My set top box stopped working so I made complaint to Videocon D2H Customer care center on 28th May One engineer visited next day and said that he will replace the set top box by Evening of 29th May. Since then no engineer visited and my problem is still pending. Whenever I call customer care regarding the issue, they say next dayissue will be resolved and yet it is not resolved....

I have complaint on 31st May 2014 and various reminders from 31st May 2014 till 02nd Jun 2014, but till date no any action taken from Videocon D2h company. Very bad services of Videocon D2h. You are requested to please taken necessary action asap....
