sir,
i have received a service for refrigerator on 24 June 2010 for its no cooling service .in which the VIDEOCON engineer came and take Rs 2700/- moreover he avail us the guaranty of 18 months whose receipt is 231 dated 24 June 2010, (Veer electronics. narela Delhi)

But due to your failure service I have faced troubles regarding the no cooling service of refrigerator. starting from 22 June 2010 to 01 February 2012 I have applied bag full of complaints but i have not received any answer back.

From 22 June 2010 I want all the details for the action taken till now and i want my compressor and my Rs 2700 /- back with needed compensation

Videocon — service is bad

i changed my serivce (MNP) frm my x provider aircel to videocon 3 months back because of bad service now im facing the same problem again in videocon service..
some cricket alerts is been activated on my number and i am unable to deactivate it
by sending sms deact dcri to 50000 its been two weeks now my balance is been deducted i cant recharge my balnce is deducting always...
if my service is not been deactivated two days maximum then i would be very much happy to do mnp again to another provider...

    this is with regarding my issue which is not resolved refund

    Still the issues is into resolved, i was speaking with nodal officer Chennai and he says he still didn't receive and confirmation the Videocon account is on the name of Chandra Prakash, and he has left my place for an overseas job, and many request have been made to customer care over phone to changes the name but no action was taken.
    Here you can check all the transaction are done by me, Sunil from HDFC net banking.

    A check was issued by Videocon on Chandra Prakash and it is returned due to name miss match.

    I request you to revert back the balance money Rs. 7, 115.00 to same account from which it is debited (HDFC Net Banking - Savings Account No.: [protected], MOGAPPAIR WEST, Chennai) or

    you change the customer account name and issue a cheque if any documents are required for changing the customer name please let me know i can provide. it is already been 2 weeks i hope, it is resolved.

    Sub - Refund of my Prepaid Balance.


    In reference to the above subject I (Senthil kumar.K) have a small complaint regarding your services.
    I do receive flash messages from your side for different offers and packs.
    when phone is idle your packs automatically get activated and i am charged for that. And after that you charge me every weak for this packs renewal.
    Today this is 3rd time ( it was cricket update pack which was accidently got activated on my phone no. [protected]) when i pressed exit key i got a message thank you for activating cricket pack and again you have deducted my a/c balance. Now and when I called up your people on 121 i was unable to connect the call.
    Now I request you to deactivate the cricket pack and refund the amount and kindly stop your flash messages because I don't need any VAS pack.

    On 13/05/2013, I have recharged my Videocon d2h customer id 28562686, I wanted to recharge for 1000/- but unexpectedly it happen to be Rs 10000/- . The transaction was made using HDFC net-netbanking, transaction was successful. When I found the same that a I made mistake, I called the customer care of HDFC bank they told me that once the transaction is done it cannot be refunded as it is debited so only the receiver has to refund (Videocon) so the same can be reflected back to my account. When I called customer care of Videocon they told me to raise a complaint mail to ([protected]@d2h.com) and same is done, also I have registered a complaint on the Videocon website's (SBT complaints). Till evening I didn't receive an confirmation then once again I called customer care and they confirmed me that Rs 9000/- will be refunded to you and you will get a confirmation sms with in 4 hrs but eventually I didn't receive.

    Again on 14/05/2013 I have called the customer care for confirmation then they said the money cannot be refunded once payment is done you will not get the refund back. I have asked that I will speak to supervisor and they have connected me to Janaki C, she straight forwardly said money cannot be refunded and she also said that she has confirmed from backend and so it cannot be done.

    I booked two new connections on 2 June 2014. It Was promised that it will get installed within 24 hours i Made so many complaints and then after 4 days on 6 June It Was Intsalled.As The Engineer Left My House The Problem Started There Were Lots Of Small Dots On The Screen I Made A Complaint Immediately It Was Promised That Engineer Will Visit Within 24-48 Hours. No One Came I Made So Many Complaints About And Finally On 16 June 2014 He arrived He Was Not Able To Solve The Problem And promised to come tomorrow with a new set Box he didnt come and the problem still Persists.       I am using D2H connection [customer ID no[protected]] for last 2 years. I am getting worst services what a services provider provided to his customers. Dew a some technical issue I am following to D2H tam form past 7 days [Complain no:[protected],[protected].[protected]] , Today I received call from an Engineer Mobile no- Pradeep [protected]/ [protected]], asking for RS: 500, to get this issue resolve on urgent basis. May I have an urgent intervention for anyone, and close my matter on top priority.

        I have lodged complaint for Channel mismatch and there is no response from customer care centre. I got only auto-reply mail with some work order number. After that nobody visited the location and again I called to customer care numbers then they said we have no engineer at your location, still we can request some engineer to visit and you have to pay Rs.200 per visit. After a week again I called the customer care and they gave instructions to reset the setup box. But the problem did not get solved. Later they sent an engineer and he tried the same and said there may ba an LNB problem but he doesn't know how to check and said he will come back with another engineer. But after that no reply nothing. Again I called customer care. They said the earlier call is closed and asked me to register a new complaint. Again they registered one more complaint and 2 weeks gone. Again I called customer care and they are asking me to register new complaint. I just want to know how can they close the complaint without solving the problem and raise new complaint. This is the worst customer support I ever faced.
        Thinking to switch to other service provider. My customer ID is 65577842.This will not solve the issue. Si, I should go to consumer court with all the mails and call records. I will give this issue as much publicity as possible so that atleast new customer should not face what I'm facing.

        Videocon — Worst services of Videocon

        The remote of my AC was not working for which we have launched a complaint to Videocon. They committed that the remote would be replaced with in 24 hours and even after 7 days the remote is not changed.
        Mr. Ashwani the floor manger of their call center and his senior Mr. Mahendra also committed yesterday i.e. on 10th of April 2010 that atleast my old remote would be given to me by today morning ,but still I have not received the remote, its already 40deg C temperature and I am not able to run my AC.
        This is false commitment by their call center people and also the service center, who are responsible for such a delay. Now I don't have belief on their commitments and I ADVISE NOT TO BELIVE ON THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE'S COMMITMENTS THEY ARE ALL SAME AND DO FALSE COMMITMENTS AND WASTE LOT OF TIME BY HOLDING OUR CALLS.

        ITS AGAIN MY SERIOUS ADVICEE NOT TO BELIVE ON VIDEOCON SERVICES AND APPLIANCES.

        Videocon — Videocon worst services

        The remote of my AC was not working for which we have launched a complaint to Videocon. They committed that the remote would be replaced with in 24 hours and even after 8 days i.e till today 12th April 2010 the remote is not changed. and the person on the other phone is threatening to my wife when shhe contacted the service engineer.
        Mr. Ashwani the floor manger of their call center and his senior Mr. Mahendra both are bloody liar and gave false commitments.

        I ADVISE NOT TO BELIVE ON THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE'S COMMITMENTS THEY ARE ALL SAME AND DO FALSE COMMITMENTS AND WASTE LOT OF TIME BY HOLDING OUR CALLS.

        since i got the videocon d2h it cause problem, the channels are not viewing properly, they loosing their numbers and ending my TV on a Screen which includes pictures in pictures more than 12 (12 channels on my one tv screen) i complaint abt it the Engineer (they call) came and did something. Day after i got same issue, i call him he told me call to customer care i cannot do anything, i call customer care she told me ur complain is not closed yet we are sending Engineer today, now i got 2-3 day noOne came.

        I got no option to change the provider may be TataSky or DishTV. at least TataSky has good software navigation for User

        I purchased a videocon mobile from HELLO COMMUNICATIONS hyderabad located at ameerpet on 24/5/2010.my mobile IMEI number [protected].I got problem on19th of june and I gave my mobile in authorized service center(SIRI COMMUNICATIONS Khairatabad) on 21st June 2010.From that date to till now 28 July 2010 I didn't get my mobile.Already one month is completed still they are not responding.I send a lot of mails, I called many times to customer cares,they are telling that stock is not available.my jobsheet number:SI1-VG[protected]DW

        Videocon D2H — worst service

        I bought almost all the electrical appliances of Videocon ,which are quite good. But I got a connection of Videocon d2h which proved me wrong. My customer ID is 72174. Within one or two month one set top which was faulty was changed by the company, but on 14.8.2010 I lost the service of d2h. The receiver was downloading, which was counting 0 to 46 , after 46 it continue to start from 0. I complained to the customer care ,they gave me some instruction, but in vein. They lodged my complaint the number of which is 17037771 and told that my problem will be solved within 24-48 hours. No one came. I again reminded again they gave another number17042391. Some body contacted me, I told the problem and stated him that the same problem was arose when I bought the product, then the receiver was changed, so when you come please bring the another receiver. But he did not, he checked it and declare that the receiver will be changed. I ask him to take my receiver to take with him as it was no use for me. I contacted few days later he replied as their is no stock , when it will arrive, I will take one to you. But no one come. I again reminded the customer care, they gave another number which was stated to be complaint against their engineer No. 17391742 on 24.8.2010. After that ,he came and asked some body to swap the programming which was not done. He told me that my earlier receiver is wet. As it was raining and moisture level was 95-98 %. I told him that it is OK I can dry its moisture with dryer and you can check andsee it.He told no need. He took the receiver new and old both and went away. After that no one came, I again contacted the customer care they gave another No. 17451882. No one came, Ironically each and every time I was told that your complaint has been forwarded/mailed and you will have no need to contact us .your problem will be solved within 24-48 hrs. or 2.10 pm, 4.00 pm or 8.00 pm or 10.00 pm. I am tired, The Company has changed to be a big cheat because of cost cutting, they have appointed their screw driver brand engineer, who have no man power or time to attend the customer and report the company the wrong information about customer. I know that it was a system application fault, it can be rectified by patch up CD or formatted it and re-install the application that may take 5 minutes hardly. But, after assurance given by the Sr. Executive Mr. Abhishek, no action has been taken till this date and time. If any body, who is going to take any DTH connection, please abstain from Videocon d2h opt for another one.

        I have recharged my videocon D2H from recharge voucher of 300 rs. But Videocon says this recharge pin has already been consumed by other customer.& it's there mistake of having same recharge pin on two vouchers. but they are not accepting it at all.....instead they told me that, if i want i can get remove D2h.

        they are not at all respecting customers.

        Please do not buy Videocon D2H at any time. very worst Services.

        Videocon — Worst Service Ever

        I have purchased videocon TV in month of April-11. On 22-September-11 there was a problem in TV's display, so have registered a complaint regarding the same. Person from service centre came and check the same, and informed that problem with display. And there after no calls or follow up whatsoever from them. I m following the same from last 20 days but no reply till date.

        I went to CROMA (Vile-Parle West) from where TV was purchased, but the same story repeated there.

        I request to please refund my money back as no more interested in the product.

        Hi,

        Until now i have not see any company provide such horrible service for their products, i have logged more than 5 complaints till today and the Services engg has never visited my place to fix the issue.

        We bought a videocon washing machine which around 5 year back.. we used it for few years and after which it started giving some problems... now till the date nobody at videocon has been able to help us out.
        I would stongly recommend that its the worst of the worst of the worts comsumer company, and never would i buy any of their products again.

            I bought online videcon d2h 12 month new south gold package by paying
            Rs.4190.00 on 10.05.2013.The payment was made on their website.

            In the whole process,I was guided by their malad(mumbai) office sales executive Mr.Jayesh by phone no. [protected]. Mr.Jayesh himself confirmed package after receipt of online payment. The Order No.D2H[protected]…….customer id : 94919779

            After installation I find that my account is credited with only
            Rs.2650.00 and they have activated south platinum package with only
            6 month validity instaed of 12months.

            On calling the customer care , they try to avoid my complaint by telling that we will check and revert and then without taking my complaint cut the call. I call back and force them to take the complaint. The complaint No.[protected], and to my surprise the complaint is closed without any action being taken and no intimation is sent to me as well.

            Again I call back to customer care, Ms.Sree attends my query and says that as I have taken package online she cannot solve my query and I should contact Mr.Jayesh only. What great customer service Support.

            I call Jayesh , who now gives all sorts of stupid answers , transfers call to few people in his office and tries to avoid talking to me.Finally I track him after calling for 5-10 times , he asks me to mail my problem to ajit.[protected]@d2honline.com. I do the same and wait for action.

            Its been 4days, and still these people are not giving me my allocated package. I have mailed them but no use. Nobody is bothered to solve the issue.

            It is a clear case of cheating and fraud, which is further proved by the people trying to avoid talking to me and take my complaint.I am left with no option but file a complaint here.

              Videocon d2h ID35455375, help desk is very much rude, despite solving problem they detach your phone, as in my case at least 10 call made to help desk for solution of a minor problem - they detach phone also hesitate in registering complaint. After repeated calls any how registered my complaint - but asking that service engineer will charge for visit whereas the product was installed in jan 2013 and well within Warranty. The services are very much unsatisfactory and against the ethics.

              Videocon Television — NOT PROVIDE SERVICE

              this time my TV screen was some dark spot in display and i contact customer care in[protected], and 5 day later come service man in house and he say we change your TV screen but this time no stock available so we contact to you but at he no call at the time and i again to note complain but not respond so i want to solution in my tv problem and legal judgement

                dear d2h you upgraded software of my hd stb in January 2013 after that stb is not responding .
                1. Booting time is too much
                2. Channel changing delay is increased.
                3. set top box hangs frequently then I have to restart the stb and miss one over of IPL.
                The good thing is screen is more wide now.
                I logged a complain to CC .you people send technical person who said we will release new version soon but till date there is no update.
                and now d2h want Rs200/- for new settopbox.
                Upgrading software with bug and asking for money it does not look fair.

                Please give us the proper setup box or give us a proper solution. I am tiered of asking again and again with customer care.

                  Hi,

                  I am the old customer of Videocon D2H. My custome id is 38778196. My d2h Account number is 3853315.
                  In March i have the problem with my sd set top box e.g. channel mismatch. So i called customer care on 3rd April.
                  They send Engineer at my home On 4th April. After testing the box He said the set top box is faulty and suggest
                  me to convert it to hd.Then he gives me information about GLK scheme. Also I was informed that Platinum HD pack
                  will be free for initial six months and product exchange would be installed free of cost by the company.

                  Then Engineer ask me to recharge the account with around 2700/- Rs. approx. because of that time i had my
                  previous account balance is around Rs. 350/- approx. Then I recharged my account online through credit card and
                  net banking. For Rs. 2300/-.
                  04/04/2013 1500/-.
                  04/04/2013 800/-.

                  Then Engineer told me that the hd box will be installed tomorrow. e.g. on 5th April. So i called him then he
                  told that previous balance is not added so please recharge again for Rs. 400/-. then I recharge my account
                  online through net banking on 05/04/2013 for Rs. 400/-.

                  Then i get the call from pune videocon d2h officer to recharge again for Rs. 180/-. Then I recharged my
                  account on 06/04/2013 for Rs. 300/-.

                  On 6th April my box gets activated but not hd channels. so i called customer care and after two days my
                  platinum hd pack was activated. But i saw in d2h portal that my old product also activated so i call the
                  customer care again again to close my previous product because my balance deducted for two products.
                  After long follow-up my previous product was get deactivated. Why my balance deducted for two products is this
                  my problem?????????????

                  Then Engineer told me that Rs. 1000/-. of old sd box added to my account but i saw in portal that is not
                  credited to account. That time My account Balance is around 3700/-. and due date show 26th december(november).
                  Then after long follow-ups my previous products Rs. 1000/- added to my account and then i check my account
                  balance it shows around Rs. 4000/- and due date is 14th february.

                  Now When i check today e.g. 05/05/2013 balance show Rs. 1101.70. Why ??? Where goes my account balance ???
                  where goes the six month free scheme???? whats about your engineers GLK scheme????? Where goes the due date that
                  i saw in your portal??????

                  I called to customer care in this regard but i did not get satisfied with their answers.
                  "They told me Rs. 300/- deducted for installation charges, I am recharged short for hd replace scheme".
                  I also told cutomer care executive to send me account statement to my email id.
                  But they told to contact through mail to customer care about this problem.

                  But i am recharged as per d2h guidelines also i received call from pune office for Rs. 180/-. and i recharged
                  Rs. 300/-. So what happen with my account balance??????????

                  There is no facilities in d2h portal for account statement. How can i saw where is my money goes???
                  How can i tally my account balance. why d2h not providing account statement like tata sky??????

                  My problem is:

                  1. I have recharged my accout as engineer and d2h office told. When I check my account balance before last 15
                  days it was around 3700 to 3800 Rs. Where it goes.????????????

                  2. I was informed by your engineer that he gives me GLK scheme. Six month platinum HD pack free. There is no
                  installation charges for it.Where it goes.????????????

                  3. I need my deducted amount back as
                  It is your mistake that two procucts activated.

                  I saw my account balance is arount 4000/-. in your portal and that is not possible to such a big
                  amount aournd Rs. 3000/- get deducted within one month. No a/c statement provided.

                  I was informed that six month platinum HD pack free with GLK scheme and no installation charges.
                  as he just change the set top box not changed and allign the dish antenna. and also i am old customer.


                  I’m very much frustrated about my account balance and due date by the services provided
                  by the well-known company called VIDEOCON.

                  I relocated, so i had asked videocon d2h for relocation setup. Their engineer had done setup.

                  They have only done relocation setup, nothing else.

                  Relocation charge is 250/- Rs.

                  Company deducted 450/- Rs. from my account balance. (And not informed me or any notification by sms)

                  suddenly on 12 Oct, 2013, my service/broadcast was stopped. I did not know what was the problem, even i didn&#039;t received any SMS normally they sent when balance is low/before some days of expiration.

                  I did call to their call center on 13 october, 2013 at 11 AM, and registered complaint - complaint no[protected]. Executive asked me complaint gets resolved in next 24 hours. Also i did receive SMS for that.

                  till 14 October, 2013 at 10 pm, complaint had not been solved, nor any communication from them. So i did call again to call center, and asked to at least active my account, so i could see Broadcast; but their executive said, i cannot do that, if you want i can recharge of 50/- Rs. (for 3 days); which will be deducted from my next recharge. i said, i don&#039;t want to pay extra more. And asked to transfer call to their senior executive. Senior executive was not available, so he told me that, their executive will give callback to me.

                  till 15 October 3 pm, complaint had not been resolved, nor i got any callback. Again i did call to call center, now their executive registered new complaint, complaint no[protected], and ensured me that it will be solved in next 24 hours.

                  it has not been resolved till 16 October, 10 PM. Again i did call to call center. Executive asked me to hold on till he checks details, i will ask him to give callback when he did check details. But he never callback to me.

                  Everytime i had to tell whole story to executive who picks up the call, they does check all the details (after put me on hold for few minutes, not on toll free number).

                  till yet problem is not resolved, and my broadcast/service is stopped .

                      I sent My porting Request to Vodafone Dated on 02/02/2011 and I received the porting unique code too the unique porting code number is VM137446 and the same day I submitted my all document to Videocon outlet in Mumbai they said they its will going to activate with 7 days but after all procedure still today am waiting for My number MNP Stats I visited serval time in Videocon Outlet in Mumbai but the customer care officer are useless they don’t have any answer they said they completed all the procedure but the problem is from Vodafone but after visiting Vodafone gallery they said the Videocon still not sending any document to them the problem is from that side….

                      Now I need justice for this matter where the customer should go???? Both companies are showing there problem…….

                        I am a consumer of videocon d2h since Nov.2012 and customer id no.is 83387487 I have done a long term recharge in my a/c for six months @ Rs.200/- p.m totalling Rs.1200/- on 20/4/2013. I was informed by the customer care department that on 6 months recharge of Rs.1200/is done extra credit would be given to consumer in his account by the next day.The customer care dept. has not even registered my complaint.But till today i have not been given extra 20 days full credit in my account nor any positive reply from their side for the above matter.

                        Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                          My setbox was hanging every now and then so I called one of your executive and he camed and checked everything and he told that he will come on another day and he will change the set top boxbut the other day he did not come. Then again I lodged a complaint and finally one executive came and he installed an old used set top box andwith that also same problem. Last sunday I called one of your executive and he again changed the set top box now this time the set top box is going on and off automatically I called him he every time gives me some excuses and don't comes to see it. So please sir I m just fed up with this d2H and I kindly request you please send someone over my place I want to cancell my connection I don't want it and I want my refund.

                            I BOUGHT A NEW 1.5 TON VIDEOCON SPLIT A/C FROM NEXT (DHER KE BALAJI SIKAR ROAD STORE) ON SATURDAY 27/03/2010.
                            IT WAS INSTALLED THE SAME DAY BY THE COMPANY PEOPLE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE SENSOR ON THE AC PANEL WAS NOT WORKING AND THERE WAS WATER LEAKAGE ALSO. I WAS ADVISED BY THE INSTALLTION PEOPLE TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AT THE TOLL FREE NUMBER OF THE COMAPNY.

                            this is g ramachandran from cochin, i had procured a videocon integra 32 inch lcd tv in 2008.recently the television wouldnt switch on and so i had complained to videocon customer care on sunday the 11 Apr 10 and the complaint no is coc[protected], i was told by the customer care executive that a firm named hometech will be sending a field engineer in 24 hours, it s been 3 days sisnce and no one has even called me. on the contrary i called up the hometech firm requested them and still in vein. videocon has no direct service support in cochin and the firm that they have tied up which has a lacadasical attitude befitting the low nature of the firm. it is sincelry reuested that hence forth any customer procuring a product needs to confirm availbilty of original service centre and not any third grade service provider.can some one help me in this regard as i see no help or customer service in cochin from videocon

                            several times i had complained to the customer care and they told me that nothing can be done in this regards.

                              I have bought videocon D2H 5 months ago .. The engineers came after 2 days to install the product and charged me for the installation. Now after 5 months when the service is down ( its down since last 5 days) i have been calling the customer care to send engineers to to repair the connection but since last 5 days there is no one who is attending my complaint request.

                              The customer desk asked me to wait since last 5 days . I had to be at home during my weekends ( as i work i get only weekends to have my personal work done) as some customer care assured me that the engineers would attend me on Saturday .. but no one came.

                              I am not getting any response from customer care who gives false details and false information .. and also my service is down since last 5 days .

                              I have not seen any words service provider in my life . Please advise.

                              Videocon D2H — Not getting service

                              Hi Sir,

                              I have purchased Videocon D2H in April and now after 2 month its not working since last 4 days.I reported for the problem on 13 June and customer case reponded that with in 2 days engineer will visit at the site and he told me the maximum date as 20th June(hence during the time of purchasing D2H ,they advertised that if any problem occurs,we provide immediate service in warranty period).Now why they are delaying their service by 1 week.On daily basis I amke call to customer care and discuss issue with them and they every time commiting that engineer will visit today/tomorrow but no response.Today I spoke with their supervisor and he ensured me that today definitely engineer will come at your site before 7:00 PM so I came early from office.I am really troubling with Videocon service as they commited wrong words.

                              Sir i had purcahse a coular TV (VideoCon) from delear Gosh Elecrronics 5 month back . In the month of may it was found that my TV is not in opreational condition or not started . we have register a complain in service center on 18 th of may Complain Detail (KOL[protected]). in the manual of viedocon it writen that service provided within 24 Hrs but it has found that no service person vicst the complain on 29th of may . I continusly talk to customer service no at least 50 times but there is no Action atken by any one . i fedup and very must upset from this . request you please advice me what i ahve to do for futher steps .

                                I bought videocon d2h service just 2 days back on 14-Apr-2013 and it abruptly stopped working. It is giving an error message of E16-4 Insufficient balance or channel not subscribed. How come within 2 days the it shows insufficient balance when they promised 2 months free South Platinum HD package at the time of installation. It also stopped without giving any warning. Usually other services start sending messages that the subscription is getting over many days in advance and reminding us to recharge. The first time i called the executive said that his supervisor will call within 10 minutes and he never called. Second time, a lady picks up and tells that their engineer will attend to the complaint and will resolve within 24 hours. Just one day of viewing and I already have to wait for 24 hours!!! This is ridiculous

                                  I'm Basanagouda. I'm using videocon d2h for last 16 months. My Customer ID is : 55611070

                                  All of a sudden, today i started facing videocon d2h's famous problem of "SIGNAL NOT AVAILABLE" error. (I was out of station for 4days and came back today and i started facing this no signal error). I called up customer care to en-quire about the solution. and then registered a complaint, then the customer care representative told me that there will be service charge of 125 rupees for site visit. Why is this charge levied on me, when I have balance in my account and my next recharge date is May 3, 2013.

                                  This is purely videocon D2h problem, in which device doesnt support good signal reception quality. but they unnecessarily charge customers.

                                  If videocon starts levying charges for no issue of mine, then i will never recommend anyone videocon d2h.

This problem is only with the channel specific. Channel of 100 series and 300 series never had such problem but channel no 201, 203, 205... Are always giving this issue. I have nor seen a single movie in this channels.

                                  This is repetitive problem which I am facing from Videocon D2H- Signal not available.

                                  From last 5 months, I have been facing the issue for end no of times and problem is still going on. I have also changed the D2H antenna location but that's not resolved my problem.

                                  I do not know how to get this resolved from Videocon D2H side. Probably, they are still to learn about the customer satisfaction.

                                  I know, leaving this D2H would resolve my problem, but I want to highlight this problem to Videocon D2H higher management notice so that they can work on the “repetitive problem of Signal not available” on higher note.
                                  I hope, D2H will take an effective action on this particular problem for every customer.

I am facing 'signal not available' problem since 2nd March 2013. I had faced similar problem on Last Year & I was charged for the service. I had 4 customer care numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected] &[protected] but none of them was working & I didn't even receive any notification about the change of customer care phone numbers. I finally got the new customer care number from the Videocon D2H website. It has been just 2 months since the last service call which was for the same problem & now they want me to charge again for their fault. I pay money to them so that I can enjoy uninterrupted service then unnecessary automatically balance deduction 125 & after 10days disconnect the D2h without any information then i call to custmer care then sd you pay 10rupeer extra unnecessary Harassment Befor 1month pls chk this matter then reply me ......

                                      I am very much disappointed with the services of Videocon service centre since i have purchased colour TV it is repaired two times in two consecutive months.

                                      Despite of my request to replace the TV set they people use to repair again and agian making excuses that they can not do anything.

                                      I have called Mr Arvinder Singh Mob No. [protected] but he has refused to provide service.

                                      I have been a loyal customer of Videocon and was very happy with videocon prodicts as I already have washing machine and another TV set.

                                      I have called Aria sales manager Mr. Kamal Mob no. [protected]. but no response from his side.

                                      But since last two months they people have disappointed me very much.

                                      I request you to kindly resolve the matter.

                                      Idea — Unnecessary Harrasment & poor Services

                                      I wish to inform you that I am having two idea connections in the name Of my Father Mr. JAspal Singh i.e. [protected], [protected], day before yesterday i have got the msg regarding submission of identity docs at the nearest idea hub and unfortunately i cud not deposit the same yet and today i found that both of my nos. has been barred due to the same reason,

                                      Further i wud like to intimate that nothing was mentioned in the msg that Idea will barr the outgoing services. Now I have called up at customer care and spoken to Kawalpreet Kaur reagrding my issue but she is not ready to listen at all then i requested her to transfer my call to the senior person and she transfer the call to MS manju and in similar way she refused to help me. Even I have deposited my bill on time also and it is in extra form lying with Idea. I was crying for help that my wife is in urgent need of outgoing call but nobody helped me. I am such an old customer of Idea if this kind of services Idea will provide then forcibly i have to disconnect both of my nos.

                                      Unnecessary IDea people harrasing me and there is no meaning to open call centre if you are not ready to listen the problem of customer. Even i have requested that by today evening i will submit the required docs but have just one word to say i am sorry.

                                        Hi i am using Videocon D2H and its been over 5 months....the time there was a Software Update from Videocon the box has started hanging up...it hangs up 4 to 5 times daily and we have to restart the box everytime....we have tried calling the customer service and they say the engineer will attend but it will be chargeable...i dont understand why should the customer pay for the fault of the company.....its Videocons issue as it started after the software upgrade and its their responsibility to provide better service and better solution.....My box is still under warranty...but the attitude of the customer service people is not good....
                                        I would request someone responsible from the company to look into issue...or the government should step into issues like these where the Customers are being taken on a ride by Companies who jst look to take money from the Customers instead of providing better service.....or please take your box away and return my full money so i can switch to Tata Sky...it is costly than Videcon but atleast i wont face issues like these from Tata people.....
