    I am Pratima Ganesh Vairagar from pimpri chinchwad .Three months happened, i have taken vespa new but it's showing to much problems issues like battery is not working properly and now it's not getting start.I am very frustated from new vespa soon, I am take action it.

      Am sending this mail due to my frustration, I was a hard core fan of Vespa Scooters, but now I understand  Vespa is not a reliable scooter, I bought Vespa around two years back in the month of October and last day my scooter fell down,   when I examined the reason, I was shocked to see the only two year old Vespa's side stand was  completed wrapped buy rust. Due to the the poor quality of side stand offered by Vespa my vehicle is damaged.Moreover this, two days ago I had given my vehicle to the authorized Vespa service station for the normal service and they didn't check the vehilce properly. My question  is very simple, " why should I take my scooter to authorized dealer for service" ?? and "Why did I pay for the service"??? for the negligence from dealer. I need complete replacement  of the side stand and damage happens to the scooter due the damaged side stand.

        Hi,

        I have given my vespa dor serivicing in Savirro motors.

        Could you please let me know the status of my Bike... I have asked for insurance and no reply from your side. I couldn't follow up every time what's happening. Is the bike serviced. Very pathetic service.

          I have purchased VXL VESPA Scooter this year FEBRUARY 2020, i had to visit VESPA showroom thrice because I have received faulty Scooter. When I contact customer service for their support they just take my Scooter and keep it for a few days then return it in the same condition.

          This is my worst experience and I will never suggest my friend family or relatives to buy this brand.

          THIS IS A REAL WASTE OF MONEY AND IT IS A PIECE OF SCRAP. KINDLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY:(😡

            Hi,

            This is Meenakshi and bought Vespa before one and half year. From the very beginning, we are telling that the side stand is not proper. One time while riding, it got dismantled and also it was fixed. Now again, the same problem is there and this is very life threatening. Now the second time it got dismantled while driving. Fuel meter not working.

            Very dissatisfied with the service and also with the vehicle performance.

            Don't you know this is a failure model and how can you sell without telling these. I NEVER SEEN SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWER FROM THE SHOWROOM SAVIRO MOTORS.

                    I would like to draw the attention of the coustomers of Vespa. The Shyam Automobiles of Tinsukia, Vespa dealer (Assam) is not good at all. Instead of repair my Vespa Notte scooty(11months old, 9823 km running) became worst as they do not have the facility and required equipments plus train mechanics.

                      Excuse me, Am purchased Vespa sxl mat red scooter on October 2019 .Now finished The free services and I take the Annual maintanance contract.Now the scooter show starting problem.I informed this problem to kaizen motors(palakkad), they suggest for service.2 services done with in 4 days, but nothing happend.Again the scooter show starting problem.I lost my working hours due to this problm.am totally disappointed the service provided by kaizen motors( palakkad)

                        I was removing my scooter from my home
                        Outside of the gate there is a bike
                        My Vespa slightly touched to its silencer and back mudguard has broken like it’s a cheap kind of plastic
                        I would like to ask you
                        Are you really maintaining the quality of the mudguards or its a very cheap kind of material you are using I need it to be replaced with a free of cost because I am under warranty and it’s just only 20 days of purchase INFUTURE IAM NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND VESPA FOR MYSELF AND ANYONE WHOMSOEVER ASK ME UNTIL AND UNLESS I[censored] TAKE SERIOUS ACTION ON MY REPLACEMENT would like to hear from you as soon as possible

                          Hi team vespa,

                          I bought vespa zx125 last year 24th october 2019,

                          I am having a very bad experience with vespa scotty and vespa showroom in bangalore (Flash motors).

                          I am listing the points of disappointment below :

                          1. Handle was not accurate, it was slightly bend.
                          2. Rear shocker makes unwanted sound which is irritating.
                          3. While riding the bike, the second rider feels hardness due to shocker issue
                          4. Middle stand always touches the speed breaker and makes sound as if it's broken
                          5. I have been running behind the insurance stuff but denied by showroom as they advised to contact insurance team directly or else they ask me to leave my scooter which would take one month time to get it done.

                          Kindly suggest me on the above points asap. I am looking forward to listening from you on this matter.

                                I bought my vespa on 31st december 2019 from udalguri archona motors, which is under durga auto, mangaldai to my knowledge. It's august 21, 2020 now, i still didn't get my number plate from the showroom while i gave every needed documents and the amount at the very time i bought the scooter. I have been calling the person from dealer and pleading them to provide me the same. It's so embarrassing to ride the scooter without number plate for a period of almost 8 months now. M getting harassed by the police many times on the checking and all for not having number plate and have to deal a lot of time making them understand. Many times police suspects the scooter to be an illegal one. They stops me every where and makes to open every boxes and everything under scooter seat box.
                                I'm really very disappointed, and stand not to deal with the company after this one.
                                Hoping i can get some quick response from whoever concerned.

                                  I purchased a vespa sxl two wheeler in february 2020 from vespa showroom at avinashi road branch, coimbatore. At the time of booking they promised me to give a helmet (Which is also mandatory). At the time of delivery they said that they are waiting for stocks to come from head office and will give on receiving the same. After so many months, i have not received the helmet, provided the government has allowed goods transportation. Now i don't have any response for my calls also. Please look into the matter and resolve my grievances.

                                      I had my vespa servicing in july where after that the lockdown occurred so i hardly went outside and also the next of my servicing the vespa was not self starting it need to kick then only. After some days it totally goes off the lights of the screen and its not starting. Due to its not starting anymore i can't come for the servicing. However the service charge is too much but the problem is still there. Could you please resolve this? Asap it's urgent i was waiting for the unlock.. Neither i can start nor i can go anywhere..

                                        In march 2020, purchased a new vespa supertech 300 from m&p in wales. Shortly after purchased and within a couple of hundred miles, i became aware that when the engine was warm and i stopped it for a short period of time, it would not restart.
                                        Within a couple of months of ownership and due to the coronavirus, i booked into c d scooter in brighton and asked whether they could identify the problem. They initially thought the scooter needed remapping and this was completed. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. A few weeks ago, i booked it in for its first service with c d scooter and they informed me that piaggio had identified the problem and that it would be sorted under warranty. I had to leave the bike with for one week whilst i waited for the part to arrive. When i collected the vespa last monday, i was told that the problem was not resolved and that it was due to the temperature of the bike.in short, c d scooter informed me that when the bike temperature rose above 100 degrees, it will not start and at present, this problem is unresolvable.
                                        Today, i stopped off at a cash point to collect some money and when i attempted to restart the bike, the same problem returned. It simply would not start. Having waited about 5 minutes, the scooter then started.
                                        As this is a brand new scooter and is the most expensive vespa model, i am sure you agree that this is not acceptable. This scooter retails at nearly £6000 and is an expensive vehicle.
                                        I am aware that c d scooter have also brought this to you attention and i await your response with a proposal as to how this problem can be resolved.
