I have booked the tickets on april1 and april 8. It got cancelled due to covid 19. I have been trying to contact for the past 3 months. Neither they are picking the calls or replying the emails. Indigo flight has given either credit shell can be used or refund. And it is applicable till 1 year. And that too we should take it through travel agent only. And this travel agent is not picking the calls or repling emails for the past 3 months. What is the point of giving time till 1 year. Please reply to the Emails and and cancell all the fight tickets and initaite full refund. And i have already sent PNR and booking reference details in the Email. I dont know why you peoply delay the process inspite of sending the details. Please do the needful as soon as possible
