Am a senior citizen & veteran army officer.

My videocon d2h cust id is 11056840. I have 3 tv sets. Since 14 feb 19 paid channels are not coming on any set. I have spoken to their cust care everyday and 3 times to their supervisor, but no action has been taken by videocon d2h. The standard reply of cust care is that action will be taken in next few hours but nothing happens.

I have also lodged 3 or 4 complaints and next day when the status of my complaint is asked from cust care, they reply that the complaint has been closed. Why, when no action has been taken? They have no answer or say that complaint has been closed automatically.

It is almost impossible to connect to their cust care. If you are lucky you may get connected after 20 tries and wait of minimum10 to 15 minutes.

I have taken all actions suggested by them, like filling required details on web site www.d2h.com, filling details on mobile app "d2h infinity" and filling details on their special channel on tv. Nothing has worked and cust care just says that they will look into it but no action is taken.

Please help as it has been 9 days and videocon d2h has taken no action.

    We had taken airtel d2h connection as we need channel mh one for live vaishnodevi aarti.

    Wrt to account no : [protected], we have selected the package as per our choice in last week. Suddenly after that we had problem are were not able to view mh one and few other channels for which we complained and engineer has visited and resolved the issue. Again after 2 days we are facing same problem and not able to view subscribed channel mh one, we had almost called customer care 7-8 times on 20th feb to resolve the issue but there is no action taken and we are still not getting mh one.
    And we tried to call customer care but there is no response, executive are not receiving the call. Infact there is no response to nay of the mails. They are sending sms stating that channel has been added to package but we are still not able to view it.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I really do not understand how this videocon works. From past 2 weeks my d2h is not migrating to the new pack. I tried multiple time, i think more than 100 times. When i try updating, it say "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact to customer care". Last week the customer care was not reachable, just 3 days back somehow i was able to reach the customer care. That guy registered a complaint (#[protected] about the same and also assured me it will be resolved with in 24 hours but there is no response so far. Yesterday again i called those guys they said try in mobile app, in that also i am finding the same error message. I have asked them if its not working then please return my money so that i can migrate to some other vendor. But they said they cant do that. I am clueless now. #videocond2h

      For now Mera Wala plan is not working at all i think . They are still about to adhere to TRAI rule. I have tried many times but did not work. through website it does not work at all due to technical error..Only solution is Try their suggested "Combo packages" through D2h Infinity app only and submit it. after that tap on the refresh button. It will work immediately !

      Customercare is helpless. They should be instructed to tell customers that Customer defined channels or so called Mera wala plan is being implemented properly by the the technical team. And by that time please try our own suggested combo packages.

        Respected, sir maine apna rechage karwa tha 4 to 5 days ho gye hai but abhi tak meri service chalu nahi hue call center wale response nahi kar rahe hai na koe saport kar rahe hai plz help sir.
        Maine kae baar call center mai call kiya but koe bhi responce nahi aaya na hi koe phone uthata hai
        Call centre wale ya videocon d2h ke taraf se bhi koe reponce nahi aaya so plz help n resolve my problem.

          Dear sir,

          I have been trying to select my own channels as per trai guidelines. After selecting when i am trying to submit, it shows " your pack is not migrated due to some technical error. Please contact [protected]@d2h.com
          If i try to contact customer care number [protected] either the number is always busy or they are not responding properly. They are asking us to keep trying until the submission gets completed.
          If i try to write to [protected]@d2h.com one preloaded message is always being sent without understanding what the query is
          Very poor services. I get irritated and unable to watch any of the channels for the past one week

            Dear sir,

            This mail is regarding to my complaint regarding not activate my package on my other hd set top box - smart card number - *7521 (Model name - d-sw-6666rf) which i closed on tuesday 19th feb. 2019.

            I am using multiroom connection - one is sd and second is hd box. I was trying to contact customer care from last 10 days and told him that not active channels on my other box card no.- *7521 (Model name - d-sw-6666rf) but no response from them.

            I also mail to customer care, but they did not give proper response on mail also. When i am trying to connect to customer care they disconnect my call so many time.

            I had done all the things, but problem is still as it is. Engineer also visited my home and told me that it is not in his hand he can only check hardware problem or signal problem. Signals strength is ok, hardware is also ok. This is the problem of customer care they must activate the package from there end.
            Please revert as soon as possible.

              Hello,
              My d2h customer id is[protected], i have been selected 'mera wala plan' in this the channel which i have selected they are not showing in my account and some different channels are activated which i do not selected and as i spoke to customer care they replied the channels are selected automatically, which is against the trai rules on selecting my channel again the error message show (Copy attached), kindly guide

              Respected nodal officer,
              my name is lokesh pal, customer id[protected], registered mobile no.[protected] / [protected]. previously i am using gold maxi plan but on 1 feb 2019 as per TRAI rules my channel plan changes to some other bouquets pack (many bouquets) are activated on my connection without my permission, i keep on complaining regarding this that i have not activated these channels and the channels that i am selecting are not activated by the d2h, it takes lot of time and the same bouquets pack is activated due to which my account balance got nil, this means i pay for those channels which are not selected by me and on requesting the customer care no good response is received, neither channels selected by me is activated nor the channel automatically and forcefully migrated / activated by you is removed .
              In this regards i already email to customer care but the result is nil .
              It is requested to you to kindly refund my money and activate my channels which are selected and submitted by me only .otherwise the option left with me is consumer court or complaint to TRAI.

                I have forgotten my rtn against d2h id[protected]Ganapati l bhat) b altogether. Therefore change rtn to my present mobile number [protected]. Present plan "south indian gold sports" not covers my requirement of tennies sport viewer for that purpose remove all creket channes. All kannada channels may be inserted deleting tamil and maleyam channels. For this purpose basic pakage may be changed.

                Not responding as per Trai Rule, Worst D2H Provider, Trai rule- total number of FTA channel not included in d2h plan . only selcted 140 -150 FTA channel show in plan.and d2h self provide 100 FTA channel pack.and paid channel extra included.
                My chang the rtn. My fivrat chanal not a start . So pless start the my new rtn number.

                    My videocon d2h id is 752079*. We tried to change basic pack several times, but went in vain. They refused us to select fta channels as per our desire. Out of 100 channels we only get 10 fta tamil channels. Also in a-la-carte mode they had added 10 pay channels (Other language) without my approval.

                    We want to choose our fta channels and edit the selection when we wanted to. But, once selection done, we unable to edit the selection list.in our selection list they choose to add other channels. There is no transparency. Please do the needful.

                    The problem persists. Please see the attached screenshot. Only pay channels can be selected along with very few FTA channels. For FTA channels either i have to choose anyone from "BST Pack" or payable "D2H combo Bouquets" like "silver tamil combo" or 'gold tamil combo". Their public comments are misleading.

                    They are just cheating the customer. All they want customer to cross the 100 channels mark, so that they can get Rs.1 as NCF charges for every additional charges or Rs.20 per 25 channels. Tamil language channels not more than 60 to 70. So, they are forcing us to pay for channels that we are never going to watch.

                      I have been calling videocone d2h with regarding the recharge that i have done on 20/02/2019, the services havn't been resumed even as of now, i have kept the set top box on as they always mention but still the result is the same, when i call them phone doesn't even connect. When the call got connected the customer service executive mentioned that it was a techical error and will get fix in 15 minutes, but nothing happened as such. I can't even imagine these kind of pathetic d2h videocon services provide lately. So whom even is the concerned person i insist you to throw some light on this issue asap.

                        Hello trai,

                        Videocond2h platforms service level has gone from bad to worse. It has absolute disregard for consumers and they seem to have shut down doors to reach them and register issues against their service. Here are few issues that i have listed below and trying to get them to resolve over the last several weeks but to no avail

                        Website doesn't work properly https://www.d2h.com.

                        We cannot choose our own pack as bouquet option does not work. Also many of the bouquets listed in their own site do not appear in the list to be chosen

                        When i call them to make a complaint they refuse to take complaint and insist on doing this through their website which doesn't work

                        Even the complaint section on website doesn't work. Their captcha never appears

                        I had requested them to add one channel to my existing package as i was not able to do this through their app or website. They added but i lost sercises to several other bouquets when they did this

                        I had sent them list of channels few weeks back by email, but they never acted on this or responded

                        Its extremely hard to even get connected to their customer care number. They may cite high call volumes but this shows the traffic over flow is due to poor service and their inability to provide quality service. Theri customer care number is [protected]. Pls try reaching them, you will know the difficulty

                          I am a videocon d2h subscriber and my account id is 57261348. My earlier package expired on 8-2-2019. Hence i selected the required channels as per the new guidelines tried to pay the fees online. But before debiting my account it sent a message that "we will come back to you later". But they did not turn up. Again i recharged with rs 100/- but i could view only some free channels. There was no one to take up our call in the toll free number provided by the service provider. Again the recharge amount was expiring on[protected]. Hence i recharged with rs 250/- but till now i could not view even free channels except doordarshan and republic. On contact with the local service agents of videocon they say that this will continue for some days due to rectifications works. However daily charges will get deducted from the recharge amount.
                          My contention is, when they are not providing the service are they eligible to deduct the fees. Please guide us take suitable action against the service provider immediately. I hope this is a delaying tactics by the videocon d2h as their pockets are hardly hit due to the new guidelines which are beneficial to the consumer.

                            With reference to the above subject my customer id no. Is 74507795. After selecting the channels on line i received the message from you that channels are successfully selected. After selecting i paid amount on 19/02/2019 ₹.239.
                            After calling several times i have been told there is an error in the computer i can't see the channels what i paid for 101 star plus 103 zee tv and many english movies channels hindi movie channels also.
                            Please look into the matter as early as possible thanking you raju maru.

                              And very bad experience of d2h customer care, whenever we make call, and
                              They are saying system is down, call after 30 min.

                              From[protected] your customer care executives promises me that your account will be started tomorrow, but till date not started. Due to this i am very very very very unsatisfied on your services.

                              Kindly resolve my issue, and start the service asap.

                                  I am a user of d2h (videocon d2h) from last 1and half year. My client id is[protected]. Thing is that I am not able to view my selected channels. I call customer care [protected] and they are replying that your service is activated. But when I checked on dth website showing your request has been taken and balance is detecting from our account on daily basis. Even not able to watch the Free Channels which they are charging Rs .130 per month. Even customer care not replying positively.

                                    मेरे द्वारा date 20 /01 /2019 को आपकी videocon D 2 h की website पर जाकर channel select किये थे।मेरे द्वारा select plan की price Rs 220 /-थी, और plan आपको proceed किया था, दिनांक 20 /01 /2019 को मेरे द्वारा select channels जैसे - star bharat, baby tv, sudarsan, aajtak, star utsav आदि channels की price -0 थी जो आपकी website पर बतायी गयी थी, लेकिन date 05 /02 /2019 को जब आपने plan subscribe किया तो उनकी price 10, 12.71, 8. 47, 0 .75, 1. बतायी जा रही हैं और वगैर मुझे inform किये उक्त paid चैनल सब्सक्राइब कर दिए जिनकी price Rs 265 /- के लगभग हैं, कृपया उक्त paid channels को तत्काल unsubscribe करने का कष्ट कीजिये और वग़ैर मेरी इजाजत के ज्यादा वसूली price वापस ( return ) करने का कष्ट कीजिये।

                                    साथ ही आपके द्वारा जो अभी paid channels की जो price बताई जा रही हैं वो GST सहित है, पर proceed करने पर पुनः GST लिया जा रहा हैंइस प्रकार दो बार GST लिया जा रहा हैं इस पर स्थिति स्पष्ट किजीये।

                                      Please look into this... Videocon increasing frustration... Not providing resolution to customer...

                                      25 days ago i choose my own d2h plan, after that i try multiple time but unable to watch hd bouquet zee & color or individual channels till date and d2h activated many bouqet & channel which not choose from my side.

                                      Multiple times complaint on customer care but every times saying unable to help, try after some time or choose your plan through website/ mobile app but till date d2h website & mobile app not working properly.

                                      Also when i checked my plan on website/ mobile app showing plan for rs. 845.509/ monthly without any information... Also charging multiple time gst to customer.

                                      Today morning i again complaint for above concern, cc executive generate complaint #[protected] after forcing to provide solutions. I got sms from d2h your complaint has been closed, i didn't get any call or confirmation from d2h.

                                      D2h is not interested to provide solution to customer & also charging more for worst services...

                                      Please look into the matter & take action against d2h.

                                        Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday.
                                        Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
                                        Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
                                        Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
                                        Their customer care executive also not helping to resolve the problem.
                                        Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest.

                                        I Have balances in my D2H account, but screens says that insufficient balances.

                                        last 24hrs trying to reach customer care number.but getting revert like "All lines to this route is currently busy"

                                        Pls resolve issues.
                                        As i forget my old rtn i wish to change it.I had recharged my d2h services but due to new law i want to change my channel list.Please provide me detail for changing my rtn.
