    मेरे d2h operator के द्वारा engineer visit के 200 रुपये काट लिए गए जबकि मेरे घर कोई engineer आया ही नही। मैंने 16 मई 2019 से लेकर 22 मई 2019 तक कई complaint register करवाई लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नही हुई। बार बार मुझे अगली तारीख बताई जाती है लेकिन मेरी समस्या का समाधान नही किया जा रहा। मै अपने कटे हुए balance का भुगतान चाहता हूँ। कृपया करके मेरी समस्या का समाधान कीजिये।

      My first complaint was made on 11/5/19 when after 8 days no signal was mentioned on our tv set. After my complaint both via email to cc and call., their executive said it would be resolved within 48 hours. But after 48 hours they again said that it will take 96 hours. But after so many calls and emails to concerned authority no action have been taken so far.
      Today on 21/5/19 again, as usual, i called to cc, their answer was they need another 96 hours to resolve the case.

      If anybody can take it forward and resolve the issue. Please help

        Hello this is ashish upadhyaya my i'd no is 18129110. From last 3 days i am continuously calling d2h customer care for activation of channels. But still after done wd the more amountbwhuch was said by customer care i am not getting some of the channels. I made atleast 20 calls from past two days. Everytime they are saying that it will be done within 5 mins. Sorry to say but d2h is having the worst service for customers. Plz resolve it asap.

          Dear trai,
          Since 12th may i'm wasting my time and money by calling / emailing videocon customer care (Including their supervisors) & nodal officer (Sandip s - as per d2h notifications). However, no response and no resolution. So called customer care team keeps calls on hold and later they cut without giving information. Their sla are on papers only. I request you to help me and others who are facing such issues and take legal actions against them.
          Is their any chance to change provider from videocon to some other (As like mnp)?

            On 11th May I complained to d2h that NO SIGNAL is showing in my TV. But inspite of several emails and calls to consumer care have not yielded fruitful results. Their customer care email said that by 17th May it will be resolved but today on 20th May my problem has not been resolved.
            I hereby Request the higher authorities to look into the matter seriously as this company D2H may loose it's customers for sure

            May I request the company TO NOT TO DEBIT MY RECHARGE amount from the date of complaint till the issue gets resolved, as because why should the consumer be penalized for gross negligence of company.

              My d2h account is not working and showing signal is not working. I already logged complaint for this on 14th may 2019 and they confirmed me that the issue will resolved within 96 hours. But it is already 6 day over, but my issue has not been resolved and i have not received any call from them.
              When i called them again they told engineer is not available that it why it is taking time. So when i ask then to refund 6 days package (14th - 20th may 2019), they refuse it. If engineer is not available then that is not my problem, so why should i pay for that?

              Yesterday they confirm me that today engineer will come, but still no one contact me. when i called customer care number, they told whenever engineer came they will call me 30 min before but it can take 1 to 15 days from today.
              i want exact date. otherwise i will close the connection and refund my amount.

                2 times already i have complained about videocon d2h service but i have not responce.
                Last month i recharged dt 27/04/2019 rs 227 including selected channel but my package gona expired today dt 20/05/2019 i had called customer care they tell mi ur package due date is 26/05/2019 but before 6 days channel not shown again i called customer care they not responce last committement i have come many problem plz do needful and take action against videocon d2h company..

I bought a Videocon D2H near about 4 Years back, after buying of 6 months they were pressurizing me that upgrade to HD Box, and intentionally they are doing illegal actions, like improper balance deduction, without my knowledge they are activating Ala carte channels, sometimes my signal was not coming also though the out side weather is very much sunny.

                    From yesterday I have requested the company to activate 3 new channels and they are Sony Entertainment, Zee Bangla, and Star Jalsha, Sony activated in 10 mins but still now that 2 Bengali channels was not yet activated, several times I have called to their customer care but they didn't took any complaint and they are also not bothered even that their customers are facing problems, they only asked what is your problem, give me your customer id and then they said within 10 minutes it will be solved, but no actions, all my efforts are going in vain. I also wrote them mail that I am facing problems please help me but still no action the took.

                    I just want they will come into my house and I will return the SET TOP BOX to them and they will return my money, money what I have in their account along with the SET TOP BOX PRICE.

                      I am unable to view the television channels. There is error message on the screen. I called the call centre and raised complaint several times. I was promised that they would send a technician to fix the problem. But no technician visited our home till now. I have been complaining every day for the last 8 days. Every day i call, i am being told that the technician would visit. I have been getting text messages also with the complaint number. But the problem is not resolved until now.
                      I am very frustrated with the attitude of customer care. They do not intend to help me at all.

                      Thank you for sending the technician today. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes. The problem was that the dish was disoriented. Now I am able to watch all the channels to which I am subscribed. Thanks again for resolving the problem. It took more than 2 weeks for the problem to get resolved.

                        Dear all,

                        I had a setopbox from videocon d2h which was purchased quite a long back ago. Now i recently bought 43 inch tv and thought to upgrade the setopbox from sd to hd. I made couple of customer care calls, and their response was not clear, a week ago i made a call they told to call after a week and check again, when i made call this week they said to call after 2 days and check again. Videocond2h doesn't have a timeline when this convertion can be done. If you look at their website link in the url below

                        It says to upgrade from sd to hd cost is rs 749.
                        If you call customer care they say they dont have this options now.
                        This will make users to forcely buy the new setopbox at the price of rs.2020 or more
                        I tried to reach their supervisor via customer care and they will say we are connecting and they just disconnect the call without connecting to supervisor. It happened couple of times in my case!

                        This is a fraud done by videocond2h in the name o[censored]pgrade. This should not be allowed and should take actions

                        please note whenever we take connection from videocon d2h we expect a upgrade option. earlier this option was provided by videocon and now a days u guys stopped and donot have an alternate option, this will force us to buy a new product. all i expect from u guys is to provide upgrade option!

                        Alyas giving problem in my d2h. Very bad service. Last time they took 20 day's to solve the problem. I was stuck to this because in I have recharged for 6 months. They simply close complaints. Ther was a small problem with software which have been upgraded online by them at last this has been resolved. Now iam getting same problem, u have having a balance on 450+ need to see how many days they will take to restore

                          Hi sir,

                          I have a videocon d2h user id[protected], bhubaneswar, odisha.

                          I had launched a complain on may 4 2019 as my outer anteena got damaged and no signal avilable.
                          For the same i only the customer care caontact and pomised me to solve the issue within 72 hrs but i had not got any call from the service engg. Below is the[protected] related complaint with work order 64750334.

                          Again i had launched a complain no[protected] on 9th may, and again they had promised me to resolve the issue within same day till 6 pm.
                          But again the same hapaned no body contacted for resolution.

                          All of sudden on 14th may a service engg contacted and told as there is no outer anteena avilable so we can not solve the issue now.

                          1. Form 4th may to 14th may, as per videocon is this 72 hrs or 240 hrs to contact the respective person for the problem.

                          2. Does the service engg work for otherr airtel or tata shy and neglect the videocon for extra money.

                          3. The same harsement makes us to change the company because we are totaly unsatisfied with the service.

                          Hence requesting videocon nodal officer to credit my balance whatever in my d2h account to my bank account, so that i will close the connection and opt for a new connection.

                          Instead on auto reply, i hvnt got any msg yet.

                            More than 96 hours. Complaint given on 11th may 2019 still no service engineer visit from d2h. Such poor service is not expected. Being a service company, customer service has to be o[censored]tmost importance.

                            D2h is giving only false promises (Screenshot of sms attached). I am sure if such is your customer understanding then there is no point having d2h connection.

                              My videocon d2h cust id is 31671911. As i am out of station i do recharge of rs. 100 frequently. But whenever i recharge my operator deducts rs. 50 every time i recharge from my balance. This is happening since november-2018. Whenever i called customer care they say this is due to auto credit option is enabled. But i never said them to enable auto credit option. Also once i told to disable this option. For few days in between it was disabled but now again operator is deducting balance from my account. This is happened 18-20 times. I called customer care to register complaint but representative refused to register my complaint.

                              Please inform operator to refund amount of rs.[protected] for auto deduction and 1000 for harassment done by customer care) and take strong action against operator.

                                I am videocon d2h consumer no[protected]. I have booked a complain for no connection on 11th morning 7.10 am complain no[protected]. They assured me my complain will be attended by an engg within 24hrs. But when no one turned up and i call the customer care i was informed my call be closed by 6pm 12th may. When nothing happened again i called and they send a sms stating it will be attended by 13th may 3.17 pm. They book another complain[protected], closing the previous one. Again nothing happened, they informed me to wait for 96 hrs. Now 96 hrs complete, but my call is still pending. This is the worst kind of service and harrassment to consumer.
                                I request you to kindly look into it

                                  I am user of videocon d2h, my customer id is[protected]. I have shifted my home so i called them for relocation and for that they took 3 days to send service engineer after so many call to customer service. And at last he cam and d2h connection goy installed i paid 160 rs to that guy as service charge and he told me to recarge you account with 400 hundred as it will get deducted by videocon d2h for relocation charges. Ok i recharged d2h. They deducted it from my account and my d2h service got stopped.
                                  I am calling those guys from last 10 days regarding disconnection of my videocon d2h. Every time i call them they raised a complain and nothing has been done till today. Sometime they keep on hold and just disconnect the call. Worst service.
                                  Again i started doing recharge to my d2h, i have done almost 500 to 600 rs recharge. When i call to customer care they are telling me that "sir you have been charged twice for relocation, that is instead 400 you have been charged 800". That's what i am not understanding that you guys only telling me that i have been charge double then why the hell you are taking so mucj time to start my service by refunding my amount.
                                  Seriously if there is any one who can listen to consumers plea then it will be very grateful.in 2019 also this guys are doing such cheap tricks. Hell with videocon. I am regretting that i choose such a bad service provide videocon.
                                  Never ever will suggest this videocon d2h service to anyone.

                                  Please take some action against videocon.

                                  Note: first of all change all the employees in videocon d2h customer care or just close that worst, irresponsible, stupid customer care.

                                    I got above message and called d2h customer care about 8 times but my problem is not sorted out. I activated about 20 sd channels and 10 hd channels and paid 371 rupees for the same. But they activated old plan.

                                      I ramkrishna p. Patil the costomer of videocon d2h system. My customer id no :[protected].
                                      I had chosen bouquet from list. It contains 77 channels. And cost of it including gst is rs. 200/- dd mandatory channels is 25 nos. So my total channels are 77+25 =102 nos. Ncf is charge according to 102 nos. Channels. But they forcefully provided their best pack that contains 193 channels. Additional to my bouquet. And total amount charge me rs 385/- so pls. Do the necessary action

                                        Videocon d2h is at it again. It likes to sneak in it's channels into a subscriber' s plan and force him to pay for it.
                                        Today i was shocked to discover its channel comedy active in my channel portfolio. Earlier it had forced jyotish duniya on me. Only after complaints on this forum did videocon d2h respond and remove it.
                                        Now what should i do to get rid of it's comedy active priced at rs 35?
                                        Doesn't trai have any handle on these operators? Then why did trai climbing that viewers were being given freedom of choice?
                                        How are subscribers expected to deal with these unscrupulous operators sneaking in their channels and squeezing in revenue from consumers?
                                        Right now with just 12 channels my bill comes close to 300. With comedy active it will go up while i would be deprived of channels i actually would like to watch.
                                        Stop cheating consumers. Take off comedy active immediately or it would prove that trai and operators are hand in glove in exploiting consumers.
