I have booked a flight on airindia ai-519 thrugh via.com on feb 18, 2020 from surat to bangalore having booking id (Fmnla3bpwgmd7) and travel date 12 apr 2020, 08:30. This flight got cancelled due to the national lockdown. So as per the rule, i should get the complete refund for this flight. But i didnot get refund till today 6 july 2020.

I tried to connect to their customer care several time but its not getting connected. Airline is telling to get refund from via.com as they have already initiated the refund.

Same is happening for another flight i booked from via.com to surat from bhubaneswar. Its booked on mar 20, 2020 and travel date was thu 26 mar 2020, 08:35. Booking id: fmnla3bpwgmd7. This flight also got cancelled due to national wide lockdown. I still have not received any refund for this booking as well.

Can you please look into this issue.

      I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details fmnaa3cij22vy. I booked a ticket on 18june for 28 june date of travel. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due tocovid restrictions and i booked another flight for my travel. Till now i did not get refund. Plz help me to get the refund. Customer care executive did not attend my call.

        Hi care
        I have been trying to reach out to you guys for the last one month. Kindly help resolve the issue. I had booked the tickets from bangalore to istanbul for 15th april 2020, due to lockdown this was postponed to 3rd june 2020 which again couldn't happen as no international flights are happening. The amount is not small, kindly look into this matter and get this sorted
        Find below the tickets for the same

        After mailing for this for the last 2 months no response or refund processed
        It's pathetic to see how you ppl donot have a proper support to reachout also.

        I want the refund to happen. The airlines have mailed saying they cancelled the flight and asked via to refund.

          Hi, My departing date is on 5th July, but today I got a message from Airline that flight has been cancelled and full refund will be initiated, but in Via.com app it shows that there is cancellation fees which is almost around 60%. Kindly process my full refund. Via.com is the worst service provider in India. Nobody is responding neither calls nor mails. Very poor service.

              Dear sir,

              I have booked the flight for cochin to kolkata for 4th june 2020 from via. But the airlines has cancelled the flight and on contacting airasia (The airlines) they told refund has already been processed to via.
              I am trying to contact via for last 4-5 days on the matter but they are not bothering to reply.
              Please process my refund as soon as possible.
              Their call center no is also hoax as they are always busy.

                Hi team,

                I have done my flight booking twice from delhi to hyderabad on below mentioned dates. Flights got cancelled due to covid-19. When i contacted indigo airline for refund they told money was refunded to raja travels

                My tickets details-

                1st booking - 24th march 20 (Indigo 6e 601 pnr/booking ref.: vwpjhk)
                2nd booking - 16th april 20 (Indigo 6e 921 pnr/booking ref.: bjlfsw)

                I have also attached indigo airlines cancelletion money refund mail. Refund my amount immediately. It's been 3 months i am not getting any response to my emails and no one from customer care picks the calls

                  I have booked the tickets on april1 and april 8. It got cancelled due to covid 19. I have been trying to contact for the past 3 months. Neither they are picking the calls or replying the emails. Indigo flight has given either credit shell can be used or refund. And it is applicable till 1 year. And that too we should take it through travel agent only. And this travel agent is not picking the calls or repling emails for the past 3 months. What is the point of giving time till 1 year.                           Due to unforeseen circumstances of the corona virus affecting the flights globally, i had cancelled my flight 1 month prior to the date of departure. During this time via.com had mentioned that processing time takes 30 days. Upon checking again they have mentioned that airlines had not provided them with any feedback and normal processing time is 30-45 days. On the 41th day of constantly sending them email i had showed them that the designated airlines processes refunds within a matter of 2 weeks, however, they have poorly followed up with the matter. They responded that the processing time takes 3 months. They even said at one point that refund will be refunded into a voucher on their website to my account even though i have never registered and will most likely never ever use their services again. Every time that i received an update they would extend the processing time. It has been over 3 months now and i have not received my refund. Also, they have not been responding to my email now for over 1 week time now. I will never use their services ever again and very disappointed with the customer service

                            I booked a flight kolkata to goa on the 6th of sep 2019. May, the pnr is tbih3n, go airlines cancelled that flights and refund full money on 17th march 2020 to agent not to me because i booked via you people agent (Via.com) but i received their tax credit note invoice and invoice number is [protected]tbih3n for return the money to you..

                            But still its not hit my account, three months past, please return the money as early as possible already you people take a long time...

                                    I booked a ticket for 24th march (Fmnaa3bjswthm)
                                    But due to lockdown my flight got cancelled, and airlines issue the partial refund to booking partner, i. E. Via.com.
                                    When i asked for the refund to via.com, they asked for the confirmation mail of airlines, i provided the same.

                                      I have booked a flight of airindia express through via.com (Booking reference - fmnla3bvqk1mc or pnr uktdbd from ixm to del on 17/04/2020
                                      I have ixm to del flight ticket cancelled the ticket but via.com has not refunded even after 3 months.
                                      Via.com / Flightraja Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The refund is processed to the same mode of payment
                                      Kindly check with the concerned bank.
