I had faced similar problem on Last Year & I was charged for the service. Ok, So I purchased D2h HD on the 28th of March 2013 and the installation of the product was done on the same day by 6.00 pm. I have paid your service engineer 2790 for STB and 461 Rs for one month South platinum HD pack! This is where the fun begins. Total for 400 rupees got deducted from my ICICI bank account.

My complaint is regarding the videocon refrigerator which was purchased on 4th Feb. Once we opened the box, we found that our refrigerator is damaged and it wasnt cooling at all.
