Videocon D2H — not responding to the issue and collecting the charges

Hi,

I have given a complaint to the videocon d2h customer care on 10th june, regarding the odu replacement & no signal. They were saying that the issue will be resolved within 8 working hours. But till now it is not resolved & for this issue i have called them more than 50 times since from last one month & i have mailed them about my issue also but till now it is not resolved, when iam trying to contact them, they are disconnecting my call. Please find the complaint number they shared with me about one issue.

Even raising a mail, complaint and many calls they are not responding to my issue and without any information they are disconnecting my calls. Please take a necessary action against them.

After raising a complaint on consumer complaints and mails, many calls videocon coustomer industries are not responding to my concern. Is this the way they wanted to do with customers. Please take an action immediately on videocon industries.

Videocon D2H industries are not responding to my concern even after sharing the information what they asked. Thier customer support team is disconnecting the calls in between the discussion. I have called them more than 62 times till today regarding my issue.

Can you please take an action against them because you can find my complaint date and my updated till now they are not yet responding on my issue. Please provide me an update regarding my issue.

I hope you are taking care of the public issues but till now my issue not solved by them and even they blocked my number when iam trying to contact them the call is disconnecting immediately. As they mentioned I have maild the required details more than 40 times but till now not yet received any response from them. I wanted to know that how much duration they required to resolve the issue.

But till now I have not yet received any response from your side regarding my issue.
