I got d2h hd cnnection two months back. They have given me initially a customer id. The first month fee for tamil channels i paid was rs. 166. The second month i paid rs. 166 for the same id. The connection got cut. When i asked the customer care after a long wait they told me my customer id is a different one and i have to send a mail to customer care quoting both ids and screen shots from my mobile for the amount paid and through which bank and transaction code. I sent it and i got the connection. This month i have again mistakenly sent rs 166 for the old custmer id. When contacted the customer care after a marathon try they again told me to send a mail with the same details i sent last time. I have not got the connection even after 7 days, when ever i contact the customer care they tell me the old customer id only. I waited for 7 days and then paid another rs. 166 for the new customer id. Now i am not getting any paid tamil channels. Even though they show that my balance is rs. 18, when i request only one paid channel within that money, they are not connecting it. I have sent several mails in this regard to videcon customer care and their reply is very evasive. The customer care person says you have to login to their website and pay for required channels. After logging in and selecting the required channels i am not able to pay less than rs. 100. I am not able to get the address of the customer care centre in chennai so th that i can personally contact them and get a solution.
