I am having a videocon d2h connection. They are not following the new trai rules of pack selection. They are locking the selected channel for one month and the user can't change it before a month. But acc. To trai the user can select or deselect any channel of his/her choice anytime. This is totally violation of trai rules. Kindly take this issue into consideration.

    Dear sir /madam

    I had a connection of videocon d2h with id[protected].
    On 9 sept. 2019 i had recharged my d2h account with rupees 200/- for my desired channel as per requirement.
    On 16 sept. 2019 i contact to d2h customer care for not able to see any subscribed channels for which they replied for sending an engineer of company to see the problem.
    On 17 sept. 2019 one engineer came to my home and correct the problem at antenna level and leave my house without demanding any fees or money.
    On same day when i switch on my tv at 9 pm my subscribed channels show insufficient balance which were recharged on just 8-9 days back.
    When i again contact to customer service of videocon d2h the person attending my call named mr. Sandeep replied that we are deducted rupees 200/- from your account for fees of engineer services. On my continuous appeal that if some one not demanding how can i give any amount to someone. & if anything was pending from my side i must be informed before about that.
    But without prior information & without my any fault at any level, deductions of my recharged amount clearly indicates towards a fraud play and betrayal intentions form the company.

    Even when i offered them to send someone to collect the amount as your engineer wasn't asked for any money mr. Sandeep replied that you can complain to anywhere but deducted amount not given back.

    As any amount deductions without informing the owner is a very serious issue and also indicates no fear from consumers complaint authorities like trai & if not looked this can be continues with others also & not taking actions against these fraud intentions promote these companies for making such fraud play on day to day basis.

    I request to concern authorities to take strict actions against them so that when customers recharge any amount for a time period they must be assured for their services.

      Jinvani channel removed, kindly restore the channel on priority as there are 8 members in my family viewing this channel and sediments of million jains associates.
      Do not understand what you get in removing the channel. This has been done third time in last few years.
      Also mastii is a music channel and that also not broadcasting.in this competitive world, to remain in market you should understand consumer problem who trusted on you and are associated with you.

        I'm a holder of videocon d2h my connection number is[protected]. The concern is when i do my recharge they discontinued my channels and do active my channels when i requested to them and day after they do again the same. When i connect them again they give me excuse that u will have to wait for 48 hrs, what is # i don't know. If you can do something in favor plz do.
        The customer care executive who's there for doing some. They r helpless and don't know his ceo and md name so how can do my help.

          Videocon d2h customer care give me a complain no:[protected] against any solution & told its take two days time period.

          Why i suffer after a prepaid payment without any fault?
          Why its take two days?

            1) videocon d2h has illegally deducted rs.500/- from my account balance.
            2) on repeated complaints and escalations they are not refunding my amount.
            3) illegally they have registered 2 setup boxes as well, when i have been using only 1 set topbox.
            4) the customer care back end team and their so called agents seem to be hand in gloves, and keep creating and closing complaint tickets.
            5) this has been going now from the last 2 weeks now, almost since
            1st - sept-2019.
            6) in the attachment which is a screenshot you can see that the account balance is negative, which is illegally deducted. (Rs. - 497.96/-)
            6) they think that consumer can be taken for a ride by silently charging and deducting from their account balance, by giving some stupid reasons.
            7) i hope that consumer forum helps me in this case.
            i only hope that serious penalties should be levied on this videocon d2h for harassing me and my family.
            from last 2 months they channels also not provided on my d2h.
            through this forum i also advice people not to go for videocon d2h.

              My complaint is as below, there is no resolution till date... I have called twice, on first occasion (12-sept) the executive said he resolved error from their end and i would not face the issue again. However i am facing issue again. I called today and the call center does not connect with operator, i have called twice and selected option to talk to customer service operator

              My set top box does not even have a smart card so the issue is clearly created so that i would request service.

                  With reference to the trai circular titled "bouquet of pay channels offered by broadcasters as on 20.08.2019" and the list of bouquet offered by videocon d2h,

                  The following bouquets list by the document in question are not available for activation on videocon-d2h :

                  1. Star english special pack hd - rs. 20/-
                  2. Bennett, coleman & company limited (Times network) bouquet-3 - rs. 20/-
                  3. Turner family hd plus pack - rs. 12.50/-
                  4. Zee prime pack english hd - rs.25/-

                  All of these are hd packs. It may be noticed that they are priced low, and therefore are made unavailable to the customer.

                  Also on contacting the customer care, they have not provided any positive reply in this regard.

                  There are many such bouquet's that are not available on this platform and the same may be said about other dth platforms as well.

                  The availability of such bouquets have been clarified by the broadcasters of the said bouquets, but dth platforms seem to remove and operate without providing these bouquets.

                  Also, the possibility of selecting the fta channels individually has been removed by videocon d2h in its current channel selection platform.

                  Therefore, one is forced to pay the nfc for channels that we have not chosen.

                    I submit that i paid the recharge amount rs 214/-for my connection id number[protected] on 6-9-2019, but i didn't get the command from the
                    Vedeocon d2h service till the day. I messaged somany times to them through my registered mobile number. Most of the time, they spoke in disrespectful way and reckless manner. Every time they register a new complaint and give a deaf ear in solving the issue. We lost almost a weeks money.
                    And still the problem exist.

                      My name is p. Mallikarjuna rao, im using videocon d2h connection. My d2h connection customer id[protected] and im every month recharging monthly pack of rs 294, validity of 28 days.
                      As well im recharged my monthly pack on 26/08/2019 as well as i done same before, but suddenly my d2h connection has stooped. After i called to the costumer care and explained my issue, they registered my complaint and sended complaint number also the number is[protected]. And they promised to re solve the issue within 8 working hours on 07/09/2019. Till now my problem not solved. Please help me to solve the issue as well as possible.

                        When I called customer care and filed my complaint that my d2h signals are not coming, I was told that my complaint has been registered and the engineer will reach you by evening. When the engineer did not come by evening, I called back. When I was told that your complaint has not been lodged, I asked him why the complaint was not filed, I did not get any reply. I wanted to talk to his superior officer. Yes, my call was held without asking me ..My complaint was not redressed...

                          My customer id is 89588532 and i recharged my videocon d2h account on 6th september 2019 with ₹1201.50 but my channels did not come so i called the call centre and they said they will refresh and it will be okay. But nothing happened so i called again and they said that a service engineer will come within 24 hrs but he came after 1 day (Saturday) and said they will update the system and it will be okay and he went away but still nothing happened. Then i called the call centre again and they said they will lodge a complaint against the engineer as he did not do the job and closed the complaint and they will send a new service engineer within 8 hrs. But when i called on sunday after about 24 hours they said they will send engineer by monday afternoon and again they lodged a complaint. Again on monday afternoon i called the call centre they said that the complaint has already been closed without any visit and when i asked to talk to any senior they did not let me talk to them. I am being cheated, i had a talk with one of the seniors (Kamal or something i don’t remember) on saturday and he assured me that he will make it alright by sunday evening but it’s already monday afternoon and nothing has been done. Please help

                            I have been making multiple complaints and following up with multiple people for solving the issue of only sony and star channels not visible on both my connections but no one is taking this seriously.

                            Hence i am compelled to escalate this matter through social media for public awareness of how you turn deaf ear to customers complaints.

                            The escalation managers every time gibe 8 hours resolution guarantee which is never fulfilled. Moreover they don’t even revert.

                            Since 3 weeks, following up with d2h technicians and customer care is a part of my routine as if its a part of my job.

                            Also, i would like to get my money back for these 3 weeks as we are not able to watch any channels we want to (That is star and sony)

                            More over when we request cancellation we are informed there is no cancellation policy hence they cant cancel. They suggest us to stop watching tv if we want to cancel.

                            When we say we will complain to trai, they say you can do whatever.

                              Sir, iam a vedio con customer for 2 years my id[protected] when i charging for 1 month theycutting of vedio con d2h services for 7 to 8 days of recharge. Ie only getting 22, 23 days they saying credit faculty activated but no days credit available but i called them to de activate credit facility but the said it is activated many times i called them to deactivate but they do same that every month i recharge i get 22, 23 days service.                                 I have purchased videocon d2h yealy plan of total rs.2925 on 14th august 2019.
                                After that my next rechage date was 7th august 2020 and i did not get any paid channel like sony, zee tv, colors etc., so i subsribed 1 sony channel after that my next recharded date changed from 7th august 2020 to 4 december 2019,
                                Almost more than 7 months has been reduced.

                                From last 10 days i regularly trying to contact with custmore care to understand this but they were simply wasting my time and never provide any solution or justification about this complain.

                                Please look into this fraud and provide me the justice

                                Its almost more than 10 days I lodged my complaint and I have not received any mail or call from Videocon team yet.

                                After making mulitple calls to customer care and emails i did not get any single response from Videocon's team.
                                This looks like this company has the worst service among all the companys i have ever came with.

                                    Paid online for a new connection HD RF set top box . Without installing or not even calling they activated account. Customer care says accordingly to their status it is installed.even after 3 days not installed.
                                    Planning to file suit in consumer court for this fraud action.When asked the refund customer care says since I bought online I will have to ask online for refund .and said they cannot help.

                                    Actual installation date 2nd September, Actual activation Sept 7th. According to D2H installation date 31st Aug. That is before actual installation date..Who big frauds are these Videocon D2H ...Let me proceed legally...Tats better than posting 100 message.. Never buy Videocon D2H... I am not going to renew subscription instead going to buy some other connection...

                                      My name is jayesh r mehta and my customer id is 1915835. I want to subscribe for colors wala gujarati budget plus pack but videocon d2h not giving colors wala gujarat budegt plus pack. Instead of they are asking additional fee for colors gujarati and colors gujarati cinema. Costomer care representatives are also not responding at all. They are charging more like this.

                                      Customer officer called me and promised to include above pack within 3 months. Today I have checked website of videocon d2h and found the pack. They have not informed me that pack included. But somehow my complaint is resolved.

                                      Customer care officer informed me to wait approximately 3 months. They will include Colors Wala Gujarat Budget pack. I am ready to wait for 3 months. They promised to inform me when this pack is included.

                                        My vdeocon d2h customer id[protected].
                                        I have activated music active. Which comprises of 2 vdeo channels + 20 audio channels.. Shown on vdeocon d2h website.
                                        I have complaint to them several times from last 2 month as i am not able to see the activated channel as i have paid for it.
                                        3 times engineer visit was also scheduled and he said he cant help with it.
                                        D2h customer executive listen to issue and keep call on hold.
                                        I am not able to see the music active audio channels which consists of 20air channels which are included in music active pack.
                                        Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I received call from D2H executive for solution to the complaint, but no action has been taken against it.
                                        My recharge amount is wasted. They are still saying that i need to wait for few more days, which leads to wastage of my package amount.
