I have purchased a Vespa 150cc during Aug 2019 at JMB showroom Anna Nagar, Chennai. The vehicle had a provision of GPRs connection, but it was not installed but payment done for that. Till yet not connected GPRs.
Second concern was, after 10 months our vehicle battery fully dead and referred service center, by that time they told its under warranty period and as such they don't have stock for replacement, so they provided me standby battery till new battery receipt, till date serveral times approached for both battery and GPRs connectivity but my concern is not been addresses.
For the past 20 days our vehilce was dead due battery drain and no repsonse from service team.
Now they claiming that no record for the battery standby provided in thier records, but i have old used battery in my vehicle. Raised my concern to customer care too.
Changing the battery for the cost of Rs 1500 is not my concern, but an integrity issue.
Hope i can get a response from the VESPA team for both Battery and Connectivity issues as i am not getting support from JMB team and customer care..
