I am the customer of videocon d2h. I would have informed customer care about the number of channels i wanted. But i have not got the d2 service in exactly the past 15 days. I get only one channel. I do not even get free to air channels. When contacting them, they speak without any responsibility. Therefore, it is requested to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

    I am the custmer of videocond2h my id is 54563067... Since from 4days i am try to select my favrt pack of channels but the official web sites are not working properly. They hang in between. When we contact custemer care they are not giving satisfactory answers. They force us to take direct pack as earlier.. Pls do the needful i think its harrashing the custmer so
    Custemer cannot select their favrt channel and lastly they force to take there earlier method pack. Pls. Take the strict action against videocond2h.. Pls. Reply the same on my email.. Thakre. [protected]@gmail.com

      Sir, my customer id no 94155878. After trai act came into force i recharged my d2h for 300 on 5th feb 2019 after selecting my preferred channel. But to my surprise my all preferred channels stopped from 11th feb. I tried many times to contact customer care but entire customer care gave me only 1 reason "due to technical reason we are unable to see the problem to call after some times. This continued for at least a week now but non of the customer care helped me. Today i have called and am still on call with the customer care for the past 1 hr. Right now talking to senior who said he is trying to find out the reason as he is also seems unaware about the same. I am still on hold. Can anyone help. I have recharged the d2h again yesterday. Don't know how many days channel will work. Also about my previous recharge i want an explanation or refund. Dear employees from trai please help.

        I had recharged my d2h videocon online new south platinum package with rs. 1650. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the package recharge chosen for 3 months not done.

        I have done this online recharge using d2h videocon recharge plans on 9th feb 2019, the amount is neither recharged to my d2h nor refunded to my bank account, sbi.

          I have subscribed according to the new regulations for pay channels in the month of jan 2019. From 1st feb my subscription money is being deducted as per my channel selection but few of the pay channels which i have subscribed are blocked but money is being charged. Repeated calls are left un-answered. D2h everytime is saying system down so they can't help. Please look into it.

          I'm still to receive the missing channels from my subscription list. The Customer care no. is not reachable. Even if you manage to get through sometime they say their server is down. Though I'm not able to view the channels still d2h is deducting my pre charge money from my account. Also d2h is adding their own active channels as per their wish and charging money. When you manage to get through to their customer care no. they shamelessly say that as their server is down they can't do anything about it. My Customer ID is 81340370. Its a clear case of cheating & fraud. Plz take action into it immediately. As a consumer forum you need to act fast & help the consumers.

          Still the Customer care nos. of d2h are not reachable most of the time. And by chance even if you get through the executive shamelessly says that their system is down so they can't help. On the other hand d2h are adding unnecessary channels (their own active channels) which I never chosen in ny package and charging heavy amount for those deducting my account balance. Is anyone from trai or any other regulatory authority looking to these consumer complaints?

            As per trai - d2h videocon is deductiong channel basic fare (Including doordarshan-news) of rs.153 per month but not providing free channels
            .
            So much audio calls, email, sms, customer complain, enginner had visited at home but problem not resolved

            I think this is cheating with customer that money deducting & not showing free channels. Ala carte channel is showing but basic channel free channel is not showing since last 10 days.

            I want to close my d2h account connection immediately refund me all balance amount with wrongly deducted.

              Though i did a recharge of rs.500 before due date and tried for subscribing for channels as per trai guidelin, still its been more than 10 days since my d2h connection is not working. I made close to 100 calls to customercare, but there line is busy for ever. On there customer complaint form captcha image is corrupted deliberately. It seems they are not willing to take any complaint. All of my known videocon d2h subscriber are facing same issue. Now i am not able to login to my online account with d2h as well.

              I am totally pissed off with their callous attitude. These type of service provider should be immediately thrown out of market space.

                Dear trai,

                I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 month, i am facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h.

                I have complained to their email [protected]@d2h.com. As per trai guildlines i selected my channels but i can't see channel which i subscribed. His customer care number is also not working. Please solve this issue.

                  Sir my account no is[protected]. Santosh kumar sahoo. Rmn [protected]. I have recharged 500 on 15 feb 19. Total balance become 539.71. I had made mera wala channel plan of package 287 rupees. How daily balance is deducted more. Balance expire date showing 22 mar 19. How this is calculated. Customer care everytime telling system down. If their system is down every day why the customers will suffer. Sir so many times i contacted customer care they are telling system down. We can not help they are not booking the complain.

                    Sir/Madam, my d2h id is[protected]. I select channels for rupees 388/- on 11/02/2019 and recharged on the same day with 388. But i received the message with the due date which is on 27/02/19. That means we being cheated by them . Monthly recharge last only for 16 days. You people made this rule to cheat us. When we connect with their customer care they told us to do what you can. This is new indias face cheat public in every adpect of life. I know you people never read this or controll these dth companies.

                      I have tried calling many time at [protected] /[protected] videocon d2h communication numbers, but they are keeping it on hold for many time and automatically it plays a recorded voice, thanks for calling videocon d2h and it gets disconnected.

                      Kindly take some action seriously against such irresponsible service provider and help me to solve my problems.

                        Respected sir,

                        Im a consumer of videocon d2h dish tv from june 2018. My consumer id :84654291. Last jan 23rd 2019, i renewed my plan paying rs 299.

                        Till 13th feb2019 morning there was no problem in viewing all channels. But in the evening suddenly all news channels which are free ie asianet news, manorama news, mathrubhumi news, janam etc were blocked. When we tried to contact there customer service, it was of no use.

                        After paying the subscription money also we are not able to veiw the channels. Please kindly help us in sorting out the problem

                          My client id is 77895095, since 11/02/2019 not a single channel is coming on our tv. They already have a credit balance of rs 9000/- with them. The customer care are only answering that system is down and not replying to any questions as to when the channels will start. The nodal officer number is not working. They are not replying to email sent or on twitter. This is real harassment as we are not able to see any news. We have been deliberately cut off from all entertainments and news without our fault. We complained to trai they said they will revert in 7 days. Is there no justice available to us. Please guide and help as to how we tackle this problem

                            Very very pathetic & poor executions of services from videocon d2h. I've selected channel's as per my wish. What have they done? They have blocked all channels including free to air channels. I've been facing this issues from last 7 days. Customer centre doesn't have any detail. We gets standard reply from them every time. Sir, technical issues going on try after sometimes.

                            A single shopping channel is available on 7 to 8 times on different numbers. It's very irritating. I've not selected these shopping channels. I'm requesting trai to look into the matter. Your rules & regulations must be more stronger than ever. As a consumer we cannot tolerate such things. I'm paying money for the services not for harassment. My customer id:[protected]

                            Restore my service's as per my plan selected by me. I want compensation for the harassment. Now you have completely blocked all channels including fta channels. I want compensation

                              (1) as per trai latest regulations, for selected channels, the charged price by d2h are 50% higher than that of my previous package price with the same channels. No response yet by d2h of my complaints. Immediately needs to review the package price & reduce.
                              (2) the website www.d2h.com is not responding for last 4 days. My registered email. Id & password are not taken up by website. My registered mobile no. Has also not been taken up by this website. I am getting unable to login into my d2h account either through my registered email id or my registered mobile number. Whenever i login through my registered mobile no. With the generated otp, it shows my registered email id is invalid. Similarly, on login with my registered email id, it shows my registered moblile no. Is invalid. As such, i am not been able to login to my account.
                              If i try to reset my password via "forgot my password option", it asks for customer id & notifies that my reset new password has been sent to my registered mobile no. But no sms with such password is received. This is a serious problem & needs to resolve immediately. (3) for all above problems, i contacted many times to customer care via mobile calls & emails, but no response till time.

                                I've wrongly recharged customer id [protected] instead of[protected] of videocon dish tv as per telephonic with videocon d2h customer executive they don't have 10 digit customer id but i've selected specifically videocon d2h while recharging as it is very much possible to reverse the recharge videcon customer executive are not cooperating at all i've sent them mail also stating all the transaction details like amount, date & time of recharge as they asked me earlier. Still nothing conclusive step taken from them.

                                  Dear sir, मैंने 6-2-19 को अपना पैक videocon d2h website से बनाया था मगर आज तक मेरे पैक में शामिल 3 चैनल ten 3 hd, dsport, and star gold select hd मेरे tv पर नही आ रहे है । बार बार coustmer care पर call करने में बाद भी कोई हल नही निकला है। मेरे पैक का monthly charge 485 rs है मगर 14-2-19 को 500 का rechage करने के बाद भी next due date 9-3-19 दिखा रहा है।

                                    As per new guidelines I made a list of channels and submit it. At that time I was able to delete unwanted channels from 100 FTA channels. So i made a list of 100 channels which includes 26 DD channels, some FTA channels and sony marathi and maha value bouquet packs. My total amount including GST was 225Rs. I call them then they told me amount of 241Rs. I insist them that i received message of Rs225, then they told me that u just recharge with 241, after some days when as per Trias guidelines will come in force we will convert it. So i recharged with 241 rs. I recharged on 7 th Feb. but they gave me next recharge date as 28 th feb which is far before 30 days from 7th feb. That means they cheated us. Now they say that all 100 FTA channel are mandatory and for extra channels we will have to pay extra thats why this next recharge date is. About 85 % FTA channels are unwanted to me and for them I have paid 154 Rs. which made my pack very expensive. I really don't know why Tria has made this effort. All these things shows that Tria has made the decision in favour of these D2h companies. When we try to call at customer care there nos are always busy hours and hours we have to try and if luckily i was able to connect instead if giving me details they literally disconnect the call. This happened many times. This shows that there intension is not pure and they want to loot the moneys of poor peoples. Please look in to the matter seriously. Waiting for your response.

                                      As per TRAI mandate D2H should provide us freedom to choice from 100 FTA channels however they have locked allFTA channels.
                                      Look in 'Mera wala plan' Basic Service Tier' option they have locked all other FTA channels alongwith all DD channels.

                                      We should have freedom to choose any FTA or paid channels in remaining 75 channels. D2h locked all 100 channels.

                                      D2H have not provided many companies broadcaster HD bouquets like Zee, Disney, Times, Turner etc. though they are mandatory for you to provide it to end customer.

                                      For Example, In Discovery 'HD BOUQUET 2 INFOTAINMENT + SPORTS HIGH DEFINITION PACK' you are charging Rs. 9 for 5 channels but this original discovery bouquet is of 8 channels'. you are not providing us 3 channels still charging same amount.

                                        For the last 20 days i have been trying to change channels as per the trai regulations. I submitted the request online. It was not activated.3 days later i contacted them on the customer are number. It was horrible experience to reach them... They did not pick up. After nearly 50 calls i was able to reach them and requested them to activate particular broadcaster plans. But to my surprise they activated different packs. Now i have been trying to reset my password for online website from last 10 days but to no avail. The password they send does not work. I have been able to login with otp 3 times but to my surprise they are showing very less hd broadcaster packs. Today they are showing just 20 hd broadcaster packs even though only sony/star has 20 individual broadcaster packs. And even if you select some of them u are unable to proceed to finish because their website does not respond. I m thinking to change to airtel/tata sky if the problem does nor resolve. Such a horrible service. My videocon id is 88651666
