I have selected create my own pack which the service provider has not started. it has been two months I am facing the problem. they are not adhering to trai regulations they're fooling the customers. after calling the customer care they say to call after 30 min. again the problem persists.
kindly look into the matter.

      I am enclosing two screen shots of charges made by d2h in excess of legally leviable charges as per trai guidelines.

      As visible from (Screen shot 1attached herewith) i have selected 61 pay channels and 25 mandatory channels totaling to 86 only for which ncf comes to rs 130 only.

      In order to fraudulently and illegally increase their ncf they add 105 free to air channels. (Screen shot 2 attached herewith) which are not desired by me, and they provide no option in their software to delete these unwanted channels.
      My total charges for this package should be rs 141+130+48.78 =319.78 but they are charging rs411.82.
      .
      Thus they are cheating me for 92.04 per month for forcing the services on me which i do not want.
      It is requested that strong action be taken on the d2h for cheating the public

        I had yesterday tweeted that i did not show the channel as i created and my customer id was asked. And the channels that are visible are also closed. Is there any use of this complaint?
        Just got registered.
        When will these complaints be resolved?
        How do i get information?
        Customer care calls the phone and calls the phone to be in 30 minutes.
        Then the phone is not raised
        Will not the crackdown be taken?

            Below is the content of the mail i've sent on their customer care id. I've sent the mail 3 days back and no resolution has been offered. Haven't heard back from them either.
            Email content:
            I am jasman singh arora son of kawaljeet singh arora, customer id: 1590838. We have 3 active connections on the same customer id. I'm drafting this email on behalf of my father.
            As per recent conversation with your executive on 14th april 2019, i had asked about the best offer i could get for my 3 tv connections to which he responded after looking down on the system that it would cost me 169 rs per month for all the channels to be viewed as per the current pack. I confirmed whether this amount would run channels on all 3 active tv connections to which he agreed. I specifically asked him about hd channels as well to which he replied all the channels that are currently running will continue to run for another month after 169 rs recharge. Later i asked about some offer if i do a recharge of 6 months to which he responded it would cost me rs 649 and including gst the final cost would be rs 799. I again confirmed whether doing a recharge of rs 799 would make all my 3 tv connections work under the existing plan (Including hd channels) for 6 months to which he assured me that it would work and i told him i'll do the recharge just now. After doing the recharge of rs 799, i received a message stating your account is topped up for rs 799 and your expiry date is 03/05/2019 which is just 19 days. I called the customer care again and your executive couldn't help me as your application was down. I called up again the next day on 15th april 2019 and your executive abhishek answered, to which i explained him the entire scenario as stated above to which he just rudely responded that this offer is not applicable for you. Abhishek was very apathetic towards me on the phone, and later hanged up. This is just unacceptable behavior from customer care service. I have never experienced such bad service from any other company. How come after specifically asking your executive about best offer and doing the recharge of the same, later your employees refuse it. This is a case of defrauding your customers. I feel cheated. I need a resolution for the same as soon as possible.

            Also you can confirm the same by listening to reordered conversation from your records.

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 months i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

              Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 309.42 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 2 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, albert. [protected]@dishd2h.com (Nodal officer), [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying.                 My id is 67461608 and i am running with 2 connection, yesterday only i recharges with 700/- i. E. 373 for primary connection 318 for mirror for diamond sports pack for the tv and they are not willing to change me due date. My boxes are showing due date for 4/5/2019. It means that they are looting are money. So my subscription is for only 15 days that is not possible and when when calling them they keep me hold and disconnect my call. They are frustrating me. Not solution is provided to me from last.

                  According to the TRAI rules, I made my pack and recharged it.
                  Like that channel has started but only 1 day.
                  Thereafter, there are two other channels. On the Customer Care call, nothing will be done by just saying that 40 to 50 minutes by holding on the hold and answering the channel within 10 minutes. Today it is 15 days. If you say yes, then you can complain that you can complain.
                  I have their recordings too. Do not take phone call on customer care, have a technical problem, call for a little while, stay on hold for 30 minutes, and listen to these answers. My money is being reduced by pack but I can not see my channel. Get compensation

                    I have subscribed for star hindi kannada premium 1 package in videocon d2h. Star sports kannada is also part of this package (11th channel in that package). But i am not getting that channel, when contacted, videocon informed me that they will send technician, but will be charged 200. Rs as service charge. Just to fix the relay of one channel they are charging me rs.200. My customer id is[protected]. This is not the first time, every month i pay for a channel and it wont be relayed.

                      After implementing trai guidelines, i was able to the channels i usually watch. Videocon had selected mwp pack for me. I wanted add one channel to my existing pack so i called customer care on 9th april. After about 15 minute wait i was asked to press 1 to get call back. I received a call back after about 3 hours. Customer service representative told me that current pack i have is base pack and she will add the channel i want. When she processed the request, all me channels were gone. I called customer service again. The rep told me that i do not have hd set top box so i cannot select hd channels. I know that i have hd set top bax and i have been viewing hd channels for past several years.

                      I tried calling customer service and at least got sd channels activated. When i tried calling customer care to resolve sd & hd issue ii kept of getting answer that our system is down & call after half an hour.

                      Since 9th april i have been trying to get the issue resolved, i have made several phone calls to customer care but was unable to get the issue resolved.

                      So, on 16th april 2019 i decided to disconnect the videocon d2h service. I have sent them an email and tried to call customer service to get the procedure to disconnect the service and get the refung of rs.5700/-, which is balance in my account.

                        I have selected the channels i want to see on the videocon d2h platform and informed the company on 21st march 2019. I have also requested to de-activate the religious channels from my subscription. Subsequently, i have recharged my subscription on 23rd march 2019 for 3 months. But, to date, they are not providing me with all the channels i have selected and are showing a bundle of channels i am not interested at all. I have addressed them through many emails in this regard. They are ignoring my emails and is continuing with providing me the unrequested channels and denying me the channels i have selected too. Who am i to approach for the redressal of my complaints?

But no response is seen forthcoming from the service provider till date. Am I required to approach the consumer redressal forum and are they competent to look into this like complaints?

                          I am trying to make channel selection for my 3 set top boxes differently but the company is automatically making changes in the same and applying channels which i don`t want on a particular box.
                          When i am contacting and asking for making my channel selection through web portal myself then they are not providing the proper information and saying again and again that there is some server problem.
                          The behaviour of staff is very rude and unprofessional and they are themselves not aware about the whole process.
                          Please help and provide a valid info so that i can make my channel selection.

                              As per the trai new rules, only we have to pay 130 rs in which 25 ch
                              Annels are compalsory and 75 channels are free to choose. But videocon d2h force to 100 channels mandatory. Videocon d2h is not allowing its customers to choose base tier channels and showing republic tv etc as mandatory channels!! Whereas trai clearly states only dd channels are mandatory.

                                As per your website my balance is showing 729.57 and validity is till
                                July, whereas my TV is showing balance as 11 and validity is 8 April
                                2019 which is over and TV is not working. I called to
                                customer care which is not useful, i think customer care people not at
                                all responding and they have short of knowledge, whenever i called they do not
                                know anything other than refresh account. I asked customer care people
                                to connect to senior member, neither they are connecting to seniors
                                nor they are resolving my issue. i called
                                several times to customer care(almost more than 30 times) but no use.
                                getting frustrated with Videocon d2h. Even I asked them to reslove my issue else
                                refund my money which i had recharged. this issue is happening only
                                when recharging from thier website(d2h.com).

                                  Last month also after recharge i was not able to see the selected channels.
                                  Around one week the channels got disconnected.
                                  After doing so much follow up call/e-mail it got started.
                                  But the days for which the channels unavailable our money got wasted/no use.
                                  This time we need you to resume the service immediately and u also need to increase the time period for the day it got disconnected.

                                    I have recharge online two three
                                    days back by selecting the required channels.We
                                    were able to see the selected channels two three
                                    days.But again as per last month issue we are not
                                    able see the selected channels also.
                                    After doing the recharge also
                                    channels getting discontinued, what type service you all are
                                    providing to the customer.Why this is happening
                                    again and again, do u think we only have this work in our
                                    hand...We need proper reason for this
                                    discontinue service. Also start the discontinued channels
                                    immediately.

                                    No action...No response...
                                    Even we are not able to contact customer care as on ivr getting response as ur service get resumed...and call gets disconnected.

                                        Sir, I had been used Videocon d2h service from 2013 to may 2015 but due to my shifting, and personal problem I couldn't used this service till mar 2019, but Now I want to use this service, so I recharged Rs 300 on my customer id[protected] on[protected], but I couldn't get the service till now . I called customer service approx 10 times, and also registered many complaints against it, but no results.
                                        I request you kindly solve my problems . I[censored] want any information cl me on [protected]., [protected]
