I have asked them to correct it...but they are of absolute no help.

I am facing several issues with videocon d2h. I have been charged double for my tv connection and forcefully given a mirror connection which I have requested to remove several times. The website does not even show the correct amount to be paid. There are several discrepancies. Also I am not allowed to select channels as per my choice on the secondary connection.

I am trying from 3 month before recharge to update my videocon d2h pack from their website on mycustomer id [[protected]]. Every time the message appears "thank you your details has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you shortly".

Every time i check my mails and messages but there is no reply from their side.

I have already recharged with rs. 570 for hd and sd channels. All hd channels appears onwards...

irresponsible behaviour from customer care and engineers

I have raised a relocation request with d2h and the customer care and engineer are not responding. Everytime i follow up, the timeline is revised to next day and they disconnect the calls abruptly. There is no service and the recharged amount goes waste. Very limited access customer care with absolutely no control on anything. I am being charged for everything but absolutely zero service is being provided....

violating trai freedom to channel selection

west region not seen on website and pack created by own rules

not able to view channels

My monthly package has been changed without my knowledge and the channels i need are not viewed.
The customer care number is absolutely useless and people sitting at call centre are dumb.
I have been calling customer care since a week and every time they tell their server is down. They are charging me additional monthly amount with less channels.
