refunding of flight cancellation

I had booked indigo flight from kolkata to bangalore for travel on 22/3/2020 and 24/3/2020 thru via.com. But after cancellation of tickets, indigo has refunded money to via.com, but via.com has refunded only one third of the money that they have received. This is daylight robbery. No response from them inspite of repeated emails to them. Provided them with refund vouchers as issued by indigo, but they are feigning ignorance....

We got massage from hong kong airline regarding cancellation of flight ref no. Pnr-ngrrcf has been cancelled due to covid19. So we have initiated to cancel the flight and they have refunded all amount to agents accounts. So we have cancelled our trip due to covid19 virus as per govt advisory.
Now the hong kong airline has cancelled the ticket and credited to via.com account....

I m complaining about refund

I cancelled my flights of spicejet pnr j6b3hy from bagdogra to pune from via.com and it was refundable but they didn't refund my money i tried to contact them more than 1000 times but they're not taking my calls... I messaged them also but still no response... They're not taking any initiative to tried to contact me... We are facing so much of problem by this app......

Total amount is rs.7658/- & but spicejet customer care people told that rs.1504/- only will refund and that amount to be credit thru travel agency.
But till now i have not receive the amount, also i can't ale to...

+[protected], i lifted the phone call and started talking, he said he works for via.com and that the ticket price had increased, it's either i pay more or the booking be aborted, i asked what will happen...

The said company is not in singpaore at the given address. Many affected customers is visited this address. (As per guard house information) the address is residential unit and it is empty since many years.

Flightraja name also changed now to new company name.

Other online agents paid back money before may 2019, why via not able to process, your ceo and cfo drafted nice email message to send it to all affected customers?
