Hi,
I've contacted Videocon d2h through sms, email, call on their customer care number and even a visit by my father, who is 71, to their local office. No resolution to the problem yet. We have four connections and over INR 12, 000/- still left in balance since we pay annual fees for Platinum Package for all four connections. Since last four days all services have been discontinued by them. I've even gone online and changed the package again to Platinum and even received an acknowledgement display, but the account still shows some a la carte channels that we don't want. It's been five days and still no resolution. They don't reply to mails, don't call back, don't react to sms feature which they've only put up on blank screens. I would change the service provider completely, had a not made all those payments. I can't afford to have over 12, 000/- go to waste. Please help.
