[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Change of channels | |||
I recently posted a complaint and I appreciate prompt reply of the customer service, though the matter has not been solved yet. https://www.consumercomplaints.invideocon-d2h-forcibly-imposing-channels-c1274763 As mentioned in the last post, customer care number are saying their system cannot do the mentioned and advised me to post my request online. Hence I would like videocon d2h to replace the Lifestyle+infotainment addon from[protected] to Hindi Movies as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that “Flexi Hindi Movies Addon” add-on has been activated device no[protected] in your d2h account with effect from May 7, 2016 and you will be charged Rs. 62/- per month for “Flexi Hindi Movies Addon” add-on subscription with a lock in period of one month. Please be informed that this add on cannot be removed under lock in period and whenever you want to remove the same then you can write back to us or call at our customer care. Further “Flexi Infotainment + Lifestyle Addon” add-on has been deactivated in your d2h account with effect from May 7, 2016.
