I got confirmation of cancellation on april 2019 and yet they did not refund. I have sent n number of emails, calls, all useless. They have standard copy paste reply message for your every 10 emails. I dont know who is the damn ceo of this stupid company. This company still doing business by cheating.

I have booked an air ticket from chandigarh to srinagarwith pnr no. O83rpz naming adnan gulzar dated 20 nov 2019 on 08 oct 2019 and got the ticket cancelled due to some personal issues.
I contacted go air and they informed that the said refundable amount has been refunded to the travel agent
Now it has been more than a week and i haven't received the refunded amount.
Plz do fix it asap....

payment not received

I have booked Air ticket with reference number FMNLA33M501CU and got the ticket cancelled due to personal issues.

Since September 26 2019 I'm following with via agents for the refund and shared the bank details along with cancelled cheque for this refund.

No other online merchants do ask for bank details as they capture the details of bank from where transactions is been made.

flight booking aborted, and amount been deducted from my account

I booked flight ticket from delhi to tirupati on 23 september 2019. The booking didn't completed and the amount of rs. 30, 335, was been deducted from my credit card.
The reffrence no. For the transaction made are - "fmnaa36g8whqe" & "fmnaa36gbgfad".
For the above i talked to customer care, the lady named miss. Ludia said that the amount will be refunded but how and when she was not clearing it out....

I had done a hotel booking for Shimla through via.com but did not stay in the hotel as ther was no heater provided and there were miscreants at the hotel enterance. Booking number FMN22RJ5MIW. I have booked my flight ticket from hyderabad to deharadun (Via delhi) on jan 2019 which is connecting flight ie hyderabad — dehi — dehardun (Scheduled date is may 22 2019). We came to know that delhi to dehradun flight is jetairways as it is closed and no service was running for the same and ven there is no update from via.com and cancelled the same on may 22 2019.
I need to get a refund of rs -/- 15, 930 when asked the same...

This is highly unethical that travels is trying to cheat us through your service. I wish this matter to be escalated to highest level possible since would need my money back for a service not rendered.

• it is a fact that the 4:00pm bus of atlas travels scheduled to run from pathanamthitta to bangalore on 12th june was cancelled and we were called by staffs from the travels around 12pm on same day...

Hello, i haven’t got my refund yet if i call customer care they won’t responding properly, i trusted and book the ticket it is not a small amount for me this really worst service please help i cannot afford to pay this much loss, fmnab34jivf6k and i booked around 22nd july 2019 around 4pm. did not receive refund of cancelled ticket

I had cancelled my Goair flight from Delhi to Pune. I was promosed a refund of Rs. 2229 after deduction of cancellation charges. However on contacting via.com customer care numerous times, they are flouting the requests.
It is very unprofessional on their part and i intend to approach consumer court for the mental torment it has caused me, if this forum process futile.

First of all, I didn’t agree to pay Hk$500 for handling charges for Via.com to refund money to my account.
Even though I contacted Jet Airways and surely Jet Airways has return money to Via.com.(please see the attached email communication).

Today I had worst experience with via.com. I had never ever experienced such a worst service like this from any other websites. On 18th of June I booked the bus from Allahabad to Nagpur through via.com for 19th June. The money was transferred from my bank to via.com and also via.com send me the message in which they given me the reference number ( FMNLB33GYT9HZ ) and provide information regarding name of bus and its timing and the seats....
