Videocon D2H — not responding to the issue and collecting the charges | |||
Hi, I have given a complaint to the videocon d2h customer care on 10th june, regarding the odu replacement & no signal. They were saying that the issue will be resolved within 8 working hours. But till now it is not resolved & for this issue i have called them more than 50 times since from last one month & i have mailed them about my issue also but till now it is not resolved, when iam trying to contact them, they are disconnecting my call.
