[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — removing of channels from recharded package

Myself sudesh hiremath, mob no-[protected], having a videocon d2h connection with customer id[protected]. I am using this service for last 4 years. My last recharge was approx 6 months back and i paid for full year subscription. Suddenly since last 3 days they have removed channel no 411, 413, 415 (Sony ten 1, 2, 3) which was part of my package when i recharged with gold sports package. When i called the customer care there answer was the channels mentioned were promotional channels thats why it has been removed. But when i enquired whether it was mentioned at the time of recharge process they said no and now they are charging rs.10/month for each channel.
They never mentioned it during recharge neither they send me any message nor any calls stating that the channels were promotional. I think this is open fraud as they hold all the rights to remove any channel whenever they want it to.
Request to kindly intervene in the matter so that the same problem is not faced by anyone and this people stop looting money.

Myself Raghavendra Diddi, mob no-[protected], having a videocon d2h connection with customer id 99045789. I am using this service for last 4 years. I request you to keep only South Gold pack and remove all other chanels
I am using D2H service since from last three year when i have taken service the recharge was rs 250 i was able to see all south Chanel
after 6 months they have removed few south Chanel when i have called them they said you have to pay for this Chanel but it was there in my package full on fraud even customer case representative also they are uneducated fellows..
