Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Priya residing at Chennai, Mobile No[protected]. My setup box was not working, Customer ID[protected]so i registered the complaint on 10th Feb, they asked for service charge to attend the problem. So i decided to deactivate the connection, On 13th Feb'14, I spoken to Mr. John (Manager), agreed to deactivate and informed me that recharge amount of Rs. 500 plus will be credited to my account on or before 20th Feb'14. But I received the SMS from them stating that issue will be solved on 28th Feb'14. But Till date I dint get my amount.
Whenever I calling, customer service peoples were responding very bad. No solution given yet. Today (13th Mar'14) I given a call asked for the refund, saying that still the D2H in active mode. Cannot give the refund amount... I really fed up of calling them. I spent more than Rs.100 for calling these ppl and they were really irritating me to return my oun money..
I kindly request you to take the necessary step and reslove the issue and get my money back.
