Dear Team,

I was recharge Videocon d2h Rs.1003/- on 17 /02/2020 i was eligible the 30% cash back on this recharge but this cash back is not credited to d2h account . Then I was call the Videocon d2h customer care and raise the complaint (complaint no.[protected] but customer care team not response me properly.

So please solved my problem.
