[Resolved]  Via.com — Flight ticket refund not done

I had a booked ticket booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details fmnla39oyzwop. I booked a ticket on 10th january for 2nd april date of travel. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to corona pandemic. Till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling tat they gave refund to via.com. Via.com is not responding plz help me to get the refund.

Via.com responded to my email...they replied that they will assist..let’s hope for the best ..thanks
