Booked a flight ticket through via.com in indigo flight from new delhi to chennai for 16th april, 2020. The flight got cancelled due to national lockdown. Via.com is not initiating my refund process. They are not responding any call nor replying to emails....

Dear sir/madam,

Due to lockdown my flight reservation got cancelled and i was informed by the airlines that to connect with a travel partner for rebooking the flight through the credit shell.

I had booked a ticket via via.com in indigo flights. Due to lockdown/covid-19 crisis flights got cancelled & indigo flights are refunded the amount but via.com doesn't want to refund my money. Their customer service numbers are not working. I don't know where should i complaint. Please help.

refund for tickets affected due to covid-19

This is the most pathetic travel agent i have ever booked through. I have been trying to call them every day for almost an hour but there is no response. "all our travel consultants are busy talking to other customers" is the reply you hear while on call. I don't think so there is anyone taking this seriously. I have been dropping them an email every day. There is no response. Where is my hard earned money?

not rescheduling my flight ticket

I have already booked one ticket from mumbai to bhubaneswar for 25th march.
Due to flight non-operational i couldn't go. So now i want to reschedule it.
I tried to call almost 400 times, but no one picking my call and

I am writing to file the formal complaint to the india based company named via.com who cheat our money for not refund usd4, 400 to my credit card for cancelled air tickets. Their business runs not in fair deal and also ruin the image of india to the customers globally.

didn't get refund

My pnr number is pes24v, and booking ref no. Is (Fmnaa3asrqcqf) whose journey date was 25th march, 2020. Due to lockdown flight was cancelled. But still now after 2 month i didnot get any refund in my bank account. I mailed to indigo care, they said, they has refund to their end and to contact with flightraja agency. I try to call via customer, but no response was there. I am very disappoint with via agency....
