[Resolved] Videocon D2H — no proper response only time pass with the customers | |||
Dear trai team My name is aftab bukhari and i am a videocon d2h user with customer id 80528406 and my four complains from different staffs[protected][protected] [protected].. I am facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes no response from customer support, bad interaction with cc executives, execuses n all etc.. . Latest incident happens when i recharge of rs. 1600 for which i should get services for 90 days but they are not providing the services and not even responding in mode of communication. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, but to which they are not replying. Such issues started from the month of march.2019 itself & i continued using their services on their assurance of clean services in future but all in vain and i'm in deep trouble with no services in hand. Since it's happening quite frequently now, i request you to kindly intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it. Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.
