Videocon d2h — Not providing services properly despite of advance payment

My customer id is 90516643, mob no. [protected]. I lodged a complain on 01.11.2015 around 15:00 hrs to repair my set top box. They ensured me that it will be get repaired within next 24 hours. But the set top box was replaced only on 04.11.2015 around 18:00 hrs that too after several phone calls. The problem does not end here. Through the set top box was replaced with a new one services could not be resumed even i paid all the required amount to the engineer who visited my residence. His mobile no. Is [protected]. Whenever i will call them they will ensure me that the services will be resumed shortly and they will call me for the confirmation. But till now there is no improvement and i am not able to watch the tv. Even daily subscription is also deducted.

When the engineer visited my house on 04.11.15, I paid him Rs. 924 (Rs. 499 for 1 year free service and Rs. 425 for new set top box). For this I have to get Rs. 425 recharge in my account no.90516643. But till date no recharge is done inspite of seberal complaints. Mobile no. Of the engineer is [protected].

Till date there is no support from videocond2h. Stii recharge of Rs. 425 is not done in my account.
