaired, instead strictly demand a replacement.
                  And if that is not acceptable from your end i have to write the same to consumer court. Till then i request not to operate on the engine.

                  Please revert to this mail asap. If required, i can send the supporting documents for the complain.

                    severe vibration at low speed

                    I am leaving my comment in here with ultimate disappointment about being unable to get help from vespa authorized service centers in kerala to help me with finding out a solution for the severe vibration of my vespa sxl 150 during low rpms. I just did 2428 kms on it and has done the second service. I suspect i have a defective clutch. I want vespa to replace my parts or find a permanent solution to the problem i am facing with my scooter....

                    I own Vespa 250IE and had a recall on fuel pump at 1300 miles then again same thing at 4500 miles. So now are you expecting customers to replace file pumps every 3000. I use to own an Aprilla Mojito 2007 150 and never replace a fuel pump. So now I'm going to spend approximately 600-800 to get fixed with no scooter for 3 weeks in Ohio which you can drive twelve weeks out of the year.                       Complaint Re-Opened by Rutuz under supervision of Prathamesh from Piaggio on Toll Free complaint no.[protected]

                      Complete Incident :- Entire Routine Service of the Vehicle including Oil-Change, Applying Side Stand, Mileage, Checking of Breakshoe, Oiling, etc.was supposed to be done.

                      Three Years ago, when the vehicle was sold to me, they were located in the Heart of the Town which was correctly reachable to us. Now, they are located 20KM away from the Main Town i.e. at Parbatpura Bye-Pass.
                      I am a Severe Diabetic and Heart Patient and had to Drive till their THRICE and every-time, the pretend is being taken that the Mechanic was not Available at the Workshop and Authorities their never pick any phone-calls. I was sitting their Un-Attended for TWO Hours.
                      Mechanic Manish asks for undue monetary favors from customers in lieu of his dutiable services.
                      Customer Care Executive are helpless themselves and dealer doesn't even respond them correctly
                      Such Un-professionalism from Piaggio was never-ever Expected.
                      Seeing such a Poor Service from Dealer, I feel Unfortunate to buy a Vespa while Vehicle itself is Exceptional.

                        I joined your company as an intern as one of my senior brother was working in ur company in sales department. I was in service department. I waz good at work, used all my efforts learning things. I not only was learning but they treated me like they were paying me salary i used to do 3-4 servicing in a day., this continued for 3 months. I was told that i will not be paid for 2 months at the beginning and after that they will see how i perform reharding that they will decide for the 3 month. With no complaints i did nt say anything when the 2nd month was over but in when.the.3rd month was about to be over they had no reponse for me, they just want to people to work them for free . The worst part was they didnt give me salary, no problem but when i went for the certificates even than its been more than a month i have left that company bt still they havent given my trainee certificate.
                        I was very wrong about this company. Please i request you to look into this matter. I hope i get my certificate.

                          Hi good afternoon team,

                          I would like to bring a notice that after posting a complaint before regarding disrespected at pillai motors on may 8 (Exact date not known), i spoke to mr. Sundaram at pillai motors and gave him enough time till june 10 to get me a solution for this disrespect mannerism. But he just said they had terminated the employee but my question here is "is that a benefit for the customer who was disrespected before other customers". Mr. Sundaram finally hung up the phone by uttering the words, there is no interest to talk to me where i demanded the cash back for the service at pillai motors. It's better for me go with the legal complaint on your vespa company for giving such a mannerism. See you all in court soon.

                            I have given a service to pillai motors at chennai on 17.04.2017 and delivered on 24.04.2017. When i given serive, i have given a compliant for starting trouble and smoking. They kept my vehicle for one week and charged for rs.3205/-. But they did nothing. Because the same problem which was happen in continuously still. One service man came and attended. But no improvement. The vespa spares are not available in the market also. Other mechanic was not able to attend it. I am totally fed up for your company's service. Very very worst their service. They could't identify and solve my vehicle's problem. If it continues i should sell my vehicle and purchase another brand. Because in chennai there are 3 service stations only available. I cannot repair any other place in chennai. (After 24.04.2017 i have traveled only 30 km for the past 1month.

                              I have got my bike serviced in Begumpet - Hyderabad in March last week and the performance was extremely BAD.. I had to revisit the showroom for a service again in 30days.. and both the times they have charged me 1000+ and 3000+ times respectively..
                              I am deeply hurt with the professional attitude and service quality.

                                My vespa has starting problem and when it gets start it stops in between which is very annoying its been one year now this is happening.. We complaint to our dealers also they only say that it has come for servicing..3 months back i was driving my vespa suddenly a man on the road came up to me n said your petrol is leaking.. And now again its not starting.. Its been 1 week i cnt use my vespa.

                                    My Vespa scooter had a damage on its body and i want to repair the scooter. I have also the bumper to bumper insurance for the vehicle. I must get a cashless claim but the company denieying it.company saying that I only get a benefit for the full cover insurance, That means 80perc. Coverage. I think company has a private reason for this conditions.. As a customer why should i paying b2b insurance premium.? Wht is the reason for the company to behave like this.? What is the difference between b2b and comprehensive insurance.?

                                      I have purchased Vespa 125 from a dealer st chennai with temporary registration at Pondicherry RTO till then all free services were done at Vingesh Motoreux Poondicherry- a deealer at Pondicherry. My vehicle no. is PY BV 1978
                                      My residence is 20 kms away from the service center. My rear view mirror broken, I went to buy from the dealer but they refused to sell the mirror instead they told me to bring the vehicle to the service and they themselves change the
                                      mirror. For changing the mirror i have to travel all the way 20km from my residence. So i request to ensure the selling of spares to the customers
                                      Hii I am Vespa owner since 2 year bt do not find any satisfactory service for it .even now I am having trouble in finding parts for it.help me out.
