I got confirmation of cancellation on april 2019 and yet they did not refund. I have sent n number of emails, calls, all useless. They have standard copy paste reply message for your every 10 emails. I dont know who is the damn ceo of this stupid company. This company still doing business by cheating.

I have booked an air ticket from chandigarh to srinagarwith pnr no. O83rpz naming adnan gulzar dated 20 nov 2019 on 08 oct 2019 and got the ticket cancelled due to some personal issues.
I contacted go air and they informed that the said refundable amount has been refunded to the travel agent
Now it has been more than a week and i haven't received the refunded amount.
Plz do fix it asap.

Since September 26 2019 I'm following with via agents for the refund and shared the bank details along with cancelled cheque for this refund.

No other online merchants do ask for bank details as they capture the details of bank from where transactions is been made.

everytime I speak to via agents they have one answer is that it will be processed in 48 hrs.

I cancelled my ticket having above pnr no. Zb6y5j. The date of journey was 29.09.2019 from ixb ot maa. Ticket booked on my daughter, my wife and me. But due to some unavoidable condition i had to cancel the ticket on 24.09.2019. But still i have not got the refund. From the spicejet authority i came to know that the travel agent is flightraja travel agency. From website i manage their contact number as [protected]. But the number was not working. I was unable to contact with the travel agent with that number. From the spicejet authority i came to know that they have refunded the amount to the travel agent on 25.09.2019.in this respect i am astonishing that 10 days elapsed even they have not paid the amount.

In this regard i am requesting you to pay my amount as early as possible.

I had booked the flight ticket on 20 sept. Through via.com from jaipur to delhi. The payment was deducted from my credit card but the ticket was not booked. My via booking reference no is fmnla36ehg78d. And my rbl credit card last 4 digit is 3880. I had talked to via.com they had said that it's a payment gateway error we had not received any payment from your side. But the ticket charges 11, 563 rs had deducted from my rbl credit card. And the rbl customer care executive had told that we had done the payment to the merchant. Please help me to refund my money to my credit card.

I booked flight ticket from delhi to tirupati on 23 september 2019. The booking didn't completed and the amount of rs. 30, 335, was been deducted from my credit card.

For the above i talked to customer care, the lady named miss. Ludia said that the amount will be refunded but how and when she was not clearing it out.

I had done a hotel booking for Shimla through via.com but did not stay in the hotel as ther was no heater provided and there were miscreants at the hotel enterance. Booking number FMN22RJ5MIW. I have booked my flight ticket from hyderabad to deharadun (Via delhi) on jan 2019 which is connecting flight ie hyderabad — dehi — dehardun (Scheduled date is may 22 2019). We came to know that delhi to dehradun flight is jetairways as it is closed and no service was running for the same and ven there is no update from via.com and cancelled the same on may 22 2019.
I need to get a refund of rs -/- 15, 930 when asked the same no update from them and say that we havent recieved any info from jetairways. Please do the needful and refund my money.

This is highly unethical that travels is trying to cheat us through your service. I wish this matter to be escalated to highest level possible since would need my money back for a service not rendered.

• it is a fact that the 4:00pm bus of atlas travels scheduled to run from pathanamthitta to bangalore on 12th june was cancelled and we were called by staffs from the travels around 12pm on same day to board the bus at 3pm from adoor which is 20kms away.
• out of the 3 seats we booked, only one gentlemen could travel and two ladies could not make it due to this last minute change in timing and location.
• we informed the travels right away to cancel two tickets since we want refund for the two passengers who could not make it.
• travels informed us not to cancel the ticket online since the pnr if cancelled then all 3 tickers would get invalidated and even the gentleman won’t be able to travel.
• we were first asked to contact their main office in thodupuzha to discuss refund and was later informed to raise a request with via.com through whom the tickets were booked. Contact number of atlas travels to whom we spoke to was [protected].

• really not sure why travels is now claiming that the 4pm bus from pathanamthitta had ran on schedule that day. Am sure via will have means to find out that its not true since there was no regular message send to passengers with bus number, driver’s contact number etc which usually comes during a regular schedule.
• also there could be other passengers in the same schedule who would have booked their tickets through via.com and was informed to board a different bus early.
• a strange message came from vm-yurbus at 5pm (One hour after the scheduled start time) that there is no gps facility in the bus and hence passengers should reach destination on time. This message did not make any sense and was send much later than the starting time.

We are regular users of via.com. Don’t want to lose our money just because travels is lying at the face that they ran a bus on schedule which they in fact cancelled. Please do the needful to refund the money and send a strong feedback note to travels since they should not make it a habit to cheat passengers like this.

I would like to go with higher level of escalations on this concern as this is the first experience i received from your organization and this flaw in business should be informed to your founders.

I booked my ticket from via.com patna-jaipur, doj - 05/07/2019, and i cancelled my ticket. But refund amount not received..
It's already 50 days passed, but still refund not received..
Customer care also not helping..
I mailed near about 80-90 times
But they also not providing any resolution of my problem..
This is worst company..

I booked my flight ticket through via.com and canceled it on 19/07/2019. After 10 days air asia they transfer the refund value on 30/07/2019. But via.com they did't transfer the amount still now. Whenever i make phone call or send mail they reply same things wait for 7-8 days, after 7 days again when i send mail or phone call a customer care they reply same things wail for 7 days. On 6th august they reply that it takes 3 days more so after 3 days on 10th i make phone call they disconnect it and send mail with same reply 7-8 days. Now i am requesting please help me to get my refund value rs.14695.00 from via.com because now i don't trust them because they are not faithful with customer.

Hello, i haven’t got my refund yet if i call customer care they won’t responding properly, i trusted and book the ticket it is not a small amount for me this really worst service please help i cannot afford to pay this much loss, fmnab34jivf6k and i booked around 22nd july 2019 around 4pm. I had attached the screenshot that it shows that successfully transferred to there account i am hoping that i get money back soon.

My flight was canceled due to heavy rainfall on 3 july 2019.. Indigo call me and tell that youy flight was canceled.. Now i call indigo they said that money is already refunded.. But your compeny not refund yet.. Almost month is over..

I had cancelled my Goair flight from Delhi to Pune. I was promosed a refund of Rs. 2229 after deduction of cancellation charges. However on contacting via.com customer care numerous times, they are flouting the requests.
It is very unprofessional on their part and i intend to approach consumer court for the mental torment it has caused me, if this forum process futile.

I made a booking for 2 return tickets to copenhagen on air india and everything with this booking has been a concern

1. I have not received any sorta booking confirmation, except that my card was charged for rs.94335.52 and it's been over 2 hours and i have not received a pnr, web ticket or anything in return.

2. Primary information that was not provided during ghe booking on baggage allowance. On their website, my booking - which is still in progress for the longest time shows that the tickets with air india is hand baggage only while the air india website clearly states the baggage allowance for all international flights. Which means i will have to pay for the excess baggage which is not acceptable!

None of this is making sense and i'm short of over rs. 95k from my account.

I haven't had sleep coz obviously no one is responding to my phone calls or e-mails.

I would appreciate if this is looked into on high priority and the whole money is refunded on my account asap!
I want this to be cancelled as it is the most inconvenient booking and i do not want my parents to go through any further trouble (Which i'm sure will happen) during their trip!

I have booked a flight ticket through via.com from Mumbai to Paris on 5th September 2019. My booking reference is FMNAF33HHY5O9. I have called the customer care at least 100 times, but no one answers the call for hours. I also emailed them, but no one helped me with the cancellation of my ticket. I have been trying to cancel my ticket and book a new flight on their website, but I am unable to do so due to no help or guidance from their end.

I will literally have to pay more due to delay from their end.
It's the worst ever customer service ever. Would never use it again

After chasing for months, I still have not received any money from Via.com.
First of all, I didn’t agree to pay Hk$500 for handling charges for Via.com to refund money to my account.
Even though I contacted Jet Airways and surely Jet Airways has return money to Via.com.(please see the attached email communication).
However, they refused to refund money to me, so I have no choice but to agree to pay hk$500.
However, they still haven’t proceeded the refund procedure. Please kindly help me to get the money back because I never cancelled my air tickets, just Jet Airways was failed to deliver the tickets to me. I should get all money back and pay no handling charges(HK$500).

Today I had worst experience with via.com. I had never ever experienced such a worst service like this from any other websites. On 18th of June I booked the bus from Allahabad to Nagpur through via.com for 19th June. The money was transferred from my bank to via.com and also via.com send me the message in which they given me the reference number ( FMNLB33GYT9HZ ) and provide information regarding name of bus and its timing and the seats.
But on the next day when my family members for whom I booked the seats reached to the bus stop they said that they don't have any tickets booked for them.
When I called to the customer care no. they said that the tickets were not booked because of some technical issues.
I said to them that one of the passenger is senior citizens. And if the tickets were not booked then why via.com accepted the money from me and why don't they send me any message or email regarding the non confirmation of tickets, not even they refunded my money.
The customer care no. With whom I talked was so arrogant and he just ended the talks by just saying do whatever you want we will not help you.
So worst experience. I will never ever will use this site in future and also I will suggest to all my friends and relatives to never ever use via.com
The last thing I want to say is that, plz do refund of my money quickly if you have any shame or else I have to go to consumer forum.
