People did not come for relocation (I have removed since no help).
After fixing it have paid rs.450 for installation + recharged amount of rs.345 (Amount was deducted for relocation charge since nobody came to helped), spoken with customer service for help response was pathetic
Again recharged amount of rs.345 since the account was insufficient
Complained above complain no. Respond was good only in words
No service recovery happen the amount was recharged believing in the service. Am not sure it is loyal, since after second time recharge it says account is blocked

    My videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. I hold 2 connections under this id. Since i am moving out of india, i cancelled my connection on 9th july 2018 and asked for refund of my remaining account balance of rs. 1864. I wrote email to [protected]@d2h.com regarding the same. Also i called up customer care number [protected] around 18th july to confirm the same and senior supervisor confirmed that i am eligible for refund as i cancelled the product before 15th july (After this date they stopped processing any refunds as per his wordings). Then on 19th july their backend team called me confirmed me that they have processed the refund request but i need to surrender hardware as well in order to get the refund so they took all the details like name for issuing the cheque and the address and assured that the technician would come and collect the hardware and then pay the refund of balance amount along with hardware cost.in fact she also told that if i refuse to handover the hardware to technician during his visit then they would generate invoice of around rs.2300 as penalty. And i agreed for that as well. After that i wrote couple of emails to them in order to get the refund status however didn't get any response from them. Then i called up customer care on 7th august again and spoke to supervisor miraaj/aakash, and after checking all the details she again confirmed the i am eligible for refund of balance amount as i had requested for disconnection on 9th july. She assured me that my refund would be initiated soon and team will get back to me within 24 hours. Since then i called up customer care many times and spoke to many senior supervisors. Everyone assured the same thing, however no technician has come yet to collect the hardware and pay the refund amount. Kindly look into this matter urgently and initiate the refund amount asap.

      I am using videcon d2h services[protected] for more than 8 years, recently i have been relocated and paid the charges as per relocation policy. Since today morning (17 aug 2018) i am getting signal not availabe on screen upon calling to customer care they are asking for the charges for engineer visit. This is not my issue, you need to check and troubleshoot this, why i should pay for the engineers visit??? Its your duety to provide uninterupted service to customers, we are paying you every month by recharging services. This is really unprofesstional behaviour.

        For the last one month I am facing signal problem for more than a month with the customer ID. I completely understand there would be a signal problem if there is raining. Due to non-availability of the signal, I have not recharged my account for few days. Last Saturday, I have recharged my account with INR 1000/-. But, though there is no rain in our area for almost 3 weeks there is no signal available till now.

        On inquiring with your customer care, I was informed that I need to service my Set Top Box by paying Rs.250/- to get the signal. What I am really failed to understand here that all home channels with advertisements have no problem in signal, but has a problem with airing my paid channels after receiving the money. It is also very surprise to note that without inspection of Set Top Box your customer care representative had the insight to identify the exact problem through the phone, which is nothing but a malicious plan to extort money from innocent customer.

        After lodging the complaint for refund, Videocon is ready to send a engineer for free of cost to check the set top box, which i clearly denied.
        Videocon is denying the refund. its been more 8 days i have recharged. I need my money back.

          Hi Team,

          I am customer of videocon D2h service for last 3 years, I used to recharge for 6 months or a year always

          When I did my last recharge I called the customer service and ask for the activation of English HD channel and also requested him to give me the total amount including the English entertainment pack and movie pack for 6 months, he/she said the balance amount I need to recharge to the free days of 6 months recharge, as they said I have done

          Later in couple of days also I have seen the settings in my d2h in which I was not able to see the free days included, I called again and enquired the same they said I will effect on last days so I have not worried about that

          But after 6 months my connection was disconnected when I called again and ask for the reason, a customer service agent was behaving very badly she is not ready to answer my question and she wants me accept it was my fault and her language modulation is also very bad, I was with her in the call for 30 min but she keep on saying the same and she was not ready to tell her name also

          Then I shouted to transfe the call to her supervisor, a guy called Prdeep took the call and again I explained the complete story and he said he was not able to find the reason and he will call me back in 6 hours but till the next day 24 hours completed I have mot received any call, my question are this

          1. Why do you give an offer of 14 days free if we make a 6 month recharge offer when it's not taking effect immediately after my recharge?

          2.why are agents in your customer service desk was not ready to answer my question?

          3.why are you not oppointing a தமிழ் speaking agent when you do service in tamil nadu? The agent spoke to me in tamil was very very bad respect and bad pronunciations?

          4.why do you say all the calls are being recoded for future purpose and when I say agent gave the total amonut to recharge why do you confirm that listening to the old conversation of me with your agents?

          5. If you are not good at customer service pls reply to this emails with Bye I am ready to get out of videocon and go for some other d2h service, pls remember you are not the only one service provider in India

              My customer id is[protected]. I have subscribed for the celebration pack kerala valued at rs. 298/- per month.

              Starting from 1 august 2018, i was being unable to view some of my main channels like hbo, wb, pogo, cartoon network, etc.
              Initially i thought it maybe some technical issue but when the problem persisted i contacted videocon d2h customer care for clarification.

              I became aware that it was done deliberately from their end without any intimation to me. They told me that if i want to see those channels again, i'll have to pay for them separately.

              I had subscribed taking all the channels in consideration in the package. So anytime in between, if they're removing any channels from my pack, then either they should compensate me by giving some other similar channels or they should reduce my subscription amount.

              They are doing neither. And if this is allowed to continue then again after a couple of months, they'll remove some more channels and so on. Finally i'll be just left with the pack with no channels. Are they really following unfair trade practices?

                I opted for package by channel in last month from videocon d2h, but after few days when open, it gave an error and asked me to contact customer care. I called customer care, they told me, the channel list is changed, when i asked to change my package, they told me additional addon rs 60/month needs to be added with this package, otherwise current package would not be changed. Even they are changing the amount of a single channel in blocking period. For ex: i activate a channel rs 23 per month and they block this channel for 3 months (Mean i can not change this channel for 3 month), after that they change the amount for that channel rs 48/month. When i called customer care, they told me it is company policy, company can do any changes in any time.

                Lastly i asked them to surrender this connection, devices and return me the amount for devices, they told devices can not be returned as per company rules and you can leave this connection.

                Please help me in fixing my issue.

                  My vediocon d2h customer id is[protected] and registerd no.- [protected]. Sir 26 july 2018 vediocon d2h disconnected my setup box connection without my permition and without intimation. And 26 july 2018 i called customer care exicutive for know the reason my d2h disconnection. They told me our vacant team disconnected your services and they told we are registerd your complaint for activtion d2h chennal and they provide complait no.[protected]
                  And they told we will activate your setup box 27 july 2018 before 1pm. But did not activate my connection then again i called customer care exicutive and asked why you did not activate my connection they told me our vacant team rejected your complain for any activation. Now we are registerd again complain for activation your setup box services and today before 4.10pm we will resolve complaint they provide me complaint no.[protected].. And till now my d2h connection is not active. Again i called customer care and asked why did not resolve then told me our vacant team permanently disconnected your setup box. Sir i am shocked i don't know who provide the authority of vacant team to permanantly disconnect my d2h services. Bcause i did not get any permition for disconnection and time to time i am paying money for my d2h connection subscribtion. So how vacant team or any person can disconnect my d2h services.. Now i had called many times to customer care but customer care exicutive, team leader and supervisor took my call then they did hold my call after that disconnected the call every time. Continuously i am facing this type of issue.. Exicutive name is - sonu (Exicutive) ajay (Supervisor) chetan (Team leader) devender jaiswal (Assistant manager) rohit yadav (Manager) disconnected my call.. Then rakesh kumar called me and told me that pawan bisht told me call to customer. Then again rakesh diaconnected the call without resolves. Till now no body told me why they had disconnected my services and no body ready to telling me that what is the solution of this problem and when will activate services.. No body is doing to work related to solution. Since 2 days i am facing problem how many time i will call because every time every person are disconnecting my call. This is very disgusting services by customer care.. I think my problem is that i am d2h customer and i am paying money time to time thats why i am faceing this type of issue. And this is very disgusting services..
                  So please sir tell me what can i do. Please take strictly action and resolve my issue as soon as possible..

                    Dear sir/madom, i have done online banking recharge for my videocon d2h customer id is 96257811. This recharge has not succeed. But amount of inr :-1290 is cut from my state bank of india account. I have recharged from net banking. My sbi account is showing value date:- 27-july-2018 and narration :- to transfer inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments, and ref. No. :[protected]igaeavyug9 transfer to 4599 state bank of india, and debit :-1290.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my sbi account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.

                          I tried to recharge through the online portal of videocond2h.com
                          (Videocon d2h recharge page. Png :see attachment).
                          After feeding the value of rs 200 as my recharge amount i was directed
                          To the payment selection page (Ccavenues. Png :see attachment)
                          Thereafter i selected net banking as my payment method and selected my
                          Bank as state bank of india.
                          I was directed to the sbi netbanking page and after authorizing the
                          Payment i was shown the payment successful page by state bank of india
                          For a very short period of time (Screenshot of my bank account page
                          Attached: bank account page. Png) and was automatically redirected to the
                          Ccavenue page where it showed the message (Oops! Error code: 10001
                          Invalid request - encrypted request invalid/not present. Don't worry...

                          As per videocond2h they are saying that they have reversed the amount of Rs. 200 in bank account. But I have not got anything in my bank account. They have not provided any reference number or anything. While CCAvenues says that "Your transaction for the order number [protected], CCAvenue Ref. #[protected] for INR 200.00 has been successfully processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to your merchant."
                          I have not received anything.
                          Request you to kindly look into the matter and either refund me the amount or credit it as a recharge amount into my videocond2h account.

                            My customer ID is[protected]. Ihad on[protected] made an online payment using my debit card for RS 339/-. The Bank reference number is POS [protected][protected]. Aitough the amount was debited from my bank account immediately the transaction failed, The transaction was done for recharge of videocon d2h ID[protected]. till[protected] the amount of RS 339/- is not refunded to me by credit to my bank account.

                            This recharge is made through paytm and OK. Where's the failed recharge is quite different. Don't mix up both. What happened to the failed recharge.

                            The bank reference number is already detailed above in the complaint and this is the failed recharge. The recharge which is credited to the customer ID is done through paytm and both happened in a span of 3 minutes. Hence correct scrutiny is to be done to detect the failed transaction

                              Kindly change it as soon as possible

                              And need guideline to connect d2h to mobile... That ll help me to watch my favorite serials at right time

                                Myself Santosh Jaiswal, stay in pratiksha nagar.I had issue in my dth of no channel found in my TV.so I called to Videocon customer care service on 13 July and registered a complaint about the issue they told me that they will send a service person within 2 days .after waiting 2 days nobody had come to resolve my issue than again I called on 15th July they said there is no complaint registered and they again registered a complaint and said tommorow definitely the service person will come.but on 16 July, they say we haven't registered any complaint we again have to register a complain, but I got a message of message of complain number on 15th July ( complaint no[protected] and customer ID[protected]. please take strict action against Videocon service and resolve my issue.

                                  THE ISSUE NOT YET RESOLVED. PENDING SINCE 3RD JULY. AGAIN ONE DEADLINE IS OVER 8 JULY 10:00 AM

                                  KINDLY RESOLVE MY ISSUE URGENTLY.

                                  I got many Complaint Ids (everytime I call Care Helpline [protected], I get a new Complaint and it is informed that you can wait) and Deadlines for Resolution.. But never got a single Call or Email from The Videocon D2H team..

                                  Attaching few of the Complaint Ids Details :-

                                  Mobile Number of the Videocon D2H Engineer visited my house for Installing D2H Device on[protected] :[protected]

                                  I have attached the photograph of the Visiting Card given by him. And various Call Recordings with Videocon D2H Customer Care.

                                  Daily I call the Care and send Email but never got any proper response, no reply calls and no reply email.

                                  I again recharged Rs. 100/- today I.e., on[protected] to view the Channels.

                                  Please refer to my trail mail and telephonic conversation with Videocon D2h Care Representatives ([protected]) on 3rd July, Videocon D2H has wrongly deducted Rs 450/- from my Account. I requested for immediately resolving my issue on 3rd July so that i can use the Services. Despite of me requesting so many times for resolving my issue, there were no proper response. I even spoke with Supervisor Mr Alam regarding my issue and he assured that my issue will be resolved by 4th July 4:00 PM. He informed me that the complaint is registered against the Service Engineer and after confirming from him having received the relocation charges Rs. 450/-, then only the refund will be given to the account. I requested that as i am confirming that i have paid the amount then why unnecessarily i am being made suffer. Finally, the conversation got over without getting any satisfactory answer. I again recharged Rs. 300/- on 3rd July to view the channels as my Account was made Negative Balance.

                                  Then I waited till today 4:00 PM but as i checked the issue is not yet resolved. I telephoned the Customer Care number thrice in the evening and every time the call was disconnected by the Care representative. I have attached the Call recordings with the Videocon D2H Care Representatives and the Supervisor.

                                  I therefore request you to kindly resolve my issue immediately by today itself and provide compensation for the great inconvenience caused to an innocent customer.

                                    On 30th june 2018, i contacted videocon d2h customer care to book a request for the upgradation of my set top box to hd version. They said i will have to do a recharge of rs. 1224 and will have to call back for request registration then they will book the request.
                                    I did the same and recharged with rs. 1224 and called again to customer care to book my request, they transferred my call to supervisor and supervisor told me that at this moment they can not register my request due to technical problem. They assured me to inform once the issue will be resolved.

                                    Next day i again called and i got the same answer from the supervisor. On 3rd july i called again then they answered that i had to call within two days after recharge of rs. 1224 then only they could have register my request and asked to recharge again with rs. 1224 and asked to call back again for the registration.

                                    I told them iam continuously contacted customer care after the recharge date and no body is responding well then they forward my case to some other level and on 4th july i received a call from gaziabad no. Of videocon customer care that they cant process my request as i had to call with in two days after recharge date.

                                    Same things i explained him as given above then he checked and confirm that they have status of my calls from the date of 30th june and assured me to look forward to resolve my issue as they had booked a wrong product on my request that's why they were fooling me from last 5 days. I asked them to refund my amount but they refused to do so.

                                    Today i have received one message from videocon customer care that they can not process my request. Like this way these people and organization works, killing customer time and money and making them fools daily.

                                    Such a disgusting organization i have ever seen.

                                    I am going to file a legal case now on them in consumer court as all evidence are against them.

                                      My vdocon d2h customer number 10166706.

                                      Every alternate day i face signal issue. Sometime it automatically fixed sometime engineer came charged rs.200/- per visit to fix it. I didnt know what is the real cause? But fedup with videocon service and really worst thing for selecting videocon d2h...

                                      No one is resposible fr quality.. Only they need 200 per visit. And convincing to customer abt this... This kind of service videocon provide as of today. As i talked to one of senior team lead ms. Kaur today. She is helpless as per videocon process.
                                      The engineer who visits only they to sell the new product and replace the old one. We even dont know old product is really damaged or not. After replacing the new equpment.. Sometime same earlier problem occurs.. And again the found other issues to sell rest of the part..

                                      Hope any one responsible from videocon customercare services will look into this and take proper action.
                                      Saying to send executive and 200 charge per visit to fix signal issue.. Is oldone. Look into the real issue.

                                        My consumer id is 24894005 have been facing with issues. Not getting signal since 15 days and the customer care is not ready to accept issues at their end. The engineer is not visiting or check whats problem and my complaints closed by him, we so not have anything to prove them wrong
                                        So as my experience company only said we provide service but there is no service
