i booked a vespa xe through refrence no./serial No. 021714 on dated 20/1/1983 booking amount Rs.500/- .
i sent to your good office the original reciept of the booking for refund but till date i did not recieved the refund. so therefore i again request to you send me the refund along with interest as per rules to my new address : C/o Ashok Kumar,109-H, Sheikh Sarai, K-Pocket Phase-2, New Delhi-110017.

    I AM IN CHENNAI, TAMILNADU.i have to pass my piaggio ape vehicle for fitness certificate.so i gave my vehicle to SNR MOTORS -PORUR authorized service centre for complete service of my vehicle.i gave my vehicle on 11 th march till date ie 22.4.2009, my vehicle is not ready . there is no water wash in the service centre they asked my driver to water wash the vehicle out side and then to give them.my driver searched for a water wash station and waited for 4 hours and did the water wash and gave to the snr motors in the evening.first they told a date when we called on that date they shifted it to another date .only date shifting is going on, my vehicle is not ready.when my driver asked for the reason they told that they had painted the vehicle, after painting they found that b ubbles formed on the coat then they found that paint quality is inferior now they are scratching the entire coat & repainting again, then they have found a oil leekage in engine so they have to see it again then they replied that, in 2 days vehicle will be ready.my questions are

    whey there is no water wash in a service station.why the customers are subjected to such irritation.

    if they are good professionals whey are they not able to finish a vehicle on time and why are they not able to give a correct date when my vehicle will be ready?.

    does a service person doesn't know the difference between a inferior paint and a good paint. this denotes that knowing that it is inferior they have painted once they saw the bubbles they feared they will be caught and painting again.

    what sort of work has been done previously if a oil leekage is found only at the time of completion this implies that they have not done the work properly in the beginning.

    these guys are spoiling the name of piaggio.


    CONCLUSION. I WILL NEVER GO FOR A PIAGGIO VEHICLE AS LONG AS SNR MOTORS PROVIDE THE SERVICE.I PREFER TATA INSTEAD

    with due regards i would like to request u that we have purchase ape piaggi=
    o three wheeler from your company in 2007. we have also purchsed your ape s=
    uraksha plus policy of worth Rs. 855 last month. on monday evening(5th of o=
    ctober). our 3 wheeler was break down in sec. 29 of panipat(haryana). I con=
    tacted to your service station mechnique mr. bijeneder kumar(([protected]) =
    about your break down service. He replied me that it's better to contact to=
    the custmoer care next morning=A0 because of the late evening. next mornin=
    g on tuesday, i hired a mistri on my behalf and took him to the place where =
    my 3 wheeler was break down. he tried for one and hour but in vein. than i =
    contacted again to mr. bijeneder kumar about the problem then he gave me on=
    e mobile no. of mr. rajan([protected])I tried to contact to mr. rajan 8 or 10 time but =
    he didn't pick up the phone. then=0A i again contacted to bijeneder kumar t=
    o confirm the cell no whether it was right or wrong. in between our convers=
    ation, one call was there from mr. rajan. then i again dialled mr. rajan ce=
    ll no. after 3rd attempt he picked up my phone. then i asked him to pick th=
    e phone if somebody is trying your phone again and again. then he replied m=
    e that he was not free to attent my phone . he had so many work to do not o=
    nly the work to pick up my call. he also told me not to dial his cell no. a=
    gain. then i asked him to give me this statement in written( not to dial hi=
    s cell no). he=A0 threathed me who r u to talk with me like this.
    iyt was 11.20 a.m. when all this was happened. then mr. rajan. handed over=
    the cell phone to someone elso who talked with me in duly manner.he told m=
    e to wait for 15 minutes so that their pick up van and the machinique may b=
    e able to reach the site. but after one and a half hour, no one was there t=
    o meet our problem.=20
    at last=0A i my self had to make arrangement to conquer the problem.
    I think that it was not the appropriate way to talk with the custmor and wh=
    at's the benifite to take these type of schemes(suraksha plus) if nobody is=
    there in need.
    so pls convey my complaint to the concerning authority and feedback to me o=

    I have purchased 2 Piaggio Ape in April 2008. Since then the Meter chain(Speedometer) of both vehicles is being broken every time in interval of three to four days. I have contact to M/S P C Bhandari Automobiles, Jodhpur to resolve this problem then he changed the speedometer Chain on immediate basis, but the problem was not solved. I faced it again and again. Automobile mechanics are saying that this is manefacterer defects. It will get resolved only by the company Service engineer . I am lodging complain from last 1.5 years no body from company has been contact me. So, I would request you please resolve this defect as soon as possible. I am waiting for your call as soon as possible.

      I was member of PF fund pune during my service period Sep 2005 to April 08, I left the job for my personal reasons & started my own business from May 08, Piaggio has submitted papaers in Jyly 08 towards withdrawal of my PF/FPF etc. but till today the amount has not been credited to my AXIS BANK-BARAMATI [protected]

      MY A/C DETAILS ARE AS UNDER-31072/7652 EMPLOYEE CODE OA791
