refund of pnr - z62cyv

Please help me with the refund of pnr z62cyv asap.

I have been trying to get in touch with via.com for almost 2 weeks but haven’t been able to connect neither via call nor via email? I have tried to connect with them and couple of days i had been queue for almost 2-3 hours but all in vain. I have dealt with many service providers but have never seen such pathetic customer service. It seems that they only these guys are working...

This is regarding my flight ticket booking through via com reference: fmnlf390jydih for route sector italy (Fco) to mumbai via istanbul for mon, 08 jun 2020 (4 passengers) cancelled by turkish airline. I spoke to airline global contact centre and they have confirmed am entitled to get full refund but agency (Via.com) has to initiate the request. partial refund

I have cancelled the pnr (Tqyq3r). The booking fare for the pnr was 37, 971 but i got refund of 34, 941. I want to know the difference of 3, 030 was not refunded. Please clarify regarding this. Indigo is saying the total refund for this pnr is 35, 985 but still i got 34, 941....

Sir, i booked a flight from ranchi to mumbai on 17 march 2020, goair, g-388 which has been canceled due to corona on 7 june 2020 and today i have not received my money back till 7 august 2020 and customer care does not pick up the phone. I kept calling for 2 hours. I have also called in goair, but there is no call even there.
Whose total price was 7584.00...

My air tickets dated 8th may 2020 and 14th may 2020 having pnr no. Fksint and jpvc9r respectively were cancelled by airlines (Indigo) and refunds were made by airline through via.com but they are unreachable.
They are not receiving any call and not replying email and their website also seems to be non functional for refund enquiry.
Amount of my tickets are rs. 22621 and rs 6015 total rs28636...

I am akhil raveendran. I booked three air tickets in the name akhill raveendran, athira akhil and arsha akhil for thr purpose of travelling from kochi to port blaire on[protected]. Pnr no. Lgf2js indigo flight no: 6e-6269.
The said tickets were cancelled on 18.03.2020 due to the extraordinary pandemic situation. And till now i have not received the refund of airfare after cancellation. It has been almost five months since the cancellation...

Regarding flight ticket booking issues

I booked a ticket from delhi to madurai for 22-08-20. My payment is successful and i received a booking reference id : fmnaa3cvwranf. However till now i have not received any conformation on my pnr number or final ticket. Whenever i tried to retrive from the website it always fails. I called up the call centre but no one is answering. I sent a mail which again i got no reply.
Kindly solve my problem. I need my pnr and final tickets.br...

I tried your website for the first time. I did not receive any confirmation email after booking, as a result, i booked with another website. After 2 days, however, the confirmation email from your website was sent to me after i had already canceled everything. Please recheck this inconvenience as i do not wish to pay twice the amount. Payment refund

I was booked a ticket pnr:ac7jtg. Spicejet custumer care informe me that payment return has arrived (Amount inr 12382) in agency account (Date 05 july 2020). But flightraja travels did not return my payment and no one is paying attention by the customer care.

cancellation amount refund

M booked a ticket on 8th june 2020 for 5th july 2020 (Flight no. G8-378).
I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled & then after m booked another flight. Till date i didn't get my refund. Talk with goair they said that already refunded to via.com. Already mailed to via.com minimum 20 times but there is no reply by them. From last one month m trying their customer care no but till time m unable to reach. Wrost service...

non refund

I booked flight ticket in air india for 2 passengers through via.com and my booking details booking id : fmnaa3b4vfqrh. I booked a ticket on 29th feb for 18th july date of travel. Due to the non operational of flights i had cancelled it through via.com on 10th july as i had not got any msg till that date. Till now i did not get refund and not even a reply to my email also. I had sent number of emails but not a single reply i haven't got....

Please see that flight is cancelled by Singapore Airlines itself.
I want to get refund for my ticket please - Ticket Number :[protected]/22

I AM NOT Getting any reply ON CUSTOMER CARE number, have tried many times and kept on hold for up to 40 minutes.
There is no option to reach customer care by phone as phone is never answered and mails are not responded to either.

Please help me to get refund...

Refund is not returned yet

My Ahemdabad to chennai flight dated 29th March 2020 with PNR# XCCBKJ was cancelled due to Covid -19 .

Contacted the Spicejet airlines Service guys, as per them the amount is refunded to via . Nethier the Via customer center is replying nor the amount is returned .

Can you please help us with that...

Cancelled ticket refund process

As per airlines the flight refund is done, yet the refund is not done i want the way to use my credit shell...

I had booked my flight by paying an amount of Rs.16, 330/- through via.com on June 6 with Booking Reference No. FMNLA3CE79QQD. However, due to some technical glitch flight was cancelled by the airline and on 02nd July, the Airline had made the full refund to Via.com and then they said that it will take another 21 days for Via.com to refund the amount to my bank account. I had booked a ticket on via.com for bus booking with reference number fmnlb3ctrjjqa. The transaction of payment had down from bank but via bus is not booked...

need to book ticket with credit shell

I Had a roundtrip booked from May to begining ofJune, from VIA.com from indigo, which got Due to lockdown.Indigo gave me full amount as credit shell for the roundtrip.
Now that m trying to book Ticket for same person, with same details, but booking only 1 way ticket this time. i was informed by the airlines that to connect with a travel partner for rebooking the flight through the credit shell.

How to make booking through credit shell

Dear team,
I have booked the round ticket from via.com from indore to delhi and viceversa, due to lockdown my flight was cancelled and indigo has provided me the credit shell but i am unablw to book a new ticket as its nowhere showing in thw via.com that how to use it..
