My DTH signal hasn't been restores since the past 24 hours and I have registered the complaint on the consumer care telephone no. [protected] complaint no. Being[protected] but when I called the customer service station of videocon d2h in city nagpur as instructed by the company staff, telephone no. Being [protected] in order to know why hasn't my complaint been acted upon the company is not picking my calls thus avoiding my complaint.

    Hello Sir, As per the new rule, it suggests that customer can view only channels that they prefer to view, However companies like Videocon do not provide such option to customers to choose, instead they provide option where in they ask the customer to recharge a minimum amount of 170 Rs and for a minimum of 3 months. This would not allow a customer to watch free channels like Doordarshan, also the above option will not allow a user to one or 2 channels. This is clearly against the customer and is no different than what cable operator was providing. Request you to kindly look into this matter.

      Videocon D2h have closed my 2 complaints without Resolving the issue. Complaint Numbers:[protected] and[protected]. This was for Money Reversal for Failed Recharge Attempts made through Online portal of videocond2h. The Portal showing error by showing Session Timed out in videocon site and money deducted from my bank account.         I am transferred from Lucknow to Kanpur and contacted customer care for re installation of communication, response was very prompt, engineer has called me up with in 4 hours, which was appreciable.
        But work which he has done is horrible, wires are not tucked and aligned properly and when wife said to do so he said, "Isse achcha nahi ho payega" How people can be so rude..
        I am attaching picture of the work which he has done, send some one again and fix the gap, for this relocation I have paid 250/- to you and to a brand called videocon.

          Cust id[protected] Card no- [protected] I have booked online D2H on 05.01.2014. It was told to me that same would be connected same day. But after several reminders, the same got connected on 07.01.2014 (after 2 days). When it was connecting, it came to notice that wrong card no has been issued to my cust id or you can say it got swapped with someone Card. Engineer told me that same would be changed within 1 day. But, it has not been changed so far. I called several times on Engineer no but there was no response. I called to Customer Care and lodged a Complaint (Complaint no.[protected]. Still, there was no response. I again called to Customer care and they told me that said Complaint already got closed. Without swapping the card, Complaint got closed at your end. Then, I talked to TL Mr Rahul but he also didn't entertain my call. Main thing is that after keeping the call on hold for 15-20 minutes, these people intentionally disconnected the calls. It had happened every time I called Customer Care. Then, they also started disconnecting my calls. Its my humble request to you to please look into the matter and take strict action against your Customer Care. I also want to tell you that when I was going to book the connection, I had received a lot of calls from Videocon. But during this period they haven't given any call. What a after sale service from Videocon in this era...

When my tv stopped I call their tol free no They told me one customer I'd, , to which I recharge with 220 rs But my tv doesn't start... now when I calling their customer care they are saying that was not my customer I'd.. Contact dealer for refund... I cntcted dealer he said call customer care I can't help you Plz help me

              Dear Sir, My name is Sudhanshu sekhar jha and my videocon D2H customer id is 68672301and i am using Videocon d2h for last approx 2 years and suddenly today i got an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i have called again to again videocon customer service, but customer care executive told me that i need to pay Rs 150 to your service engineer for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys and previously i face lots of problem with Videocon d2h. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. I think when i bought the Videocon d2h service it works to good but for last one year it was not doing work properly. Vidiocon d2h service is very poor. I have called for your service engineer and he would be here in another 24 hours. It really hurts that I need to pay Rs 150 to him for no fault of mine. Pl. help me and short out my problem.                 contacted Ugesh (Chandigarh), Anil (Chandigarh), Navin (Chandigarh) and amit (gurgaon). None of them have resolved my problem. Channels are not coming from more than 15 days. I called D2H customer care employes (names are mentioned above) but none of them have resolved my problem and filed complaint against my problem. Navin has put me on hold atleast 10 mins when I requested to transfer my call to senior manager. I want compensation

                  I have booked one DTH in videocond2h.com via online and paid 1900, their customer executive are told me you will receive the product with in 24 hour time, till today that means almost 3 days, still i not received the product.and i ask them for refund First they told me you will get the found with in 48hours and today i send one mail and asked now they are telling you have to wait for 12 working days, this is completely cheating.i want the money back asap.

                  The bad customer support i have ever seen, If we can and ask for some details simply they will connect to other 3+ time and finally they will tell will check and call you back with in 5 mnts...with in 5 hour they will not call u back...!!! If you are going to take a new connection you will get call each 5 mnts but after buying or after making payment no call no contact nothing...The office i think in Chennai.

                    Videocond2h gives 1 ID against 2 boxes placed in same house. On expiry you don't not know which settop box is to be renewed. Getting in touch with the support team after 12 Midnight is very difficult, a best reason always given from their support team is that their systems are down and that you call up after 4 AM. Request you to kindly help me resolve this. As I've faced this 2 - 3 times from videocond2h.

                          I have ordered Karbonn Titanium S5 online on 23-Nov-2013. Still the same was not received by me till date. I have logged the complaint many times but every-time it was told that it is ready to ship. However the AWB number was neither provided nor the courier name was disclosed. Even they were not giving me the reason for delay. Finally I have asked them to cancel my order. Still the same was not cancelled and the money was not returned back to me. My order number is[protected]. Please look into the matter. I think this company is a fraud company.

                            I got a new HD D2H connection on 27th Nov 2013.There was some techinal problem in set top box and video in my TV came ony in black and white during installation. Service engineer who made installation told me that some software installation should be done to solve this issue and he will come back on next day. I tried calling him for next 3 days, he didn't pick my call, but once i called from another phone, he picked my call and said it will be done by next day.After many calls, i went for a customer complaint on sunday(1st dec 2013). Next day another service engineer came and tried installing the software, but due some error in installing the software he took the set top box with a promise that it will be returned on next day. After several calls and reminders to him, no reply from service engineer and he is not picking the call from my phone number. I gave a call customer care on friday (6th dec 2013), they said that complaint is escalated and it will be solved in 8 hrs. After to 3 to 4 complaints so far, i have not got my set top box back and the issue is not solved.My complaint numbers[protected] and[protected].I don't understand why there is no response from videocon D2H to solve this issue.Why don't you give me the clear answer if make a call to custome care. If you do this for new customer, how can you expect a customer to continue your service for long period.I need this to be solved soon or let me know so that i can cancel my service and go for another service provider.

                                I have exchanged my set up box from standard to HD & requested for gold HD pack with a total recharge of 1880 ( i.e. 1490 for exchange & 390 for gold HD) but still HD channels are not activated on my set up box. After frequently calling to videocon d2h toll free no. They always checks history & says it will take 24 hrs. to activate but still not activated since 3 days. Very poor service from videocon. So kindly resolve the complaint at the earliest.

                                  FNF Recharge This is regarding the consumer complaint number :[protected] for the customer ID: 77077863 for FNF of customer ID :[protected] The complaint is raised on Nov-15 This is the worst experience i have ever had with the VIDEOCON D2H customer care. I have already sent the following message to the number 566777(FNF <mob number>) . They promised to give me a recharge benefit but i have not yet received the same. I have spoken with multiple customer care executives but they are all saying the same answer that in the database the corresponding message is not available. I have even checked with airtel customer care, they have confirmed that the message has been sent from my mobile number. I have wasted all my time to get VIDEOCON D2H to my other family members but there is no reward for my gratitude. Is this how they respond ?? Now they are asking me to send message again to the above number. Should i send again and agree that i have made a mistake the first time ?? But then, why should i ?? If i have the proof from airtel customer care. I have lost money already by calling the customer care and sending the message ?? will you recharge me including all these charges ?? If i am not getting anything in return why should i send the message again and agree that i have made a mistake if its not mine to consider. please levi a huge fine for this atrocious behavior from the customer care of Videocon D2h and see to it that i get proper benefit.

                                      I have already sent email to their CEO but all in vain. I would like to inform you that Videocon d2h is cheating the customers by misleading. I have told them to return the box but they are not taking it. I told them to provide me a package for Rs 300 but they are not willing to do. If these services Videocon is providing then what the use. Their services is pathetic. During Monsoon season the picture get disappeared who will pay for that. They take their money but if services is not getting provided then they should compensate. I highlight so that customers don't get cheated with this company.

                                      I'm facing signal issues from last 4 days . i registered my complaint on 14th june 2015 &amp; its 17th June 2015. I keep on calling every day &amp; what I get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has even called me since last 4 days. All i get is complaint no. nothing else. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it. If they are giving such service to premium customers who already paid full payment for whole year. i dont know what they are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. I really feel bad &amp; thinking again &amp; again why i have chosen this company who don't ever care what his customer feel about his services. I will recommend all other never use services of this company.
                                      I have the same problem of getting stock answers fro customer service departments and NO action forthcoming . Dealing with them is a very FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.

                                      Service engineer came with the work order to swap the box but only confirmed that our old box is not working and they don't have same box and will come back once they get one.

                                      Its been more than 15 days we could not watch TV as there is no signal at all, and we have subscribed to HD platinum plan.

                                      Spoke to customer care today with Mr. Fazal Shaikh who said as per their system update the complaint has been already resolved.

                                      I am fade up with this pathetic service, I had chosen d2h over Tatasky and other service providers but am repenting my decision and will be moving out now to Tatasky. I wont encourage anyone to subcribe d2h now, You will keep loosing your customers with such service. I am going to paste this mail on all social sites.

They gave me an option of replacing the 500gb box with 1000gb one for INR 1, 000. Whereas the 500gb one costs INR 150. Why should I pay extra for a product which will not work eventually?

                                      I was already a subscriber for videocon with sports, english and free channels on my package. Last april I applied for a multi room connection and due to unavoidable circumstances I disconnected the same from 1 march this year. I have not switched on the multi room set. I requested to cut the connection last week and they sought time till 14th. Meanwhile yesterday they cut my main connection [protected]. After my complaint at the help desk they restored the main connection but not activated my english channel package and they request money for that. Already they have deducted money for my non functioning connection. they told that would be credited in my account but till time it has not been done and have requested another week. In spite of that they told that they would be sending the service engineer and I should pay them. Is this make in India?. I lost my money in the non functioning connection, lost my mobile money in making calls and waiting for them in help desk. And how much money they are expecting both as a bribe and to restore my connection.

                                      I would like to bring this to your notice that, I have recharged my Account[protected] on last Saturday, May 28, 2016. Every-time, whenever i recharge my account i face the same problem related to my connection, either there will not be any signal or some other prob. As per the process, i usually call the customer care but didn't get the satisfactory response from their end. The promise that, the problem will be solved within 24 hrs. It never happened that the engineer guys came and solved the problem as per the mentioned time.

                                      Apart from that, i call them several times, but don't get proper response. For an example, from Saturday (May 28) onward i am trying to reach them and ask them to come at my place, they make fake promises and give me several excuses just not to come. I couldn't find the reason. I am holding this account past many years. And tried to change my decision and switch to somewhere connection. Because of my travel most of the time am outside Bangalore. Whenever i am in town, i recharge the account and face the similar problem.

                                      Request you to look into the matter and try to solve the problem immediately. Also request you, since i am not able to avail the services from Saturday last week, until n unless the problem has been solved, should not consider the date of the recharge. I would request you to give me extra 3 days or whatever days i am not able to use the service. I do not get any calls from the company that the problem has been solved or not.

                                      I was in touch with Praveen ([protected]) and Yarab ([protected]). All the time they are giving me excuses and not updating me properly when they will come or not. I am staying in Koramangala 1st block and these guys are responsible to solve any customer problem in this area. I had faced similar problem with these guys before. I am very sorry to say that your service team is not capable enough to solve any problem rather than misguide them every time.

                                      I don't know, if this mail will create any difference or not. I am working in media and i know how to escalate this issue to media. I am ready to highlight the incapability of Videocon customer service. As a brand like Videocon, it is completely unacceptable. Please look into this matter and solve the problem immediately.
                                      My set top box is having some power problem due to that it automatically switch off after 15-20 minutes and most of the time power indicator only blinks but set top box does not restart. A technician was supposed to visit to resolve the issue on 1st june. But i did not get any call from technician.
                                      Also upon checking the status of complain on 3rd June, i was told that technician will visit on 4th June before 4 PM.

                                      No Signal is coming after switching on the TV.D2h not working.May be a problem in Dish as switched off and tried to start again the TV.Wire in the TV is intact.Then also message is coming that the problem might be because of bad whether but if the problem persists contact customer care.
                                      I'm facing signal issues from last 4 days . i registered my complaint on 6th july 2016 & its 10th July2016. I keep on calling every day. what I get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has even called me since last 4 days. All i get is complaint no. nothing else. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it.I really feel bad thinking why i have chosen this company who don't ever care what his customer feel about his services. I will recommend all other never use services of this company.

                                      i had paid for one year annual subscription NEW SOUTH GOLD package in December 2015. In Feb 2016, due to a cricket match, I called up their helpline for a top-up for one month only for the Sports channel. Later I noticed my annual subscription was ending in September and not in November as per the annual subscription, when enquired, I was informed that my package was upgraded to NEW SOUTH GOLD SPORTS. All I ask is where is the communication of the upgrade, did I formally provide my consent for this change ?? I'm not been informed about the changes as a customer who has paid for the service.

                                      Secondly, I opted for this package as Asianet channels was part of this package. In the month of June, they stopped all Asianet channels without informing the customers, when we call the customer care, They state that Videocon has a rider on the website that they can make any changes to their offering. Is this not a clear case of customer being duped of their money when they are not providing the service they promised and collected money from me. Can customers in India be taken for ride by such big corporates ??.

                                      Videocon is a non ethical supplier with respect to D2H, I am not aware of other products.

                                      Its been only 18 days since i installed HD connection 3 times Videocon created problems to me.

                                      1. installation engineer was rude and with rowdyism behaviour.
                                      2. They changed my package in 2 days and when i called customer care they said i changed it(heights of bluff), when i asked for proof, they transferred call to supervisor. i had to call 2-3 time. they could not prove. finally they resolved that to after a day.
                                      3. this is the 3rd time, the package was for 1 month and withing 18days only they stopped service. when i called customer service they again said i had changed the package. this time i ha to call 5 - 6 times. they kept on bluffing without any proof.

                                      they say i called and asked for change of package, every one knows that all calls are recorded, then why cant they show the proof that i called and gave the statement that " change my package"

                                      Since last 8 days I am daily raising complaint to Videocon related to picture quality (Picture is freezing frequently). Also daily calling local representative. Representative came once, problem does not resolved, still deducted Rs. 200/- from my account. This problem is pertaining to common connection (MDO junction), why 200 rs are deducted from my account.
                                      I am very disappointed with service. Many clients in building are facing same problem and we have decided to change subscriber.

                                      I paid subscription for Sony Ten 3(infact I wanted Ten2, they deceptively put me on to Ten3). They refused to change me over to Ten2.
                                      Having adjusted with Ten3, I hoped that I could see all worldcup games, because that's what they promised, that was the contract. To my shock, they started showing other stuff like cricket. To my utter disappointment, yesterday they didn't show Worldcup. What a disaster. Breach of trust and contract. These people should be taken to Court. I tried calling their customer service, looks like they switched the lines off, because of the mess they created.
                                      Vidocon D2h cheated me as well. I called from Tamilnadu, they are showing southindia plan on their site, but customer care speaking complete Hindi, we are not able to understand

                                      However we reached them who speaks English, they changed my plan without notifying us, we are not able to see Star Vijay and Zee tamil.

                                      I asked how to cancel subscription, they are saying they never cancel account, we need to stay until all recharge amount come to Zero.

                                        I have subscribed for D2H. But they are charging more than the other operators. Told to refund back the money as I don't want to continue but no reply from them. Below is the trail mail. Whenever there is monsoon season every time the picture get blurred. In spite paying you for the Diamond Pack for Rs 340 every month these are the services which you give??????? Now when I asked your team to take the Box and refund the money your colleague that we can't take the refund back. My request is that I want Diamond Pack for Rs 300 every month including tax above Rs 300 I will not pay a single Pie. Half the channels is no use. If you are not providing then I want to return the box and want the refund back. Orelee I will take a legal action and go to Consumer Forum for cheating the customers. Also I will tell all my neighbors and relatives to disconnect your services and inform them also to inform all their colleague who has Videocon D2H. Thanks & Regards
