flight cancellation refund is pending since 12th april 2020

I have booked a flight on airindia ai-519 thrugh via.com on feb 18, 2020 from surat to bangalore having booking id (Fmnla3bpwgmd7) and travel date 12 apr 2020, 08:30. This flight got cancelled due to the national lockdown. So as per the rule, i should get the complete refund for this flight. But i didnot get refund till today 6 july 2020.

I tried to connect to their customer care several time but its not getting connected....

Refund

I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details fmnaa3cij22vy. I booked a ticket on 18june for 28 june date of travel. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due tocovid restrictions and i booked another flight for my travel. Till now i did not get refund. Plz help me to get the refund. Customer care executive did not attend my call....

kuwait airlines/q8upyk/corona virus/cancellation waive off request

I have been trying to reach out to you guys for the last one month. Kindly help resolve the issue. I had booked the tickets from bangalore to istanbul for 15th april 2020, due to lockdown this was postponed to 3rd june 2020 which again couldn't happen as no international flights are happening. Full Refund By Airline

Hi, My departing date is on 5th July, but today I got a message from Airline that flight has been cancelled and full refund will be initiated, but in Via.com app it shows that there is cancellation fees which is almost around 60%. Kindly process my full refund. Via.com is the worst service provider in India. Nobody is responding neither calls nor mails. Very poor service....

Dear sir,

I have booked the flight for cochin to kolkata for 4th june 2020 from via. But the airlines has cancelled the flight and on contacting airasia (The airlines) they told refund has already been processed to via.
I am trying to contact via for last 4-5 days on the matter but they are not bothering to reply.
Please process my refund as soon as possible.
Their call center no is also hoax as they...

Hi team,

I have done my flight booking twice from delhi to hyderabad on below mentioned dates. Flights got cancelled due to covid-19. When i contacted indigo airline for refund they told money was refunded to raja travels

requesting for refund

I have booked the tickets on april1 and april 8. It got cancelled due to covid 19. I have been trying to contact for the past 3 months. Neither they are picking the calls or replying the emails. Indigo flight has given either credit shell can be used or refund. And it is applicable till 1 year. And that too we should take it through travel agent only. And this travel agent is not picking the calls or repling emails for the past 3 months....

unethical behaviour on refund

Airlines has refunded to via.com. I have the invoice and confirmation from airlines.
Via.com is not responding to mails. Customer care number does not exists.

Flight was cancelled but no refund

My round trip for delhi to banglore n back for 1st and 12th april respectively has been cancelled by the airlines due to covid pandemic... Booking was done through your agency... D airlines were air asia and indigo and its pnr were q1rrgm and eg8egc... It is learnt that air asia had refund d money to u being d coordinator long back and indigo has provided a credit shell... But i dint get both of them... M tryng u since april... But after...

Booked the ticket to travel from ireland to mumbai on march 17th 2020. Travel date was may 18, 2020, but due to covid-19 flights got cancelled. After then i have been following up with them from the past 30 days to process my refund. They have stopped responding to email and calls. Please look into as i am in dire need of financial support.

Regarding the refund

I booked a ticket for 24th march (Fmnaa3bjswthm)
But due to lockdown my flight got cancelled, and airlines issue the partial refund to booking partner, i. E. Via.com.
When i asked for the refund to via.com, they asked for the confirmation mail of airlines, i provided the same.
But its been almost 3 months, but neither they provided the refund nor update me about the issue....
