[Resolved] Videocon D2H — not following trai guidelines

I selected pay channels as per trai guidelines (Cust id is[protected]. But it is found that ndtv india (Ch. No 305) is in my package list where as it has not been selected by me. D2h is forcing us to view ndtv india and not following trai order.

I also contacted videocon d2h customer support to raise complaint, but they are taking complaint against above matter.

Further i also like add that the channel is not a part of promotion also since it is not stopping after few minute.

I'm trying to choose my D2H plan (sports, movie, music) but unable to do that because of the worst service of Videocon. Customer service is also not responding( because they also don't know how to do that), so if this is the case I will change my network and switch to Airtel.
