refund of cancelled flight from airlines end

My flight scheduled on 7th of april from blr to ccu having pnr - x5m95a carrying 4 passengers got cancelled from the airlines (Airasia) end due to corona virus lockdown. After trying several times and reaching out to the airlines they finally refunded the amount on 9th of july to the travel agency that was via.com. I tried reaching out to via.com on all the platforms possible i. E email, phone call and on twitter i haven't got any response.in...

refund of my booking is still not received

I did one one booking from via.com in the month of april20 but due to covid-19 it got cancelled so i requested spice jet airlines to refund my money back and they did to travel agency portal one month back but still i did not recieved any amount from via.com
Customer care is also not responding whenever i try to call them they are always busy in attending others customers calls but it doesn't seems that customers is happy from your...

I have booked flight tickets from Chennai to Mumbai Twice in month of April with PNR no. BKRYVT for 3rd April and IMH2NA for 15th April

Indigo has conveyed that the refund has been given to via.com but i am yet to receive any refund for both flights

There is no response from Via.com and no update on refund amount...

A ticket was booked by my daughter from blr to agr on 04.07.2020. The flight was cancelled. However, refund is still awaited.

As per message from indigo, they have made payment to you on 20 june, 2020.

However, we have not received any refund amount from you. Mails are not being replied and customer care support is not available.

Please help refund of fare....

I was booked a flight ticket through via.com pnr is jh51rc in month of april, due to lock down the indigo flight was cancelled. I called the indigo airlines regarding refund, but they said refunded to via.com booking agency. Till now they are not refunded the money and not responding. Please help me in this regard....

refund against ticket cancelled for flight non operational

I had booked a ticket on 22nd may 2020 for 8th june 2020 against booking id number fmnaa3c7ewgr1. But before the travel date i got a message that the flight is cancelled due to flight non operational. And i had to cancel my travel. I have been following up via email at [protected]@via.com and have already sent more than 10 mails by now, but still no responce on the refund.
Who is responsible to return the refund. I have paid the booking...

I have booked an indigo ticket via via.com for 26 april from pune to kolkata for 3 passenger. Then due to covid flight got cancelled & credit shell was generated. Later when on 4 july 2020 i tried booking on indigo it did not allowed credit shell as it was not directly booked. Booking ref no: fmnaa3bnmsmcy

What i wanted to know from via.com as what is the process to redeem credit shell but after 3-4 mails & 4-5 phone calls...

Refund not received even after 43 days

Although indigo airlines has cancelled the flight and have returned the amount back to the travel agent I.e via.com but still I haven't received it yet.
I tried number of times to their customer support but nobody is picking. I sent them email and tried to talk the via.com dottie as well but still no response...

I booked 3 tickets on emirates using the via.com website. However, the flight was cancelled due to covid-19 restrictions. On contacting the airlines i was informed that refund has to be processed through via.com. However, their email is non responsive and their cancellation form says the ticket is “non refundable”. However, this is a fully unused ticket and according to their own policy, i must be issued at least a partial refund. br...

Did not got refund amount

I have booked two tickets from via.com from Indore to Raipur for 1st July of Indigo airlines. As the flight got cancelled from Indigo due to COVID-19 they cancelled my both tickets on 28th June. Still I have not got the refund amount of both the tickets. As I talked with Indigo Customer care, they told me that they have already refunded the amount and its pending from via.com.

Please look into the matter and do the needful...

We are informed by finnair that our flight is canceled and advised to contact agent for refund. But there is no respond from the agent (Via.com) after multiple times of contacting via email, phone call and live chat....
