I have already sent email to their CEO but all in vain. I would like to inform you that Videocon d2h is cheating the customers by misleading. I have told them to return the box but they are not taking it. I told them to provide me a package for Rs 300 but they are not willing to do. If these services Videocon is providing then what the use. Their services is pathetic. During Monsoon season the picture get disappeared who will pay for that. They take their money but if services is not getting provided then they should compensate. I highlight so that customers don't get cheated with this company.

I'm facing signal issues from last 4 days . i registered my complaint on 14th june 2015 &amp; its 17th June 2015. I keep on calling every day &amp; what I get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has even called me since last 4 days. All i get is complaint no. nothing else. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it. If they are giving such service to premium customers who already paid full payment for whole year. i dont know what they are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. I really feel bad &amp; thinking again &amp; again why i have chosen this company who don't ever care what his customer feel about his services. I will recommend all other never use services of this company.

I have d2h HD DVR set top box

It stop working, registered a complaint to Customer care, Complaint No[protected]

I was told the box will be replaced/swap with 150/rs charges.

Service engineer came with the work order to swap the box but only confirmed that our old box is not working and they don't have same box and will come back once they get one.

Its been more than 15 days we could not watch TV as there is no signal at all, and we have subscribed to HD platinum plan.

Spoke to customer care today with Mr. Fazal Shaikh who said as per their system update the complaint has been already resolved.

I am fade up with this pathetic service, I had chosen d2h over Tatasky and other service providers but am repenting my decision and will be moving out now to Tatasky. I wont encourage anyone to subcribe d2h now, You will keep loosing your customers with such service. I am going to paste this mail on all social sites.

I am facing the same issue. I have been given the same excuses that the box is not available. They gave me an option of replacing the 500gb box with 1000gb one for INR 1, 000. Whereas the 500gb one costs INR 150. Why should I pay extra for a product which will not work eventually?

I have registered complaint about my D2H connection that is stb restart repeatedly. But yet there is no any call from ISP side or any response from CC. CC gives me schedule to attend complaint again and again. My last complaint is closed without attending so I raised complaint once again. I am your regular customer and suffering problems from last one month. Videocon D2H Best Brand awarded brand giving service like this. Hope my complaint considered and will resolved as early as possible. I am very fade up and decide to change with other dth service provider if my problem not resolved today eod.

i have requested for package downgrading from New south plstinum HD to New south diamond but your CC team said as you are a 4K user, your pack could not be downgraded as per rule but i m seeing that some new customer who are getting new diamond pack on new connection then why your old customer not downgrade his package ? please change my pack from New south platinum HD to New south diamond pack.

I was already a subscriber for videocon with sports, english and free channels on my package. Last april I applied for a multi room connection and due to unavoidable circumstances I disconnected the same from 1 march this year. I have not switched on the multi room set. I requested to cut the connection last week and they sought time till 14th. Meanwhile yesterday they cut my main connection [protected]. After my complaint at the help desk they restored the main connection but not activated my english channel package and they request money for that. Already they have deducted money for my non functioning connection. they told that would be credited in my account but till time it has not been done and have requested another week. In spite of that they told that they would be sending the service engineer and I should pay them. Is this make in India?. I lost my money in the non functioning connection, lost my mobile money in making calls and waiting for them in help desk. And how much money they are expecting both as a bribe and to restore my connection.

Very frustrated.
I m so fed up, i wish to burn the videocon setup and disc and throw it in front of videocon office.
The worst service provider among all. They r very fast in installing but when it comes to relocation they jus keep lying and misguiding customers.

I would like to bring this to your notice that, I have recharged my Account[protected] on last Saturday, May 28, 2016. Every-time, whenever i recharge my account i face the same problem related to my connection, either there will not be any signal or some other prob. As per the process, i usually call the customer care but didn't get the satisfactory response from their end. The promise that, the problem will be solved within 24 hrs. It never happened that the engineer guys came and solved the problem as per the mentioned time.

Apart from that, i call them several times, but don't get proper response. For an example, from Saturday (May 28) onward i am trying to reach them and ask them to come at my place, they make fake promises and give me several excuses just not to come. I couldn't find the reason. I am holding this account past many years. And tried to change my decision and switch to somewhere connection. Because of my travel most of the time am outside Bangalore. Whenever i am in town, i recharge the account and face the similar problem.

Request you to look into the matter and try to solve the problem immediately. Also request you, since i am not able to avail the services from Saturday last week, until n unless the problem has been solved, should not consider the date of the recharge. I would request you to give me extra 3 days or whatever days i am not able to use the service. I do not get any calls from the company that the problem has been solved or not.

I was in touch with Praveen ([protected]) and Yarab ([protected]). All the time they are giving me excuses and not updating me properly when they will come or not. I am staying in Koramangala 1st block and these guys are responsible to solve any customer problem in this area. I had faced similar problem with these guys before. I am very sorry to say that your service team is not capable enough to solve any problem rather than misguide them every time.

I don't know, if this mail will create any difference or not. I am working in media and i know how to escalate this issue to media. I am ready to highlight the incapability of Videocon customer service. As a brand like Videocon, it is completely unacceptable. Please look into this matter and solve the problem immediately.
My set top box is having some power problem due to that it automatically switch off after 15-20 minutes and most of the time power indicator only blinks but set top box does not restart. A technician was supposed to visit to resolve the issue on 1st june. But i did not get any call from technician.
Also upon checking the status of complain on 3rd June, i was told that technician will visit on 4th June before 4 PM.
Again after enquiring about the status, your customer care again gave me another complain no for the same issue, while the previous complain no. is still open.
is this the method to make fool your customer that every time he will be getting a new complain no. and a new date.
Are we fool who are using your service ? Are the customer fool in using your service?

Not yet Recived the dish Connection

Hello Sir/Madam, I Bought a Videocon D2h 32Inch TV with buit in setup Box 3years back In Visakhapatnam, But unable to get the dish till now .So could please tell me the process to get the dish and remaining things

No Signal

No Signal is coming after switching on the TV.D2h not working.May be a problem in Dish as switched off and tried to start again the TV.Wire in the TV is intact.Then also message is coming that the problem might be because of bad whether but if the problem persists contact customer care.

the same case is happened with me, 8 days back I did recharge of Rs 600 and money has deducted from my bank account but it never credited in their account and more over when I gave the complaint that time I got call from customer care and asking me for my bank details including my debit card no, pin no and CVV no. when I refused to gave the same that time I got reply that then money won't be transferred to my account, and when I called to their nodel desk that time also nodel officer told me the same and refuse to gave me my money back.

I have raised my query with customer care as well as their CEO and senior management team.
as since last month we won't be able to see our television and not able to view anything on our television screen due to this service provider, "N" number of times raised query and concern with the customer care but no response, they only update me with the process flow followed in their reputed esteem organisation.

i had paid for one year annual subscription NEW SOUTH GOLD package in December 2015. In Feb 2016, due to a cricket match, I called up their helpline for a top-up for one month only for the Sports channel. Later I noticed my annual subscription was ending in September and not in November as per the annual subscription, when enquired, I was informed that my package was upgraded to NEW SOUTH GOLD SPORTS. All I ask is where is the communication of the upgrade, did I formally provide my consent for this change ?? I'm not been informed about the changes as a customer who has paid for the service.

Secondly, I opted for this package as Asianet channels was part of this package. In the month of June, they stopped all Asianet channels without informing the customers, when we call the customer care, They state that Videocon has a rider on the website that they can make any changes to their offering. Is this not a clear case of customer being duped of their money when they are not providing the service they promised and collected money from me. Can customers in India be taken for ride by such big corporates ??.

Videocon is a non ethical supplier with respect to D2H, I am not aware of other products.

Its been only 18 days since i installed HD connection 3 times Videocon created problems to me.

1. installation engineer was rude and with rowdyism behaviour.
2. They changed my package in 2 days and when i called customer care they said i changed it(heights of bluff), when i asked for proof, they transferred call to supervisor. i had to call 2-3 time. they could not prove. finally they resolved that to after a day.
3. this is the 3rd time, the package was for 1 month and withing 18days only they stopped service. when i called customer service they again said i had changed the package. this time i ha to call 5 - 6 times. they kept on bluffing without any proof.

they say i called and asked for change of package, every one knows that all calls are recorded, then why cant they show the proof that i called and gave the statement that " change my package"

really fed up. I have never seen such a worst service.

D2h is duping its customers. I have been charged for an addon (deducted from my balance) without my consent and my account expired around a week before its expiry date!!! I hope if Dish TV is taking over, they at least do not indulge in such malpractices!!!

We have Videocon connection (Common to whole building through MDO junction).
Since last 8 days I am daily raising complaint to Videocon related to picture quality (Picture is freezing frequently). Also daily calling local representative. Representative came once, problem does not resolved, still deducted Rs. 200/- from my account. This problem is pertaining to common connection (MDO junction), why 200 rs are deducted from my account.
I am very disappointed with service. Many clients in building are facing same problem and we have decided to change subscriber.

I paid subscription for Sony Ten 3(infact I wanted Ten2, they deceptively put me on to Ten3). They refused to change me over to Ten2.
Having adjusted with Ten3, I hoped that I could see all worldcup games, because that's what they promised, that was the contract. To my shock, they started showing other stuff like cricket. To my utter disappointment, yesterday they didn't show Worldcup. What a disaster. Breach of trust and contract. These people should be taken to Court. I tried calling their customer service, looks like they switched the lines off, because of the mess they created.
Vidocon D2h cheated me as well. I called from Tamilnadu, they are showing southindia plan on their site, but customer care speaking complete Hindi, we are not able to understand

However we reached them who speaks English, they changed my plan without notifying us, we are not able to see Star Vijay and Zee tamil.

I asked how to cancel subscription, they are saying they never cancel account, we need to stay until all recharge amount come to Zero.

Even after applying/selecting below pack at your website, I'm not able to see the channel at all.
After activating *Tamil- Telugu HD Value and **Tamil Prime HD* pack please remove Tamil Value pack.

i was trying to recharge my videocon d2h using my debit card thru computer. After make all process, Transaction was failed but rs. 1170.00 was deducted from my Bank account. then i send complain to Local Nodal officer Ms. Sarbani, Kolkata, West Bengal. I sent them my screensht of my bank passbook, bank meesge of deducting the money. But They said its all False. What more i can show them. When they can say, bank passbook of deducting Money 1170.00 is false.

Your executive told me that " u are a long time customer so the company is giving you comedy active channel for 30 days free after that period it will be chargeable.

first time i have declined for it it

but he told that please if you don't like the channel than stop the channel after few days it will be free.
Again he confirm ed by me than i told it's OK. but when the call disconnected by him i received a message that your revised switch off date is revised with increased amount( D2H charged for comedy active).

than again i have complained to your customer care no. with complaint no.[protected] @ 5.53 pm. for deactivation of comedy active channel.
Worst company and service. 9 months am facing the same issue with remote and set off box not getting connection...Technical ppl cld not resolve the issue..every time they come and it work for a few days and then the same issue..useless company..Never and ever go for Videocon D2H...

    I have subscribed for D2H. But they are charging more than the other operators. Told to refund back the money as I don't want to continue but no reply from them. Below is the trail mail. Whenever there is monsoon season every time the picture get blurred. In spite paying you for the Diamond Pack for Rs 340 every month these are the services which you give??????? Now when I asked your team to take the Box and refund the money your colleague that we can't take the refund back. My request is that I want Diamond Pack for Rs 300 every month including tax above Rs 300 I will not pay a single Pie. Half the channels is no use. If you are not providing then I want to return the box and want the refund back. Orelee I will take a legal action and go to Consumer Forum for cheating the customers. Also I will tell all my neighbors and relatives to disconnect your services and inform them also to inform all their colleague who has Videocon D2H. Thanks & Regards

        Videocon is a fraud company in line of old Kuber group and nowadays Saradha group. 1.) I had purchased Videcon D2H on 11th Nov 2012 in one year package (paid INR 3604/- lumpsum). However the company disconnected after 9.5 months only. Now they are saying that I had not paid for full one year. How is it possible when they were giving set top box and antenna with one year plan only. 2.) I had referred Videocon to one of my friend and he had taken connection for 4 TVs in his guest house. However, company did not pay referral fees for even one connection. 3.) I had a change in residence also where I kept on calling company's technician but, he did not turn up and there was a delay of 1 month in installation. However I paid INR 400 (150 + 250) for de-installation and re-installation which ultimately proved to be of little value 4.) Whenever I call customer care, they just disconnect the call every time. 5.) Videocon raised plan charges by huge amount from 1st Januray 2013. So, whoever will recharge now will have a big hole in pocket. Hey friends do not take Videocon and better try Tatasky if you do not want to get cheated big time.           dear sir/madam, this has reference to the subject cited above. In this context, it is to state that i have made twice payments for recharging my videocon d2h with Rs. 1710/- (total Rs. 3420/-) on 03/10/2013 through online SBI account which uses tpsl as payment gateway. Both the times my payment got unsuccessful but the amount of Rs.3420/- got debted from my SBI account. It is therefore, requested you to refund my whole amount of Rs. 3420/- back in my account. my Transaction details are as follows: Date (Value Date) Narration Ref.           Videocon is a fraud company in line of old Kuber group and nowadays Saradha group.

          1.) I had purchased Videcon D2H on 11th Nov 2012 in one year package (paid INR 3604/- lumpsum). However the company disconnected after 9.5 months only. Now they are saying that I had not paid for full one year. How is it possible when they were giving set top box and antenna with one year plan only. 2.) I had referred Videocon to one of my friend and he had taken connection for 4 TVs in his guest house. However, company did not pay referral fees for even one connection. 3.) I had a change in residence also where I kept on calling company's technician but, he did not turn up and there was a delay of 1 month in installation. However I paid INR 400 (150 + 250) for de-installation and re-installation which ultimately proved to be of little value 4.) Whenever I call customer care, they just disconnect the call every time. 5.) Videocon raised plan charges by huge amount from 1st Januray 2013. So, whoever will recharge now will have a big hole in pocket. Hey friends do not take Videocon and better try Tatasky if you do not want to get cheated big time.             Dear Sir, I would like to file complaint here against said Videoncon D2H, who had done fraud with me. My customer id with them is 6522280. I have done recharge for Rs. 1920.00 on 29.03.13 with them valid till 19.10.13. I made this on my 1st connection for which their New Diamond Package charges are Rs. 320.00 Per Month. Later I have installed their new box with same New Diamond Package at my home during August-2013. For this, I have paid total Rs. 2650.00 to their dealer. This amount includes New Diamond Recharge of Rs. 1450.00. For this 2nd connection, their charges are Rs. 180.00 Per Month so it should be valid till April-2014. Now I am getting messages from them to recharge my connections as bill is going to be nill on 06.10.13. I have made more than 100 CALLS to their Customer Care (No.: [protected]), first talked to their Junior Representatives and then to their Seniors/Team Leaders - Ms. Sakshi, Mr. Kamal, Ms. Vandana etc. but nobody is explaining me the reasons behind this. Also, these customer care people told me that their dealer had withdrawn amount of Rs. 1700.00 from my recharge a/c with reasons unknown to them. I am calling them everyday to know about this but now these guys are avoiding me. I request you to take STRICT ACTION against these people and teach them a lesson so that they should know how to deal in AFTER SALE SERVICE. Regards, Vishal Garg

              Hi, Today on 27 December 2013 i had done a online recharge of videocon d2h of Platinum Pack through my SBI debit card of Rs 1, 185 for 3 months+ free 5 days extra on it as my due date is 26 September 2013 but after recharging, in my account option it will be showing me my next recharge date is 19 Dec 2013 instead of 31 December. How it is this possible as 27 sep- 27 dec 2013 + 5 days = 31 dec( 3 months + free 5 days extra). Instead of giving extra days they had reduced my days.tIt is really a fraud .               I saw fox action movies on chanel no. 257 I called customer care executive told me 61 INR will be debited and chanel will be avilable i said ok do it after that he disconected the call but rhe chanel says E16-4 NOT ENTITLED TO VIEW CHANNEL I called customer care several time (Imran senier Girish paresh) they put my call on hold for more than 60 minutes and imran told that channel is not available on our platform so i asked them to refund my money they said it is not possible

                Dear forum, This is with regard to my complaint to the videocon dth services for my channels settings changed AMD some of the channels not available. I had logged a complaint on 08th Sep 2013 vide complaint no[protected] where they replied that the dth card needs to be replaced, and they told that the same will be changed within 2 days but then no one turned up. I again logged a complaint on 13th Sep vide complaint no[protected] and again I got the same reply that the same will be replaced within 2 days. Again no one turned up. 3rd complaint was done on 16th Sep, vide complaint no 19262006 where they provided the contact no of some engineer (mob no [protected]) who had picked up my phone and told that he will get it resolved but again no results. I also was in follow up with Mr. Arvind in customer service ([protected]) but no one even bothered to check it once. After so many follow ups it has already passed 20 days and today is 24th. Still no one has turned up Kindly help in this matter as I am fed up with the service of videocon dth

                  Hi Video Con (big cons you guys are), I'm not quite sure where the heck to start from. You guys have perfect bunch of loosers highly unprofessional and unskilled people working for you. You guys are perfect example of wort customer experence. I have bought a standard definiton setup box from you. It worked fine untill i decided to take another one; HD settop box from you. I told you customer service that pelase put both under same cusomter ID, You didn't listen to me created a new customer ID. I made numerous call and a email to sort that out. I topped up for Rs.3140 on 10/08/2013 and was promised a HD set-top box with two months of Platinum HD subsription included in it. Guess wat it stopped working on 21/09/2013, well that isn't 2 months. (not susprised as i said you guys big cons). I went to your website today (23/09/2013) enetered my phone number topped using netbanking thru my Kotak bank. Came home and it still says no balance on my HD box. That was a shock to me. Then i found that you guys have still not closed the other account you have created rather you credited my topoup to that acct(Cust ID :[protected] which should not exist. It should have been credited to Cust ID : 96782710. What a shame. It took 5 calls to you customer service and still no solution to my problem. 1st call was such a torcher to my brain, i had to call back again caz I could not handle that guy anymore. when I told you guys to disconnect one of set-top box(standard) i was told to recharge or my account should have a recharge of 7 days, or i can't disconnect my setup of box. I really lost my cool when i was told that my money has been credited to a different account and not the one it was intended for.                     This is to bring to your notice that I have a DTH connection installed at my place and I had requested for another connection on 6th September, 2013. It was clearly mentioned by me to send the engineer on 8th September,2013 (if not possible before 9:30 AM on Saturday). The person who booked my new connection, mentioned the same. But, I got more than 20 calls by your engineering team on Saturday afternoon, and each time I had to tell them to install the connection on Sunday. I was involved in very important official meeting which was disturbed the calls again and again. At the end of the day I lost a client due to numerous calls by videocon team. You can check the call logs and voice logs for the same. Then on Sunday, I had to call around 10 times to customer service asking for the team to visit. I had to cancel my meetings on Sunday due to the same. The team did not visit and each time customer care service assured me that it would be installed on Sunday. I feel really harassed and victimized by the same.

                          Videcon is big fraud company in case of customer service. I am pursuing the matter for last 1 year and 4 months now. I have a Videocon Microwave (Model – VC2800S) where the rotating attachment got stolen during a house shifting. Since last 1 year and 4 months,I have lodged at least 15 complaints but every time one engineer calls and says that the call is cancelled due to non-availability of spare. Even after my earlier facebook post on 10th Aug'13, you customer care guys called and assured me that the problem will be resolved by 19th Aug'13. But nothing happened.                             I purchased 1 videocon refrigerator from pai international on 25/12/2007. It run nicely till 4years. After that twice we request for servicing. Both time we got good response from your service centre, they changed the compressor and billed around rs.1500 each time. But now i lodge a complaint on 25/07/2013, after 3days some technician came and check. He told to replace some parts and it cost rs.500. After 2 reminder he came and check that compressor should be replaced. And also he is telling it will cost around rs.4500 because it is out of warantee. But when i check your videocon warantee card and book it shows 6years warantee on compressor. And also given that book copy & bill (25/12/2007) copy. According to your company book 6years warantee should applicable in this case. But service centre people telling they will check with company and according to that they will come and change the compressor. After so many reminders and complaints nobody turn. Even nobody bothered about to solve the complaint, because nobody contact me also.

                              I am using Videocon semi-automatic washing machine and have faced issue with it.

                              I register a request[protected] for repair to your customer care[protected] on 2nd of September and a person came on same day. He fixed the issue. But the part (pipe) that he replaced was broken. That came to notice only when started machine for washing. The cost serviceman has charged was Rs.800. When asked for receipt, he refused to give saying since this is service, they don't give any receipt or bill.

                              As I said, the replaced part was faulty, I again register request/complain about this on same day and specified that the serviceman has replaced faulty part with another faulty part. The complain ID is - PUN[protected]. It was assured that issue will be fixed within next 48 hours. The assurance was wrong. When I again get back to customer care, they were just buying illogical arguments. I also complained about not providing bill. They said it is not under their department and gave another contact number of service center[protected] for any billing related issues. When I tried to reach service center, there were no one to attend the call.

                              This was on 2nd September 2013. Since then whenever I call or email their customer care service, they give me new ticket with new time of next 48 hours to fix the issue. So far I have given three such request numbers and 8 days passed and no service received in spite of the thing, that I already have paid for the thing.

                                I have installed Videocon HD digital set top on October 2012. That time USB port was not working. They told that it will be enabled by January 2013. In-spite of calling customer care many times, till date it is not activated. It is been almost a year no proper response from them. Can someone guide how to take this to consumer court?
                                That's true. Videocon DTH is poor is customer satisfaction.

                                  sir, i have received a service for refrigerator on 24 June 2010 for its no cooling service .in which the VIDEOCON engineer came and take Rs 2700/- moreover he avail us the guaranty of 18 months whose receipt is 231 dated 24 June 2010, (Veer electronics. narela Delhi) But due to your failure service I have faced troubles regarding the no cooling service of refrigerator. starting from 22 June 2010 to 01 February 2012 I have applied bag full of complaints but i have not received any answer back. From 22 June 2010 I want all the details for the action taken till now and i want my compressor and my Rs 2700 /- back with needed compensation YOUR ANIL KUMAR [protected]possible...

                                    my customer id 14420745. Mosaic is not working in our videocon d2h tv , channels mismatching, and also when we change the telugu channels it will show signal not available and other raining or cloudy errors,So again we need to switch off tv and switch on. after that again if change the channel then again same error but other language channels will work correctly at the same time. D2h is inbuilt in videocon tv, So their is no tv problem here and i think that is their software problem. If we ask for customer care to send any executive they are asking to pay service charge for executive. but why should we pay when their signals are not workings and creating problems every time we change a channels. I hope someone will solve my issue as soon as possible from videocon. Thanks.

                                        i have buy the one line Videocon D2h service on 02-Jul-13. this is below mention of one line site transaction details.it is cust id[protected]. it is active the next day 03-Jul-13. according to offer it is two month service active because two month (2 Months of Platinum Pack) is free. according to it is due date 3-09-13. but d2h service is due date 13-08-13 and service is deactivate. i am call in D2h call center 50 to 70 times. but i have not gate right solution.
