Sub: Complaint Letter for Poor service “savirro motors”
Respect sir,
With due respect, I am typed this letter to you to inform you that we are not receiving satisfactory work from your service department, daily we are facing issues in the system which a big huddle in the work. So I don’t want my scooty back. As you know it is unprofessional so please ask your team members to work properly as it will be not tolerated next time. From the starting onwards I’m facing daily issues reason I leaved my scooty 2nd and 3rd service there my problem started with service section . Please do consider this complaint. If you fixed properly means you can give it back other wise no need my vespa scooty.

    I've bought a vespa urban club in the month of September, 2021 and it gave me trouble after 15days from the date of purchase i.e., damage of fuel pump, service center replaced it because it is a new vehicle. And now speedometer cable broked but the company's service center is denying to replace it. I'm questioning you that how can a world class company's product will be damaged in such a small time i.e., 9months. And moreover local company's are providing quality products which lasts for years.

      Our vespa was not starting sometimes.we gave vespa to workshop in Kakinada.Its about 10 days they are not responding they are saying that the parts are not available.If the parts are not available then why you launched vespa.Without availablity of spare parts, why your company was there.Is your company is only for advertisements?we will wait for only few days if the problem was not rectified we will go to consumer court.

        My vespa which i bought 15 months back with 1300 km running causing trouble and when i took it to showroom they are telling that its fuel pump failure directly, please look in to this issue and replace my fuel pump.

          I have taken vespa only 4 months ago,
          But now when it get heat while driving then its not starting also I have finished only 2 service. Then I gave service at Coimbatore PV motors vespa delers and they are saying that I should pay 5000 to solve this problem and for what????
          At what guarantee vespa is giving to customers the vehicle is new only 4 months is gone plz solve this….

            Hi everyone, 29th May 2022 I had purchased new Aprilia SR 125 CC from Avanish motors Ganganagar and at the time of delivery there was scratches on vehicle and i asked them and they told they will replace and they made our famiy to wait for 3hrs and they bought other scooter and replaced mask and delivered and did not give bill for accessories as well. And after they called me to fit the Number plate i went and they fitted number plate and after i came home i observed that front part was come out and it clearly shows replaced from mask was also old and lot of sound coming from new vehicle which is less than 15 days. I want new vehicle to be replaced or I want from mask to be completely replaced and want compensation for not delivering new vehicle and harassing customer and also wasting time of customer I want justice.

            Also the side mirrors were used one and after i fought to them they have not replaced but just cleaned i wanted everything to be replaced and also need compensation.

            Hi Consumer forum team whats happening on my complaint, is this the way the consumers wait for resolution iam still facing issue with the biked Headlight going right side, handle is right side, front mask not replaced and no compensation given to me. Please help on this.

                  The service for the bike is not satisfied. The managers and workers changing the cost of service is varying day by day . The bike should have given to me by yesterday but till now its in showroom for service . The service is very poor . Kindly look towards this

                      I am from Negros Oriental, bought my Vespa Primavera at QUEEN CITY VESPA, CEBU CITY last Dec. 08, 2021 and used it until Feb 12, 2022 because its not working anymore...I brought it for a check up last Mach 13, 2022 at VESPA Lahug, Cebu City Office and display center...found out the next day that it has a defective "FUEL PUMP"...I've been waiting for the parts up til now, but up til now there is no stock..

Where i will complaint the issue. And if they didn't release my scooter within 7 days. im forcing togo for consumer court. Im ready to face case by court

                            Poor service, the two wheeler stops and doesn’t start. The procedure is so long and so slow. Highly disappointed I will never recommend anybody to purchase Vespa. So facility of delivery. The fault is of Vespa and we have to pay delivery cost.

                              Taking Vespa Scooter is one of the biggest mistake of my life. Spare availability is challenge. My scooter stop midway of the highway no pickup support from the service center. Then i taken support from local vendor. after that no availability of spare part in local market. when reaching to authorized service center in Gurgaon sec -14. No part availability lead time 15-20 days. such a wrong decision.

                              As a suggestion never buy vespa product in India. Also buy a prduct which has after sales service & service network

                                  I'm girl I have taken scooty for my college purpose but since from the day I bought it after month it started to stop and doesn't start it's very risky for me take it anywhere long distance because it stops I feel like I bought an old scooty not a new branded scooty I'm very disappointed with this scooty and service of vespa it's better to sell it than to use it

                                      Buying a Vespa was my dream. I worked hard for that. Many told me not to buy Vespa but my decision was strong. Finally, I bought my dream vehicle but within 2 months its speedometer stopped working. When I called the service centre and explained my problems that occurred due to Vespa they told me that the complaint is with the fuel tank and they are helpless because they don't have any spare parts with them. I was in trouble so many times, Vespa got stopped in between my travel and even amid the railway cross. All these troubles occurred only because of Vespa even if I cared my scooter did services correctly. I approached the showroom and they referred me to the service centre SIVAJI VEHICLES NEERAMANKARA, KAIMANAM PAPPANAMKODE TRIVANDRUM. On Jan. 24 I gave my vehicle for correcting the issues but I don't get it back yet. They are telling that they need to change the fuel tank as the vehicle can be started only after 3 hours once the scooter is off. They are not saying when I will get my scooter back. Hope you understand my practical difficulties. They're telling me no spare parts are with them! I'm working at VSSC and I face great difficulties in travelling without a vehicle.

                                      It's my NEW VESPA! Hope for a positive response from you. Kindly do a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll move for further proceedings. I'll bring this issue to the public with the help of social media and other ways. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. I waited for my Justice but now I understood it's just meaningless! Vespa is not showing any kindness towards their customers but only money minded.

                                      For reference: I got my scooter on SEPTEMBER 20, 2021.

                                      Bill amount: 1, 28, 757 /-
                                      (Maybe these are just numbers for you.. But for me it's my hard work, every paise is precious)
