Flight cancelled due to covid19 on APRIL 28th, 2020

this is really very bad & worst service am ever facing from VIA, i have sent many mails from past 2 months, till now not even a single reply from VIA (EZIX TRAVELS), i tried reaching customer care but even after waiting for an hour to connect the call, but will never connect, am not able to answer the customer here, he spoke to Air Asia customer care where they have told him...

credit shell issue with via.com

I have cancelled my ticket in March due covid19 and got credit shell from indigo.But now i am unable to book new ticket because it need to be book through via.com agent. If i am trying to call them they are not picking up the call also not replying to my mail.

Hi Team,

i have booked flight for Mumbai to Bangalore on 24 July 2020 from indigo so due to covid situation in Bangalore i have to rescheduled it to 21 Nov 2020 so looking at fare differences indigo has initiated me 2500 rs amount so they told me it will get credited to your booking agent which via.com so i have mailed, called but no response yet so i am awaiting for your reply.

I had a booked ticket booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details fmnla39oyzwop. I booked a ticket on 10th january for 2nd april date of travel. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to corona pandemic. Till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling tat they gave refund to via.com. Via.com is not responding plz help me to get the refund....

Via.com is not responding to emails sent. Their customer care number isn't responding even. Flights have been cancelled due to the current covid-19 scenario and the airline (indigo) has informed that they have issued refund. The Via customer care doesn't bother to respond to emails even, so we can know how the refunds will be processed back to me....

My self dr. Vicky verma travelling through spicejet flight on 13th august from pune to delhi with 2 passengers with pnr of gg9h2h has cancelled the flight due to prepond of flight.. From customer care if spicejet tell that they refund my whole amont bt i dnt got the same..

Onward through Vistara Airline - date 1-May-2020
Return through Indigo Airline - date 12-May-2020 - PNR HIPDHJ
Indigo has cancelled and returned the money to VIA.COM
However VIA.COM has not returned money despite many emails. Their call center do not answer calls for hours.

The company has not initiated the refund for the reference number - fmnja3cpn4uid airline pnr is tsh7fb (Vistara). The flight has been cancelled by the company and they have processed the refund but the same has not yet reflected to our company account. Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue.

Ticket cancelled refund issue

Dear sir/ma'm,
I had booked my ticket from via.com website, and the day of journey is 21st july 2020 from lucknow to jammu, on 20th of july i got a call from airlines site that your flight is canceled and we are we are giving you full amount of ticket including tax and booking charge, and also i got a invoice of total refund amount.
From that day to till today i am waiting my ticket refund amount from via.com, whenever i visited...
