Dear all, i got my account recharged star sport hind 1 hd the amount was75 rs debited from my account but did not reflect in tata sky. I called customer services and the person helped me and told e he is putting a query forward and i shall receive a call. Today i received a call from ichalkaranji back hand team executive was mr. Puja bhavar who was very very rude and showed least interest to help. Then i called back the customer service and spoke to mr. Uday who disconnected the phone without any notice.

If that's the customer services then i m sorry tata sky is not hiring right people.

    Videocon d2h dealer collected 5.8k money from me now not recharging my annual subscription neither picking up my call.
    Complained same to customer support even they are not behaving responsibly. Please someone suggest me a way recover my money atleast or get my service. Installation was done with very humble behavior but it turned to be very rude and harassment kinda thing.

      Getting spam call from videocond2h! For last 2 to 3 months im having this issue. They dont have any mechanism to deactivate spam calls. Daily they call 3-5 times for advertisement of their product. I have blocked their numbers still they are calling. I have seen theor website amd application but they don't ave any facility to let us opt-out from their spam calls!

      I keep getting your telemarketing calls multiple times a day and even when I have blocked many of the different auto telemarketing numbers, new numbers keep calling me from videocon. I only recharged a dth account once and it wasn't even a videocon service so I don't know how you got my number. Ill never use videocon because of such bad experience but please disable my number from your calling lists.

        During telecast of cricket matches on dd sports, screen shows we can't telecast this program as per court's order. But i paid its charges within my package so i demanded telecast of dd sports program. But customer care denied for the same and even denied to register my complaint too. Every time i am not able to see programs of dd sports for 10 to 12 hr during matches. This is violence of my money value. Plz help me out

          My name is rahul, a customer of videocon d2h, customer id 54481440. I recently relocated my set top box. The service engineer charged me rs.1200 (800 for extra cable and new adaptor plus 400 for service). He assured me that there won't be any more deductions from my account from videocon for service. But later, my account was deducted rs 450. I called customer care and i was told that this will be taken care and a complaint no. Was raised. But the problem wasn't resolved. I called and mailed again and am following up for one month. They just raise a complaint and close it the next day without resolving it. There is no communication from their side also. I am yet to receive my money back. Pathetic service from videocon

            Dear all, i got my account recharged yesterday night, the amount was debited from my account but did not reflect in tata sky. I called customer services and the person helped me and told e he is putting a query forward and i shall receive a call. Today i received a call from pune back hand team executive was mr. Ishwar who was very very rude and showed least interest to help. Then i called back the customer service and spoke to mr. Uday who disconnected the phone without any notice.

            If that's the customer services then i m sorry tata sky is not hiring right people.

            I need strong action on this and appology and resolution of my complaint.

              On 15.08.2018 i had subscribed to videocon d2h having customer id[protected] by paying rs. 2200 and as said the installation was to be done within 2 days by an engineer. The installation was attempted 3 times but due to wiring problems in the building the same could not be done. As it is a society building there is no provision to put up dish on the roof and extend wire through balcony, instead a common deck was in use for connection.
              Hence i had cancelled the connection on 23.08.2018 and asked for refund. Since then regular e-mail and follow up over phone is being done by me but there is no update regarding the refund status. Everytime i am being informed that the matter is being escalated but there is no end result.
              The refund should not take much time as neither any dish or set top box is in my name nor the connection is active.
              Kindly resolve the issue.

              I have not yet received the refund and the matter is getting escalated every time. I have donot have any dish or set top box of videocon with me as there was no installation done. Why should this take so much time?

              As per your statement since refund is already done on 18.09.2018 at your end, you are to share the transaction details and where is the refund made, as I have not received any refund in my account from which payment was made online. I also checked with my card issuer Bank regarding the matter but there is no amount blocked at their end. Your mere statement wont suffice any customers issues or queries.

                Hi i am purchased videocon d2h past 3 months ago i have recharging every month 725rs for my kannada regional channels and some hindi and english channels now i am not able to see some kannada channels which was i have already subscribed now the customer care representatives says these channels removing from your service you have to pay for this channels extra.                   My d2h id[protected]. I git sms for offer recharges Rs 299 you will get 3 month exiting all chanell & 5 meravala hindi movie chanel.

                  I have done recharge on 14.5.18 but there is no any benfit given and no three month validity. My earlier pack of popular but they give only flexchnales without hindi and gujarati serial chnelll. This was useless chanell.

                  I have many time called on customer care no.[protected] but still not given resolution. If asking more they cut our call many times or put on hold more than 1 hr time.

                  This big cheating with customer. I am also giveing below no. from there i got the call and take confirmation on phone before recharges 3 times.

                      Actually i had recharge my old account of videocon d2h by mistake, which was closed last 4 years instead of my new hd videocon connection.

                        Please note that I have been experiencing issues with Videocon D2H/DTH service right from Day-1. Details of the issue is provided below:-

                        Please find below email of purchase that I have done via website: https://videocond2h.com/product-details.php?id=1.
                        Paid the amount in full from my end.

                        I ordered for the product after I was given assurance from Customer Care that product will be delivered, installed and activated same day.

                        Service engineer(Mr. Bharani-Mobile#[protected] called up to inform lack of 4K Ultra HD stock from their [protected]@4.48 PM. When enquired about when will the new stock arrive, service engineer showed resistance and answered that it has to be checked with Area Manager only. When enquired again, about how as a Customer I will get an update, service engineer failed to respond.

                        I hang up the call, called back Customer Care and shared updates of the conversation had with the service engineer. Call center representative mentioned that a compliant has been registered against service engineer. I did ask that if any alternate solution would be proposed while complaint is being handled or sorted out internally. I was reassured that issue will be resolved by 7.41 pm on Jan 14th. No one called up and no updates received further from anyone.

                        I followed up again today-Jan 15th. I was told request will be acted today. Call center representative further called up to check details of what request I have placed for again and asked for my customer ID. As a customer I will expect updates provided to me from the time order is placed, however people call me up seeking details from my end. I fail to understand how can customers be asked what is the request raised for when an order has been placed already.

                        Inspite of this, I did explain the entire process again and call center representative said will give me a call back after checking with the local area dealer. I got call back after 10 minutes only to get same old updates as received on Jan 14 and was told that new SLA is 8 hours for resolution. No updates received further from anyone.

                        Followed up with Customer care again at evening and I was told that they have registered a new complaint#[protected] for delays in delivery. New SLA time of 8 working hours has been proposed for resolution.

                        Every time I call up customer care, they call me by name but fail to have details of why I have called up, instead keep logging new complaints with new SLA's given. As a customer, my request standed as-is. Original SLA of 48 hours also got over. This is not proper customer service.

                        I did email till Nodal Officer(Vinod) but still complaint was not resolved.

                        Issue 2: Sep 1, 2018

                        Please note that I have been experiencing issues with DTH service that Videocon D2H/DTH have been providing from time-to-time.
                        I have been paying my recharge without keeping any dues.

                        Channel Navigation existed before however it got revoked without any notice or prior intimation. When asked with Customer Care, they said it has been revoked for all customers.

                        Now to my surprise, my prescribed channels(i.e. within "English Entertainment Top-Up" and "Free Malayalam Add-On") are also getting revoked in the name of the promotional broadcasting offer without any proper communication keeping the recharge cost constant. I have already paid the charges in full without any dues from my end and still channels were revoked. No communication or intimation done to me.

                        This is very poor customer experience and unfair trade practice. I have contacted customer care many a times. Doesn't seem to resolve my issues.

                        Also there is no monthly bill stating the package details and any changes being done from time-to-time. They are making arbitrary changes in the composition of a subscription package chosen for which I have paid in advance as a subscriber, within its validity period. I browsed the net and this practice seems to be clear violation of (Rule 9A), that a DTH provider should be complying with, as per TRAI regulations.

                        I did email till Nodal Officer(Vinod) but still complaint is not resolved and unanswered/unresolved till now.

                        Kindly help to resolve this issue.

                            Several times I have opted to downgrade the product code from Gold Maxi to Flexi Delhi but they are not changing the product code .And it is also notable that while I have opted to upgrade the product they have changed/upgraded it within a minute.Friends be careful about while up grading the package.

                              I shivaramegowda l, i have a videocon d2h connection (Customer id number[protected] and i availed monthly subscription plan for rupees.244/- only.

                              Recently company has changed my plan automatically without intimation and they demanded for rs.305/- per month. I inquired d2h company many times telephonically (I have all conversation records).

                              I recharged my d2h with rs.244/- on 07th aug 2018 for one month, but d2h connection was disconnected on 29th aug 2018 without intimation. When i inquired about this matter they replied your plan has been changed and you need to pay rs.305/-.
                              I requested you please help me i'm not able to fight with this company.

                                I've had a terrible experience with ur calle centre at bhubaneshwar.
                                I want to complaint against:
                                1. Sujit kumar saha - deputy manager (For not being able to run the call centre as per the company standard)
                                2. Balram - operations manager - for not being able to retain the customer
                                3. Videocon d2h policies
                                There are many down the chain who are a part of this system

                                So here's what happened - my set top box wouldn't start and they said they need to send a tech as it was out of warranty and i asked them to make the visit free or refund my money.

                                They told me that they don't have the policy to refund the money. I mean how appalling is that. I escalated to the operation manager level thinking that he would have the sense o[censored]nderstanding but believe u me he was even worse than his reportees and was more than eager to get off the call and he disconnected the call when i was still talking.

                                He doesn't know the difference between a personal and operational question. This is very simple i[censored] are unable to create an exception to a rule and gauge the customer u don't deserve the position u are at!!! Balram doesn't deserve the job role he is on.

                                I'm more than appalled at the way he spoke and he hung up on me after being at that position.

                                Videocon as a company is failing customers by not setting a policy in place to refund customers money and they have the audacity to say that there is no policy to provide a refund.

                                It's sad that consumers are looted by these companies under the guise of policy and procedures. Mr anil khera i know this may never reach you but your company and employees need to start respecting consumer as this is where u all get ur money from.

                                Anil you seriously need to make a call to ur call centre to see what is the level of service they provide and trust me u will tug at ur hair. Please get into some introspection and revisit ur policies.

                                I don't know if this will get me anywhere but i would need a follow up on this complaint on my email [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    I am really disappointed with the kind service and support that I have received from your customer care side. I want you bring an important thing into your kind notice that executive which you have deployed to help customers are not competent enough.

                                    This concern is w.r.t to date 17th August, 2018..Below are the event occurrence date :

                                    17th August, 2018 – Called to Airtel d2h customer care to get the information about recharge of my current package which was Infinity Sports HD… the executive named “Rohit” gave me information of wrong package(without HD channel package) of worth Rs. 3931.I recharged my d2h with same package but was not able to view any HD channel because of wrong communication.

                                    18th August, 2018 – Called again to customer care 5-6 times to get a resolution for my problem but all the executives were very rude and did not solved the problem. Instead of resolving the issue the executive upgraded my channel to HD for quarter with worth Rs. 1331.

                                    It is really pathetic service Airtel d2h is having. I want to discontinue with my Airtel d2h connection and want my amount refund. If I will not receive justice then will file a case to consumer forum against same on Fraud and chit which has been done with me.

                                    Need an action at earliest.

                                      People did not come for relocation (I have removed since no help).
                                      After fixing it have paid rs.450 for installation + recharged amount of rs.345 (Amount was deducted for relocation charge since nobody came to helped), spoken with customer service for help response was pathetic
                                      Again recharged amount of rs.345 since the account was insufficient
                                      Complained above complain no. Respond was good only in words
                                      No service recovery happen the amount was recharged believing in the service. Am not sure it is loyal, since after second time recharge it says account is blocked

                                        My videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. I hold 2 connections under this id. Since i am moving out of india, i cancelled my connection on 9th july 2018 and asked for refund of my remaining account balance of rs. 1864. I wrote email to [protected]@d2h.com regarding the same. Also i called up customer care number [protected] around 18th july to confirm the same and senior supervisor confirmed that i am eligible for refund as i cancelled the product before 15th july (After this date they stopped processing any refunds as per his wordings). Then on 19th july their backend team called me confirmed me that they have processed the refund request but i need to surrender hardware as well in order to get the refund so they took all the details like name for issuing the cheque and the address and assured that the technician would come and collect the hardware and then pay the refund of balance amount along with hardware cost.in fact she also told that if i refuse to handover the hardware to technician during his visit then they would generate invoice of around rs.2300 as penalty. And i agreed for that as well. After that i wrote couple of emails to them in order to get the refund status however didn't get any response from them. Then i called up customer care on 7th august again and spoke to supervisor miraaj/aakash, and after checking all the details she again confirmed the i am eligible for refund of balance amount as i had requested for disconnection on 9th july. She assured me that my refund would be initiated soon and team will get back to me within 24 hours. Since then i called up customer care many times and spoke to many senior supervisors. Everyone assured the same thing, however no technician has come yet to collect the hardware and pay the refund amount. Kindly look into this matter urgently and initiate the refund amount asap.
