Flight cancelled due to covid19 on APRIL 28th, 2020

this is really very bad & worst service am ever facing from VIA, i have sent many mails from past 2 months, till now not even a single reply from VIA (EZIX TRAVELS), i tried reaching customer care but even after waiting for an hour to connect the call, but will never connect, am not able to answer the customer here, he spoke to Air Asia customer care where they have told him that its been refunded on 9th JULY 2020, customer isn't listening to my request,

I have cancelled my ticket in March due covid19 and got credit shell from indigo.But now i am unable to book new ticket because it need to be book through via.com agent. If i am trying to call them they are not picking up the call also not replying to my mail.

I have not received the refund yet for my cancelled ticket. Air Asia airline has already refunded the money on 11th April to Via.com but I have not received the money yet from Via.com. Your customer care number is not reachable.
No Respone on the email.

Actually my flight was cancelled due to corona virus. So my money was not refund. I booked for indigo flight 5 months back, pnr num _ uns8nn

On 23/July/2020, I have sent an email to the CEO and directors of the company, claiming compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000 for the harassment they have caused to me in processing 3 cancellations that I had logged on their portal; they have not reverted yet! Here are the points I had written in the email:

1. Even after logging cancellation requests on your website, and getting a system acknowledgement ("Your cancellation with booking reference XXXXXXXXXXXXX is queued"), cancellations are not processed by the company.
2. I had to send sixteen emails to get all the refunds, and some of them were even addressed to the four directors!
3. Based on feedback received from [protected]@via.com that there was a technical problem with one of the refunds, I had, on 27/May/2020, in an email addressed to the directors, proactively suggested that the remittance be made to my bank account instead (of my credit card account). The company's apathy is evident from the fact that even for this case, the refund was finally processed on 29/July/2020. In this context, I would like to highlight that the other two refunds had been made to my same Amex Credit Card account, and hence I find no reason why only this payment should have got stuck. Also, only after following up for my payments was I informed of the technical issue!
4. I have email records of payment commitments made by Via which were not kept.
5. I had been misinformed that the refund for the cancellation in Nov., '19 had been held up because of the "Credit Shell" policy of the Airlines!
6. Your website also carried wrong information about the amount of refund. For the round-trip from Mumbai to Goa, the system prompted that I would get a refund of Rs. 29, 772/- (against the booking amount of Rs. 31, 772/-).
7. For the return (Goa to Mumbai), I had to personally follow-up with SpiceJet to arrange for the full amount of the refund - Via did not add any value in that process!
8. As a matter of good hygiene, after receipt of the refund from GoAir on around 16/Nov./19, Via should have informed me that a credit had been received against my cancellation and that I needed to log a cancellation ticket on Via's website to finally get my money back.

I had booked tickets in Indigo Airlines using via. Com. Due to lockdown the flight was cancelled and Indigo informed me that the ticket amount was refunded to you on 4/7/20..But till date ticket fare is not credited to my account. I had sent three mails to your customer care. There is no response from you. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

i have booked flight for Mumbai to Bangalore on 24 July 2020 from indigo so due to covid situation in Bangalore i have to rescheduled it to 21 Nov 2020 so looking at fare differences indigo has initiated me 2500 rs amount so they told me it will get credited to your booking agent which via.com so i have mailed, called but no response yet so i am awaiting for your reply.

I cancelled my booking due to lockdown for travel on 4th april

The airlines cancelled the ticket but i haven't received the refund and i need to book.a new ticket to go home

The flights got cancelled due to pandemic and the spicejet agents agreed and confirmed that refund is intiated but its been 2months and refunds is not processed from Via.com

Havn't yet received the refund amount of rs.9696.00. Customer care is non responsive even on phone line and email.

I had a booked ticket booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details fmnla39oyzwop. I booked a ticket on 10th january for 2nd april date of travel. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to corona pandemic. Till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling tat they gave refund to via.com. Via.com is not responding plz help me to get the refund.

Via.com is not responding to emails sent. Their customer care number isn't responding even. Flights have been cancelled due to the current covid-19 scenario and the airline (indigo) has informed that they have issued refund. The Via customer care doesn't bother to respond to emails even, so we can know how the refunds will be processed back to me.

My self dr. Vicky verma travelling through spicejet flight on 13th august from pune to delhi with 2 passengers with pnr of gg9h2h has cancelled the flight due to prepond of flight.. From customer care if spicejet tell that they refund my whole amont bt i dnt got the same..
Kindly refund my money as soon as possible..

Indigo has cancelled and returned the money to VIA.COM
However VIA.COM has not returned money despite many emails. Their call center do not answer calls for hours.
Indigo has cleared responded to me many times that they have refunded the amount to travel agency.
Total amount paid for both to and fro was Rs 41803.0
How do i get my money back from VIA.COM ?

I have booked an air ticket from the travel agent www.via.com with booking ID No. FMNAA3AUPMZDE on 20.02.2020 for journey from Pune to Bangalore on 12.04.2020 and return journey from Bangalore to Pune on 19.04.2020 (Both journeys from AirAsia Flights). The copy of the ticket is attached for your reference.
In wake of Novel Corona virus pandemic and Circular no. 4/1/2020-IR dated 27.03.2020 issued by the Director General of Civil Aviation, all scheduled flights were suspended till 14.04.2020 and then said suspension was extended. In view of the circumstances, the above mentioned ticket was cancelled on 28.03.2020 and the status of the refund is shown as under process.
I have contacted first air travel agent www.via.com on 13.04.20 by mail and requested to refund the ticket amount of Rs. 15, 748/- (as the flights were suspended by the Govt. Authority) at the earliest. They responded to this mail and provided me the Cancellation Reference number as CRN09KAE83Q and informed that the refund is pending with the airline i.e Airasia India. I then contacted the airline through their twitter handle for customer support i.e ‘@AirAsiaSupport’. The airline informed me that they have they have processed the refund with the travel agent. The screenshot of their reply is attached herewith. I have communicated the said fact to the www.via.com on 26.05.20, 02.06.20, 15.06.20, 08.07.20, 20.07.20, 27.07.20, 09.08.20 and 11.08.20. Initially they gave vague replies but now stopped replying. The screenshots of the mails are being attached for your information.
It is earnest request to you to look into the matter and help me to get the refund as injustice is being metted out to me.

The company has not initiated the refund for the reference number - fmnja3cpn4uid airline pnr is tsh7fb (Vistara). The flight has been cancelled by the company and they have processed the refund but the same has not yet reflected to our company account. Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue.

I had booked my ticket from via.com website, and the day of journey is 21st july 2020 from lucknow to jammu, on 20th of july i got a call from airlines site that your flight is canceled and we are we are giving you full amount of ticket including tax and booking charge, and also i got a invoice of total refund amount.
From that day to till today i am waiting my ticket refund amount from via.com, whenever i visited the via site there s showing that your canclation is in process,.
