Dear Sir my customer id is 93871301.My D2H is nott working from last 10 days. i complaint the customer care then he tell his engg. visit next day tommarow. but the engg cannot visitt.then i again complain to customer care the they said the engg can came after two day .the customer care behaviour is so bad they cant talk properly they can harash me.the service is very poor and they can make fool of the customer.please take action of these type company which make fool and total harash to the customer

    Over a few weeks, we observe a terrible crackling noise in all the channels, including HD. Despite my multiple complaints to the customer support, they force me to check the connectivity often, which I found to be good always. Further, since my default language is saved as Telugu as native selection without my choice, the support team is reluctant to respond me if I talk in English - I had to explain them the problem with my limited mimicry capabilities...       This is insulting and disgraceful. As a customer we expect a minimum level of customer care and respect. It is an act of mental harassmen.

        Hi I am using a Videocon D2H (Consumer ID[protected]. Last Friday, my dish antenna was uprooted because of the severe dust storm in Delhi -NCR. I filled a complaint on the same evening i.e. 30.05.2014 and an engineer turned up and rectified the complaint temporarily as he was not carrying a drill with him. The same evening the dish again got uprooted as it was just temporarily fixed. I again filled a complaint with Videocon D2H on 01.06.2014 at 8.22AM (Complaint no.[protected] but no one showed up till evening of 02.06.2014. I had again called up the customer care and was informed that the Engineer would visit my place by 03.06.2014 0800hrs as per the rules.No one turned up as usual and I had to call up the customer care again at 10.30AM. I was given another complaint no.[protected] which was to be resolved by 03.06.2014 06:44 PM, now I got a call from +[protected] at 1530 hrs informing me that the complaint will be processed in 48 hours.

            I am using videocon D2H connection from last 2 month from friday dated 30.05.14 this is not working i try to contact on consuter care no. lots of time finally on Sunday 01.06.14 (6.30
            am) i success to contact with consuter care executive file complaint and give
            the complaint no.[protected] and tell me with in 48 hours complaint will
            resolve, after this on monday (02.06.14) i cotanct
            with consuter care many time they told me
            compalint will resolve today. in the evening (02.06.2014) aprox 6.30 pm i
            got a message " your complaint no.[protected] for customer ID[protected] has
            been resolved successfully' but non of any engineer came for resolve and
            connection is same mode not working as last again at monday night(02.06.14) i called to costomer
            care no. but not geting positive response they are file another
            complaint and tell me Tuesday morning
            (03.06.14) till 10.30 am complaint will resolve, i called again costomer
            care no. morning 03.06.14 give another
            complaint no[protected] and got a message your complaint will resolve till
            04.06.2014 till 10.00 am, I am totally frustrated with Videocon D2H service
            please help me.

                  My set top box stopped working so I made complaint to Videocon D2H Customer care center on 28th May One engineer visited next day and said that he will replace the set top box by Evening of 29th May. Since then no engineer visited and my problem is still pending. Whenever I call customer care regarding the issue, they say next dayissue will be resolved and yet it is not resolved.

                          Sub: Non- attending of complaint by Videocon Engineer. Ref: Cust ID No.[protected] There are no signal in my Videocon d2h connection since last three days. On 26.5.2014, I lodged a complaint No.[protected] at Videocon centre telephonically with the request to attend the complaint at morning OR at evening as I am living alone at my residence and a working professional. On 27.5.2014 at 11:20 AM, I received a call from Mob No. [protected] who told his name as Rajesh and engineer of Videocon. He straightway refused to attend my complained in morning or evening and said . "I can come only from 12 Noon to 4 PM as my residence is very far" About two months back I was harassed in similar way by Videocon engineer to rectify my problem and at that time he demanded Rs 800 from me to rectify the problem. Everytime engineer says that your antenna is loose and it is to be relocated. Therefore I have requested Videocon either to rectify to rectify my problem or permanently disconnect my d2h connection and to refund my balance recharge amount.                             My HD-DVR recording feature is not working. I approached your customer care, on 17th May 2014 at 11:00 pm, and since then I’ve been calling them continuously for the past two days, and was told the technician would come and look into the problem. But he never showed up. The customer care employees keep giving lame excuses and put the matter on hold. What is your problem? Are you lacking technicians or self-respect? Why do you call it customer care when no one cares for the customer? I was not able to record an important programme because of your inefficient and irresponsible system, even after I informed them about the urgency. All of my cell phone balance has gone down the drain and I don’t know what kind of connections you people are having with cell phone companies!                               (We bought this LCD T.V. 32 Inch T.V. from STAR CJ by online. My Order no. [protected] dated 21.10.2013, Invoice no.[protected], Amount is Rs. 19990/- Model No. VAG-32 HV-YFA, Sr. No.[protected] I planned to shift from my old address to my new house just 1Km away from the old address... so i contacted videocon d2h's customer care and put in a request of removal and re installation of the equipment so they field my request and they gave me a reference number... promising the engineer would visit in 24hrs... but i didn't got any response ... so next morning i called up again, this time i was promised that the engineer would visit in next 12 hrs... but again i got the same response (no visit and no call at all)... same sequence continued and they gave me 4 reference number bu NOTHING HAPPENED... the same way i call up again and this time i had a word with the supervisor and was given a contact number but as usual didn't got any response ... so now its been 5 days without any response so finally had to file a complaint here ... expecting an early atleast now...                                 Sir I "Rajesh kumar" am customer of vediocon d2h service. My customer id is 59738887. Recently I hav shifted to a new house and so I called customer care for installation of antenna and wall mounting of tv set. They asked me for charge of Rs. 450 for both, including 200 for mounting. Your engineer visited us on 15 of May and told that they cannot mount tv but can install antenna. They installed only antenna and hence I paid him Rs. 250 only. He told me to cancel the old order and file new demand only for installation which I did. Again he asked to recharge and I did it of Rs. 200. I got sms for recharge. After three day they disconnected the broad cast and now they are asking for recharge again... I again filed complain then they asked me to return the balance upto monday but they didnt. plz resolve the issue...

                                  Hi,

                                  This is to Inform you and looking forward for the action to be taken on.

                                  I am basically residing at Hyderabad Location. I have requested the service provider to shift my D2H Dish to an area where I have shifted and I have raised this request on 1st of May 14 and its 11th May 14 we are standing on. I am really not happy with such kind of ignorance. I have been following up almost every day so that shifting will be done ASAP. However, I am not getting any positive response on the same. Could you please help me incase I can get it resolved or I have to look forward for some other provider who can give me the fastest service.

                                    I registered a complaint on my videocon d2h set top box being unable to show channels on Monday, 5th May 2014. After 4 days, still no one has turned up from videocon d2h at my house to repair it. In between, I made 4-5 customer care calls to check on the delay in service. At every instance, they told they will send the maintenance guy, but no one has still turned up. On Thursday (8th May) evening, they connected me to their backend team, and the person told me they will send someone today morning by 11am. I was waiting at home without going to office hoping that the guy will turn up, but in vain. Then I made another call, and they said they will send someone in an hour. Again I waited till 1pm, but no one turned up. By evening, they gave a call to my wife and told her someone will come over by 7pm at my place. I reached home by 6.30pm from office and am still waiting, but no one has still turned up.

                                      I am govindan.my customer id is 82034072.lot of time there is no picture come in set top box.
                                      Only one audio channel is come.but balance is there.
                                      The error displayed in my set top box is E118-41RDET03-STATUS E118-4.this error came lot of time and no picture is come.I already informed customer care there is no use.They are not clear that error.
                                      So clear that error and analyze why this type of error is came.So care that error afterwards don't come.
