Videocon D2H — huge delay in installation

I have ordered videocond2h on 27/06/2019 and today is 03/07/2019 still my installation has not done as per company T&C installation need to be done within 48 hours. I have called several times to customer care they are simply disconnecting my call after the conversation and fake commitments from customer care representative
Please take severe action. My customer ID is 23354720
I paid RS.1799/- in advance I request you to take severe action

Still how long will you take its been almost close to a month still no update

We would like to inform you that the recharged amount for new connection has been refunded into your concern bank on 18 July 2019. So please get in touch with the respective bank/vendor for the same.

Nope. I've checked with the bank there was no such transaction happened from 18th july to till date.
