This is not expected from such a big banner of disappointing service and default vehicle... i have taken the vehicle last year and before it turns 1 Year i have really bad experience with the vehicle. Firstly started bike turning OFF when driving and it will not get start after so much of try and i have approached Shrey Automotives where i use to give my Vehicle for servicing and they took almost 3 Weeks to get that done serviced and again after that again in next less then 3 Weeks it started again with new errors like lights turning off when turning vehicle handle.. And this is very bad to see i trusted Vespa with their brand in the society but this disappointed me either with the service and customer support response.

    I have been Complaning since the Inception of my Purchase on 23 March 2021 and every time the Service Centre convinced me that the problem is inbuilt. Problem: Hoarding Sound in Front ABS Wheel everytime there is speed breaker or any Road Hole. Please do the needful at the earliest.

      The vehicle handed over for service at Service center at 09.00 am with certain complaints .The Service manager promised us to deliver the vehicle at 12.00 noon to GH Madurai. Up to 15.30 hrs no correspondence from service center and we have contacted the service center for the delivery of the vehicle .The service Manager has told that it will take at another half an hour for delivery .Finally the Delivery boy comes with bill and some of the complaints we have asked are not attended. In this era of technology, The Global Brand like VESPA is astonishing to see that service center is not communicating to customer through SMS or Voice for service completion and informing service cost and mode of payments to pay and sent the link for payments .One cant understand that the company in rudiment stage or Service center is in rudiment stage .No follow up from service center for free service and follow up after service . One have to encounter one problem or multiple problem whenever contact the GRAND MOTORS from purchase to service no piece of mind .The premier scooter selling company must render premium service to customer. In first service they told that your vehicle cover near Neck is broken, how it happens God only knows, During purchase the dealer company failed to contact my creditor for obtaining forms .After remitting full amount also they delayed delivery and supplied medium level Helmet and refused to change it for large level helmet .The attitude is not desirable by the company .

        We bought a vespa zx 125 vehicle.On delivery I saw about the faulty mirror and complained to them.They said it will be rectified in first service.But now even after Fourth service they have not done anything.Today we asked about that.That manager was so rude and said do whatever you want we won't change that one. This is so rude of him especially for the people who connect with public.

          My Vespa LX 125, is having issues regarding Fuse problem and also wiring.The vehicle completed 2 years on 6 July 2021 .The fuse has created problem 8 to 9 times and also we informed to the service center of Thermax Chowk, Chinchwad, Pune, regarding the issue . They didn't take any action.They told us that they will resolve the fuse issue in warranty of 2 years but they have not changed the wiring .As we are facing the problem, we have given complaint to the service center at least 8 times.They are not looking into the matter actively.Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

            This is Bharath i visited Amzath Motors vespa work shop in kadapa for service and with complaint speedometer not working. Its a new vehicle delivered on January but they are saying speedometer problem and it will not cover under warranty. I always repair my vehicle in authorised delear my vehicle in warranty period. please do needful and reslove my issue.

              Mh vespa Mh13 Bx 1545 had serviced from Chikhale Moter vespa service centre Mangari Pune aon[protected]. But vespa scooter not sercived satisfactory. After service vespa scooter not runs smoothly, its accerater not working smoothly. This problem shows to service centre Chikhale on next day but not reslove the problem. After this service no feedback call received from service centre.

                    I bought the vespa on October 2020. It's been 6 months. But I am having trouble for the past 3 months. When the bike is turned off.. I can't start again. Have escalated this issue to the service centre, customer care of vespa as well. They couldn't fix this even after 2 months. My bike has been stalled and in service centre for more than a week. But never gonna stop until this has been rectified properly.

                            No servicing was done only bike was wash ! They didn’t even clean carburettor neither changed oil !! My bike is not starting now !! After telling them this issue they were speaking to me arrogantly!!

                              I have struggling for over 2years. My scooter has suffered mANY PROBLEMs, faulty engines, leakage in fuel tank, acceleration issues, broken connecting rod. It's way to expensive to get it repaired from authorized service centres and they take months to solve the issue. They are unable to provide any spare parts so that atleast i can resolve the repairing issue from outside. I am tired of this ###. There's a limit to everything. I may now take the decision to file a case at consumer FORUM against Vespa so that strict action is taken against this company and their harassment to the CUSTOMERs. Vespa is clearly taking advantage by overpricing everything, not providing spare parts in the market causing harassment to the CUSTOMERs. Please help me out here.

                                    Hi this is Anupa Jangid, I stay at Mira road East, I brought vespa in December 2019, from that time only it was little different from other Scotty to ride, from starting onwards the bike was always go automatically right but it was manageable, but from last 8-10months it is very difficult to ride on the speed of 40kmph I am not able to turn left it's going online to right side, it's threaten to my life, I have given the bike to Mira road vespa service center the problem is not resolved. Request urgent help to resolve the problem, if anything happens to my life who will be responsible.

                                      My vehicle got stop on the road a be vechical, this is the third time it's happening and I used to stand on the road to 2 hours every time, last time when I gave to the vespa mechanic he said the pump problem after this lockdown only he can replace it, how come the new vechical which has not gone more then 1500km would happen like this, , my parents told me don't go for this costly vechical when you have good vechicals in the market which gave good milage and all but I didn't listen to there words, now I'm realising that what I have decided was wrong, , , , I taught this is the best vechical in the market which will perform better than any other vehicles, my scooter stud me on the road for third time, I new the explanation for this and more over in this Corona time I couldn't get help from the strangers as well this is ultimately threaten for your life, , , , in the nights after my job over If I get this situations what would happen, I'm requesting the company to replace my vechical immediately after all for the conser of individual girl suffering on the road, .                                         I bought a new Vespa(SXL 125cc) on 6th July 2020, it's nearly 8 months time (short period) by which my vehicle is not working properly and I took my scooter to the service station two weeks back and they told the fuel pump has got damaged and also there was some shortage of the part they said they had to order it, then I contacted near by service stations too. They said there is a lack of the part everywhere .How does that can happen ! I never expected such a bad experience from your side, I have to travel nearly 60km daily as a part of my job, and during this panademic it's really hard to depend on public transport. I have been waiting for the pass two weeks ( almost 16 days), whenever I contact them, they say it's because of the lockdown at Pune. That's not our matter because the vehicle is new and you guys don't even have a back up to rectify the problem. Why are you guys so irresponsible, you should have ensured that there are proper materials available on the service station for further rectification of the vehicles. Most of the companies like Honda, TVS are providing good service to the customers and that's y they r no 1 in the market .It reflects the bad quality of the product too, or may be u attached a damaged fuel pump on the vehicle or then how it got damaged in this short period of time. Please try to provide required accessories to your service stations before it goes out of stock, it's a request. It's really pathetic situation.
