But no response at all, i have a request regarding relocation no service engineer visited and installed setup box from private technician but several times shifting charges has been charged in my account, after paying the same no service has been activated gave many complaints and 100's calls to the customer care no resolution provided. I would like to go legally please help us to, so that other customers shouldn't face this issue.

    Pathetic/frustrating customer care: we have called customer care on 12 april 2019 for temporary suspension for 3 months and customer care has shared request number also. As per customer care person, connection should be suspended within 2 hrs after request raised and that was observed. Now when i call customer care today,

    When i called on 5 may 2019, there is new complaint raised for not addressing request raised on 12 april 2019 and there also request number shared. They gave commitment to address issues by 8 may 2019 and so when i called today, still the issues are not addressed and my billing cycle is still on. They manipulate with me and my time and ask same thing again and again. Transfer call by saying it to senior executive and not one accept that call, stop talking between, hold call so being customer i need to call again and explain issue from start.

    Still issue is not addressed.

      We are using videocon d2h from more than a year, recently we requested for activation of secondary connection. After many attempts from customer care to identify the exact issue, a service engineer visits the place on 08-may-2019 and we are told that there is issue in port. Service engineer replaces the fault items and we paid rs.475 for the new part and rs.200 as service charge. Service engineer said it will take 5 hrs to activate the connection. On 09-may-2019 i had called customer service multiple times and none of the executive was able to understand/resolve the issue. Customer service is very bad, executives are rude to customers. After multiple attempts executive says we can't resolve the issue we have to send service engineer to the place which will again take 1 day time. From 2 days i am paying for the channels which i am not able to watch and videocon d2h say they can't do anything.

      I request the concerned officer to take some strict action against these providers.

        I have complained on 25apr 19 and they have sent one tech support, he has changed receiver then also dish not working. Called many times and sent many emails, then also complained stand still. I have tried to contact to senior person on call but call not connected. Response of d2h team is very bad and technician sent aim to earn more and more money without any reason.

          After complaint on this site, customer care vediocond2h contacted me and refused to refund my deductions. And suggested me to visit their engineer to solve the issue. After that i agreed for engineer visit with charges to be borne by me and registered on27th may 2019. But due to vediocon d2h customer cares irresponsibility no engineer has not visited till today. Care representative is not received my call and deduction amt of these days are going on. So suggest me what to do. I think better to lodge a case in consumer court against vediocon is it correct?

            My consumer i'd is 98444337. I have selected only three pay channels i. E zee bangla, zee bangla cinema and colours bangla. But the company is showing more channels without my permission and charging extra and i don't need those channels. Please take necessary steps to solve the problem. I have contacted the customer care number but they have disconnected the call saying technical issue. Please help

              Videocon d2h is charging 25 rupees for zee prime English pack (sd) instead of 15 rupees.
              I have asked them to correct it...but they are of absolute no help.

              Price of zee prime English pack sd has been uploaded to 15...on trai website as well as zee broadcasters company.

              Dear TRAI,
              I am facing several issues with videocon d2h. I have been charged double for my tv connection and forcefully given a mirror connection which I have requested to remove several times. The website does not even show the correct amount to be paid. There are several discrepancies. Also I am not allowed to select channels as per my choice on the secondary connection.
              Now I want to split the connections for which the videocon d2h customer care team is demanding money for 2 months. They are dictating their own terms and not following the TRAI rules that the customer can select whatever channels he/she wants to watch.
              Humble request to look into this matter as I have been chasing this with videocon d2h since a month and they are not helping me and harassing me.

                I am trying from 3 month before recharge to update my videocon d2h pack from their website on mycustomer id [[protected]]. Every time the message appears "thank you your details has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you shortly".

                Every time i check my mails and messages but there is no reply from their side.

                I have already recharged with rs. 570 for hd and sd channels. All hd channels appears onwards 3/5/19. From 4/5/19 some hd channels dissappears. I called to the customer care but she just told me that you are not subscribe the channels. She asks me can she subscribe the channels from their side. I have to pay extra channels price due to their bad service.

                I am facing this problem since 3 months. I also call to their nodal officer mr. Dhanajay kangutkar but his number is not available. So what can i do?

                  I have raised a relocation request with d2h and the customer care and engineer are not responding. Everytime i follow up, the timeline is revised to next day and they disconnect the calls abruptly. There is no service and the recharged amount goes waste. Very limited access customer care with absolutely no control on anything. I am being charged for everything but absolutely zero service is being provided.

                    Dear trai,

                    I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[[protected]]. Since from last 1year 6 months, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes from one months no signal showing unable see tv programs.

                    I have complained about this issue last month vie call to customer care agent told me will be resolve soon but nobody not came and resolve d issue. Before yesterday again i called registred complaint nos (Dear manju s your complaint no.[protected] for customer id[protected] has been registered and will get resolved till friday, may 3, 2019 12.29 pm) but till now problem no resolved no body visited. I continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future for without signal but to my disappointment it has happened again

                    As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. They simply avoid to reply it.

                    I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                      I am a user of videocon d2h services from 1and half years and i am very unhappy with the services. I am recently shifted from secunderabad to sainikpuri, which is 10 km. I raised a complaint for relocation on 24th april and tilll date it is not solved. I keep on calling the customer care every day and they are very rude in talking and not responding properly. Each day they saying that in 8 hours, but it looks to be a never ending story. Inspite of many bad reviews against videocon d2h, i have opted for this and i am paying for it. I suggest all dont go for videocon d2h services

                        Hi, i have a serious issue with videocon d2h, i am certainly not happy the way my complaint has been handled, when i called customer care about error e16-4 insufficient balance or channel not subcribed despite of i have enough balance and channel is subscribed too, the customer care executive is putting my phon in hold for 12 minutes and enjoying his match in background which was very much audible to me n after 12 mins again asking for the prob when match was over.

                        Morever when called second time when service is still not resumed, i have been asked that engineer will visit the place which is chargable, my question is how come charges implies to me when there is problem is from videocon d2h service and not the product i have..

                        I am sure many of their customers must be penalising and charged unnecessarily inspite of the problem is in service.

                        Please look into this and help me to get the judgement.

                          I have take 1year videocon d2h plan in august vide paying 15000rupees, in which i get all the channels hd and non hd for 13th month in all three tvs, in which they gave me one month extra plan, and in said plan there are three connection are activate.in said plan they also gave me one year free service at home
                          Now my concern is that on 1st april 2019, 6th month of my plan your service provider alter my plan without any intimation or my knowledge. And they deactivate so many channels in all three connection
                          After that several time i tried
                          To contact your service provider vide telephone, officially, regarding my grivience but none of you concern person resolved my grivience.
                          In the last i request you to continue my previous plan as soon as possible otherwise i 'll take legal action against you deficiency in service.

                              Starting d2h company provide freedom to channel (Before march 1) but after march 1st on wards company not providing broadcaster bouquets to select channel. And they are stopping lot of free channels.. I asked to company why not came that channels.. They says agreement is over so we cant telecast that channel...

                                In d2h website west region not available for selection also option are not available to take own channels and d2h service provided created own channels packs on own rules. Its means they force to us see channels which we don't want to seen. Even i called may times customer care of d2h but they are unable to answered my query so kindly look into matter

                                    Hello, this is regarding mail recd from Videocon d2h dated 06.02.19 that despite TRAI new rule I can continue to use my old pack and my validity will not be affected as I have done 2 years recharge in 2018 and as per company policy I am covered under price protection. This referred mail was in response to series of mails I had sent to d2h seeking clarification on new TRAI rule. But now they have changed my pack without my consent and have stopped various channels as per the original pack and have also reduced my validity date. I want all channels which were part of old packs to prevail along with my original validity date. If those channels are not available I want the differential money to get credited in my account

                                      Hi,

                                      I have raised a complain for my 4k led TV.
                                      Customer care are saying they don't have any record for warranty on my tv serial number.
                                      I am not sure I brought a duplicate TV or videocon people are started cheating.
