I had booked indigo flight from kolkata to bangalore for travel on 22/3/2020 and 24/3/2020 thru via.com. But after cancellation of tickets, indigo has refunded money to via.com, but via.com has refunded only one third of the money that they have received. This is daylight robbery. No response from them inspite of repeated emails to them. Provided them with refund vouchers as issued by indigo, but they are feigning ignorance.

I booked my bus ticket on 24 march 2020 7:54 pm after some time i got call form bus operator, they confirmed me bus ticked is cancelled by default due to bus will not available and plz travel some other bus, money will refund with in 24 hours

I have booked flight tickets by using via.com, due to covid19/coronavirus situation, government declared lockdown in hyderabad. So cannot travel in flight on april 10th hyderabad to ujjain and 13thapril ujjain to hyderabad, so we are expecting total amount refund for below tickets which we are planning to cancel. I was book flight through this website on 24th march pnr: agzhps due to lockdown my flight was cancelled but airline customer care told they refund to travel agent, but still am not get my amount back, i was trying call to via customer care they dont have answer for our questions, i will suggest to everyone plz dont book flight and hotels from this web site they are fraud...

We got massage from hong kong airline regarding cancellation of flight ref no. Pnr-ngrrcf has been cancelled due to covid19. So we have initiated to cancel the flight and they have refunded all amount to agents accounts. So we have cancelled our trip due to covid19 virus as per govt advisory.
Now the hong kong airline has cancelled the ticket and credited to via.com account. So request via.com kindly full refund all amount in my account.

I got msg suddenly that pPKC3E is cancelled due to covid. U can refund ur money to via. Com. I to many try to contact but they didn't not respond. Again angain me try it's great problem. I cancelled my flights of spicejet pnr j6b3hy from bagdogra to pune from via.com and it was refundable but they didn't refund my money i tried to contact them more than 1000 times but they're not taking my calls... I messaged them also but still no response... They're not taking any initiative to tried to contact me... We are facing so much of problem by this app...

Hi, i was booked my chennai to delhi round trip ticket on 22.2.2020, thru via.com (Flight raja travels) but due to unavoidable reason i cancelled my ticket thru spicejet
(Pnr no:zfe4vq) on 24.02.2020.

Total amount is rs.7658/- & but spicejet customer care people told that rs.1504/- only will refund and that amount to be credit thru travel agency.
But till now i have not receive the amount, also i can't ale to contact customer care since i was trying from last one week.

Please help us to refund my amount.

My booking number is fmnsg106aprlc7 and my flight to china on 2/3/2020 was cancelled by airline. Hence, i’ve been asking for cancellation for some part of my group and to reschedule flights for the rest and there wasn’t any response for a long time. Eventually i decided to simplify things and cancel for everyone, there was still no response. I had complaint many time with via travel agency but they answer me refund not get from jet airways side.
After 7 months i am not able to clear that where the problem is travel agency side or jet airways side. And i also want to know where i complaint for my refund amount.

Booked on : 28 nov 2019 11:26 am. While booking mumbai to delhi and delhi to mumbai... One way journey ticket got confirmed and ticket of reverse journey got cancelled due to date change... I requested them for refund. They didn't reply. So how can complaint in consumer court. Please let me know.

I booked flight tickets from via.com, three flight tickets from hyderabad to delhi on the 14th of november, after bookijg the flight tickets by 10 minutes, i got a call from a number, that claims to work within via.com premises
+[protected], i lifted the phone call and started talking, he said he works for via.com and that the ticket price had increased, it's either i pay more or the booking be aborted, i asked what will happen if the tickets were cancelled, he said that i will get my refund within 24hours, i called my bank om the 15th morning after reading the reviews on the website and that this is the usual for them, and asked for transaction reversal, they said it can't be guranteed but they will do what they can on the issue and reflect to me as soon as they can, it's been more than 24hours now, and i still got no refund and the amount is not reflected in my bank account, i called via again and after 30 minutes of wait, i got an agent saying that the refund was initiated and there's a transaction number and provided me with a transaction id [protected], the amount deducted was 7968rs, the booking reference is fmnla388w7sym,
Ebix inc is their parent company.

The said company is not in singpaore at the given address. Many affected customers is visited this address. (As per guard house information) the address is residential unit and it is empty since many years.

Flightraja name also changed now to new company name.

I had booked 2 indigo flight tickets from their website on 1st august. Reference nos. Fmnla34v2a2lj and fmnla34v3ieww. Due to personal emergency, i had to cancel both. Both tickets were refundable. Although it has been more than 3 weeks since i have cancelled the tickets, the refund hasn't been initiated by the company, although indigo had processed immediately. The amount has been refunded to via but they are not processing the refund to my account. Pls help me resolve this issue at the earliest.
