Recently I had bought a Videocon D2h connection on July 4,2013 through online. The invoice no. is karan20130704. I got the connection but I didn’t get the bill and NOC as they have not provide me the customer id. I have contacted their customer care, who enquired me first about connection installation and they told me that they would send that bill. But they didn’t send that. I have send them many mail as well complaints, but they didn't respond me. Please help me in this regard , as i am facing many difficulties.

    Hi,

    We have given videocon washing machine for repair and servicing in one of the Authorized Service Center for Videocon - Kevin Services. It has been 2 months since then we have no updates on the repair status of washing machine and all our complains to customer care have been gone to vain.

    So I request concerned authority to look into issue and return back the washing machine ASAP.

    Videocon — repairing

    We believe to get repair our entire appliance from the company trained person only .due to original parts and proper repairing as well as guaranty of good workmanship. But we lost our faith in Videocon because of there service problems. We have a Videocon washing machine. There was some problem it was not working, we called a company man he told to replace a part worth 3000.we requested to get it repaired at the place of replace, but they told it is not repairable. But in market it was repairable. Because of our faith we got it changed and paid them. After a week again same part is not working and again they are asking to change it. we have doubt that part was not a new one .total cost of machine was near about 6000 and they are not giving proper response to our hard earned money which they wasted.

    Videocon — Service repair

    Dear Sir,

    I had give the compalin for the repair of washing machine on the 21st June 2011. (Complain number.MUM[protected])in the name of Harsha Jani some engineer was suppose to come and fix it in 24hrs and we also receied the engineer cont no. we tried to call them then the excuse we got that he says that thats not my area so i wont come. end not it have alsmost crossed more then 48 hrs we had not got response from Videocorn. i had tried to spk to the callcenter 3 times on 23june2011 but no action is taken tilll now.i had also treid to speak to the senior person at call center no.[protected] was kept on hold for 2 times for more then 15 min.

      Videocon — bad product

      videocon -1425 hand set really disappointed me . There are many problems with this handset. at first mobile was getting automatically switched off . i gave that for service . now again i am facing such sort of worst problems with that set. even the battery back up is not proper .

        I want to bring to your notice that I have been virtually harassed by after sales service of Videocon washing machine. My Complaint number MUM[protected] has been open for past 20 + days. The complaint was regarding machine not starting up. The technician who visited my place (Mr. Prashant Vartak : [protected]) told us that the display panel is faulty and needs replacement and told that he will replace after a day. Furthermore while opening my machine the technician broke the machine lid. Since then it’s been 15+ days and no one has visited my place or no one is bothered to give me a call. Your call Center executives keep on telling me that technician will visit in 24 hours every time I call them. I have been in touch with Numerous people in these 20+ days. To name a few MR . Agnel([protected]) and Mr Santosh([protected]) . They keep on promising us that the Panel is not In the stock and will be replaced in 2 days. However since past 2 weeks they have stop receiving our call’s and I have no insight towards when the panel will arrive and when technician will visit my place. I am so disgusted with the service that I will NEVER purchase any Videocon product or not recommend any one. This is just to bring to your attention if you care about your customers

          I purchesed Videocon Fridge from Reliance Digital retail limited Malakpet Hyderabad on 04/04/2013. with Delivery Note number 82883413.
          Since the day one we are facing the problem (cooling problem, no ice formation) and made a complain to Reliance as well as Videocon customer care Complain Number. as we lost the earlier complain numbers we started saving complain number from june 2013. we continously follwoing up with customer care there is no proper response from nietherVideocon team nor Reliance.

          Please help us to resolve this issue, we want replace the fridge or refund the amount.

          Videocon / Fridge — Cooling

          What is happening to videocon. My earlier fridge was not effectively cooling so i wanted an immediate running condition .

              My name is Sudhanshu sekhar jha and my customer id is 68672301and i am using Videocon d2h for last approx 1.5 years and suddenly today i got an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i have called videocon customer service, but customer care executive told me that i need to pay Rs 125 to your service engineer for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys and previously i face lots of problem with Videocon d2h. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. I think when i bought the Videocon d2h service it works to good but for last one year it was not doing work properly.

              I have called for your service engineer and he would be here in another 24 hours. It really hurts that I need to pay Rs 125 to him for no fault of mine. Pl. help me and short out my problem.

              This is to bring to your notice that your customer care service is poor.Its almost more then a week,were my Videocon D2H is not working ,2 days went to get in touch with your customer care person after that i got the compliant no.14674638 on 30/6/2010 but still no one from your end has came to resolve my problem and your customer care are always busy , waiting or not available.

                    I am customer of videocon d2h, i bought this product with one channel package.
                    After few months, company started adding new channels by removing my favorite channels.
                    I lost my tempor when they replaced my favorite channel with boring one without my permission, i tried to do complaint but they refused to do n just took as feedback, left one option to buy that previous channel.
                    I want to fix this problem.

                      my customer id is 67527713.
                      on 10-jun-13 i made a request to install a new dish. they asked for 48 hrs working time duration. when they did nothing i made a complain (no.[protected], date 14-jun-13) and they did just nothing. then when i asked them what is happening regarding my complain they told me to register a complain against their engineer and i did, complain no[protected], date 16-jun-13. since then they are just saying your complain is being processed. i got frustrated calling them everyday (plus their customer care is not free). i asked them to return my deposit as per told by their engineer who brought the d2h box to my home. now they are telling me that there was no such scheme of refunding the money, ever. so now on 21-jun-13. i have neither my money nor d2h service and i am hopelessly spending my money and time in calling them for providing the service. and now i am stuck in the maze of customer service crafted to fool the customers and keeping the company away from any questions what so ever the consumer asks. i must have decipher and understood the real meaning of the VIDEO-- CON.
                      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          Hi Sir/Madam,

                          I have complaint against Videocond2h service.I wanted to take new connection So i have approached a dealer and paid 1800 Rs for Videocon d2h service on 25th May 2013 and next day(26th Sunday) Videcon service guys came and installed a set top box, unfortunately some shortage of cable they told me that they will re-visit again.I have done many calls to them to finish their installation process and at last they have re-visited on 30th of June and done installation.They also put some extra cable and i have paid 180Rs(1Rs for 1 meter cable, total 12 meters) and their 100 Rs charge.

                          Nothing can be done afterthat.Simply installed and left then i was keep on following to get activation and customer id.When i was calling to videocon customer care they really don't know the status installation process...very strange...i fed up with keep on calling....at last on 5th of May i got customer id and my recharge details..

                          My customer id[protected]Package NEW SOUTH [protected]@ 220.23/Month).I have hardly watched tv 3 days and agian faced some problem and called to customer care and read the error message which have displayed on tv then those guys told me that we are going to regesterd the complaint(complain no[protected] to solve this problem and we will send a engineer to your place to check the problem.I got a call from one of the engineer and he told me that he will come to my place during the weekend(15th June)...In between i got message like "complain no[protected] has been resolved successfully'...when i called him on 14th June evening...he said that he met with minor accident and he will send another engineer behalf of him...after that no calls on 15th June....
                          nobody visited to my place on 15th June...So i have called to customer care they have regestered one more complaint(complain no[protected] and they told said they will resolve the problem before 15th June 4:30 PM.....no update later...


                          I never faced this kind of bad service....So finally i have decided to cancel this service....So few hours back requested to customer care to cancel my service and will go for other good service for d2h.

                          I really don't know what to do with this set top box? I think we better to go for un-branded things which will provide good service....what is the point of taking good brand with very bad servise??????why these kind of companied providing bad service to yhe customer???

                          I have placed request for reinstallation of d2h connection for cust id # 32324745 on Sat 30/6/2012 and I was told that the engineer will vist my place within 24 hours.

                          However, no one has turned up for setting up the connection as of now. I have been following up with this issue for last two days with no resolution. The customer care agents are not at all responsive and all I get to hear is that " we have registered complaint and engineer give you call and visit in next 2 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours ans so on..........

                          This is highly unexpected from such a big brand name............

                          As of now I have been told that the engineer will visit my place before 9:00 PM today ( 2/7/2012). However, I believe that this just a normal excuse..........and nothing gonna change.

                            This is very ridicules i think your service is very poor and very bad and i m very disappointed with your service and every time i pay and you solve my problem so this is not good for your costumer. i think i go to other option with good and fast service and free services because month in 2 or three time problem with your service so i will pay every time so my package is how much money use in my tv 220pakeg and 3 time pay 125Rs visit your engineer so cat go to 595Rs. Month this is not good for me.

                            and today Sunday it's must show tv with family and not working your D2h service and last night close your service and not get any response with you so this is very bad

                            and you broadcast your Advertising call me and get concoction you reach home before our engineer come there and install our product
                            and you Not value for your existing subscriber why?????????

                              I have Videocon D2H, recently i have problem in Dish Signal and couldn't see cable TV.

                              I made a complaint and they said your complaint is registered, But you need to pay visiting charge Rs. 125 while our engineer coming. Then engineer check and he found any major problem then he will charge additional fee (if the dish is out of warranty).

                              First of all my question why they are asking Rs. 125 ??

                              Earlier i do have Normal Cable TV connection, in that if i have any connection issue then my cable TV operator will come and fix the issue at his expenses.

                              But when i asked the question to Videocon D2H, they said this is policy. I don't know how these policies are created by their higher officials.

                              In this argument with service engineer. he declared my complaint as "Customer not willing to pay and close".

                              Now again i made a new complaint and still it is not fixed and today is 4th Day. even today i received call from Videocon representative that we will fix today.

                              Nowadays the Corporates are doing lot of rules and making the process complex & Costlier. But our existing older business is very simple and cheap.

                              We have Videocon DTH which is free with videocon mobile my friend bought.
                              the DTH is establish in our village. but some of reason we change that our job in ahmedabad so, we take the DTH to ahmedabad and install ourself and its working ok since last 8 months,
                              suddenly the signel problem and other channel replacing on regular channel which is out state channel like PTC punjabi, etc..
                              After we complaint the customer care if Videocon DTH
                              They not able to sort out the problem, and ask us that why change the location of DTH,
                              we say there is no location problem
                              we want that why channel is replacing,
                              where is the DTH not Issue, but they did not sort our problem and make issue of location change of DTH.....................

                              and want charges of location change and reinstallation charges,
                              but here is no metter of reinstallaton, DTH is already installed and working
                              the problem in singles, they not able to solved it.

                              i think the customer care is behave very ridiculously,
                              ITS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OF VIDEOCON DTH....
                              WE ARE NOT SETISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE, IS BAD.........

                                i had purchased a videocon ac 9 months ago . .and it has got the problem of not cooling properly ..and we have dunn service 7 to 8 times . .and that problem continues . .and finally the service centre has decided to ..replace the ac and he said to us .. the problem of that and we have agreed to that . .as per adresss which he has given we have sended to that address . .and now some times they are telling that parcel has not come to us . .and some times he tells that the parcel have got to us ..and we are looking forward to this matter . .and its hapening abt 8 months . after sending it to that service . .and we have not yet got response from us . .and we have sended all the details of service . .records . .bill nd ol ... .wat ever is needed . .so pls i hope that you look forward to this matter as soon as possible

                                  Hello team

                                  I bought a split AC 1 tonne on 28th October 2012.

                                  After that it is not cooling at all, I have logged a complaint at Customer care #. GUR[protected]

                                  The engineers did 4 visits ,did something or the other but could not solve the issue. They finally concluded after 1 week that it is 1 tonne compressor outside and 1.5 tonne piece inside

                                  The shopkeeper i.e. Chawla Electronics Sec 29 market Faridabad has been made aware of the issue. But he is not sharing the complaint no. that he has logged with the company. According to shopkeeper it is company’s fault.



                                  Please let me know what to do in this case, as being the consumer I have suffered a lot in this complete transaction and lost faith in Videocon after sales service.

                                  I am not sure if incidences like this will encourage people like me to buy your product as there is cut-throat competition in the market.

                                  It is really frustrating that after spending nearly 20K of rupees you enter in this kind of situation.

                                    I had recharged my account no.77059510 through sbi oxy services on 05 Jun 2013 and my account was deducted for rs.200 but till now my d2h account is not updated and hence my services are stopped by vediocon. when i asked to sbi they told u ask vediocon. on contact to vediocon they are telling server is down. Ultimately customer is harassed as my d2h service is down. kindly look into the matter.

                                    My Customer ID is 80060893. Though there was a balance of Rs. 899.31 and recharge due date was 29.06.2014, the screen has been going blank intermittently and messages to the effect that the due date is 09.05.2014 and directing to recharge immediately or else the service would be terminated has been flashed on the screen. This message is being shown almost always and the screen is blank. I have spoken on the call centre numbers around 25 times and I have been given various excuses like the problem will be rectified within 24 hours, 48 hours etc, the problem is with the set top box etc etc. However it is a more than a month today but the same has not been rectified. On the instructions a technician has also visited my residence but could not provide any solution. In fact after the intial period, no response has been received from any person.

                                    I may be constrained to take up the matter with the Consumer Forum if this careless and callous attitude continues and the service is not fully restored immediately

The complaint no was[protected] dated 17/07/2012. The service engineer visited my house and told me the display was not working. I ask how much for changing the display panel. He told me it was app Rs.12000/-.This TV was inbuilt set up box. So I told the service engineer I am not able to change it now. I call back afterwards. After one I received a call from Videocon service head office, he enquired about the service and service engineer. I told the service engineer was very good person. He also enquired if the complaint was closed or canceled. I told please cancel the complaint, because I am not able to change the display. Please advise me it possible to change in lower cost or return back the TV and issue another TV. I am middle class person. So I am sending this mail after looking the Videocon web site. Sorry for sending this mail directly

                                      Videocon — The Visuals in LCD are not seen.

                                      This is to bring under notice that last year on 04.05.2008 we had bought videocon lcd integra 27 hd and within its warranty period we started facing problem in its visual. The screen use to get blank and we could just hear the audio. We made polite complaint both at service center as well as vijal sales Borivli. They had send there electrician and rectifed it but after some days problem still persisted. hence we requested for replacement they said they wont be able to do so. hence we asked them to rectify it. after 9 months again we are facing the same problem. What r we suppose to do? and who can be the right person to whom wecan approach?

                                      Videocon D2H — not received the product

                                      I have ordered one bajaj hand blender and a videocon d2h with six months gold pack via order no. 593665 at letsbuy.com on 26.10.2011. after some days i received only bajaj hand blender with a letter that videocon d2h will be delivered to me soon. from thereafter i am regularly making calls to letsbuy but every now and than they are telling that videocon d2h is out of stock and the product will be shipped to me in next 48 hrs. already its 6-7 times that i had made a call to letsbuy and around one and half month is over yet i have not received my product.

                                        Now it's time to say that videocon ref. has the worst customer care service. I purchased a ref .04.08 from Danapur, greater noida. The customer care service sent a reprentative on 12thcdec. who after evaluation told us that the ref required to be replaced. With a promise to come prepared for the repair the next day. but he didt turned up in last 3 dsays, he cam after 3 days with the ssame problem. and he demaged all the body due to trasportation. reg. that I talked to area man ager and deilipo shafi and mr ranjeet., I want to replace it.

                                        Mr. Jayaraj sir,

                                        Videocon is making fool of people from a long time. we purchased a Refrigerator. It started creating problem after 3 months. we called the service person, he fixed the issue. but then real issues started. It stopped working. We called service person several times, he used to come with his own choise of time. We tried to get the fridge changed, but customer care people used to say that services are free for one year and you have to continue taking service. I asked them that "fridge is not good and free service is about to finish then what will I do."
                                        They said, "you will take paid service then."

                                        Mr. Jayaraj, I suggest you to file a legal complaint in your nearest consumer court, unless they will not do anything.
