I bought brand new vespa in Jan 2021. Had first free service in feb... After that no service for my vehicle til September...
At the end of September the vehicle got switched off while driving... Took it to the nearest vespa showroom with the help of road assistance...
There I really had a very shock news that the vehicle's spares were theft by the dealer itself at the feb month itself... We were unaware of the theft until it get switched off suddenly while driving... When I asked for the same to the dealer they were not accepting the fault... The vehicle is with the dealer only for past 25 days.. No response yet...

My vehicle have crossed just 2000km in the past 9months ... Even on the first free service itself we found 2faults that the light under the seat cover was broken and the vespa logo was changed to old one
We immediately enquired they accepted the fault but delayed to change the new light... Until now it was not changed..

Hereafter, I can't believe on vespa
Totally exhausted about the thing happened

Can't believe that the vehicle I bought was a new one... I think it might be a secong hand one they remodeled to a new one...
Shame on u vespa..

Only one free service was done... But they mentioned that they did a free service for the month June, July, August month...
This too fraud...

Waste of money on vespa

I have purchased above vehicle on 29th September 2020. During the month of September 2021 MC KIT of the vehicle stopped working. I had visited your dealer/service centre at Kuloor, Mangalore, Karnataka and raised the complaint for the replacement of MC KIT on 1st October. Since then I have been repeatedly calling your service centre at Kuloor-Mangalore for replacement of the same and I have not received any positive response from them. The service centre states that they have not received the spare part from the company despite placing the orders. It is surprising that such a reputed company like VESPA PIAGGIO is so casual in attending its customers. I had paid double the prize for a purchasing a vespa vehicle expecting good service. It is regretful that my expectations from you is not met.

Please advice your service centre to replace MC kit immediately.

It is my second complaint for this matter, I brought Vespa 125cc scooty from Siliguri "Shree Automobiles" But they are not issue Number plate till date,

My bike is berkdown to my home place...

It's been 1 and half month since I have my scooter for repair and it's still not repaired. Upon calling they just reply saying it's being repaired or parts ordered and not reached. I gave my vespa sxl 150 for insurance claimed repair on 20th August 2021 and today it's 5th October 2021 . The name of the scooter dealer is Kv mototech located at Mapusa, Goa India. I've been calling them almost every week but they just say ots under repair. And sometimes they disconnect calls while keepinge on hold or they say service advisor is busy can't talk.

i bought a vespa scooter SXL 125 from Aryan automotive, jamnagar.
the scooter with aryan automotive showrom transferred me from jamnagar to morbi transport which was damaged some parts in treansportand i have not received any lessons yet and no response.

Tamilnadu, Salem district, in Sp enterprises company we bought vespa scooter . But not even complete a year we get so many issues and complaints in that vechile that battery is always down and not able to start . There is no proper service solution in that company . Kindly need a solution...

I bought a new Vipa last month. And this bike started having problems. On giving it to the service center, I am thinking of money by telling unnecessary expenses on the bike. Whereas in the new bike, the machine is rusted inside.

My vespa is on the showroom for service about 7 months... Registration is not completed for the vehicle. After 1 week got an accident the vehicle took for service center on February month. About 7 months ago now. They didn't complete their service and didn't tell the proper updation.

I booked service of my vehicle 2 weeks back...called multiple times...service executive said to bring vehicle any time after Onam holidays (no need for prior booking)
but today (01/09/21), they said to bring vehicle after 1 week ...This is a bad service from premier scooter company like Vespa

I bought Vespa zx 125 on June month. While I’m driving from pondy to home I stop the mobet in between after that I start the vehicle it does not start asked executive he said it fuel pump failure what is the purpose buying this vehicle it was very cheap and worst product

Registration is done before 3 weeks . The showroom is not giving number plate and also rc book to us . They are asking extra amount for number plate .

I have purchased two wheeler in February 2020, But showroom had delivered me 2018 bike, when registration for my vehicle has cancelled, I have came to know that BS4 vehicle couldn't be registered in 2020. I have returned my vehicle to showroom to exchange with BS6 model, they delayed. Time passed I have complained to MD but he neglected us, MANAGER issued check that I have paid cash while taking bike, but after that total showroom had FRAUD with us. They even didn't given a single penny to the customer, what should I do now? They are not taking a call?? What about my MONEY? (105000) Even I have cheque?? Please solve this issue ASAP. I have purchased a Vespa 150cc during Aug 2019 at JMB showroom Anna Nagar, Chennai. The vehicle had a provision of GPRs connection, but it was not installed but payment done for that. Till yet not connected GPRs.
Second concern was, after 10 months our vehicle battery fully dead and referred service center, by that time they told its under warranty period and as such they don't have stock for replacement, so they provided me standby battery till new battery receipt, till date serveral times approached for both battery and GPRs connectivity but my concern is not been addresses.
For the past 20 days our vehilce was dead due battery drain and no repsonse from service team.
Now they claiming that no record for the battery standby provided in thier records, but i have old used battery in my vehicle. Raised my concern to customer care too.

Changing the battery for the cost of Rs 1500 is not my concern, but an integrity issue.

Hope i can get a response from the VESPA team for both Battery and Connectivity issues as i am not getting support from JMB team and customer care..

This Kozhikode branch service is very poor.
I say this because I and my friends have had a hard time with anyone.
They do not know how to service.

They do not know how to treat customers well for employees…..

I purchase vespavxl125 yellow colour from my hard earn money engine no isM449M3179137 I availed 3 service from your authorized service centre but after that co. has no service centre Lucknow now new authorized centre is open at alambagh sandeep automobile but they refuse to take free service coupon on 12/08/2021. Kindly make it possible so tha I can utilize my coupon as I have no fault in this case.my no is[protected]
