I have been trying to call the customer service since two days but each time the lines appear busy. I wanted to subscribe all the bengali, hindi and assamese channels as well as cartoon channels in the account with id[protected]. Also i want to unsubscribe all other regional language channels except bengali, assamese and hindi. I would request you to look after my complaint as soon as possible and take the required steps.

    I had chosen my d2h package on 28 february night and recharge before choosen the package but today is 3 march still the pack has not activated and unnecessarily the amount has been deducting day by day so please take an action as soon as possible so we can enjoy trai new plan and services and our recharge amount also not wasted unnecessarily. Thank you

        D2h connection related issue. My new pack was activated on 5th feb with pack amount 429.52. I recharged on same day with 450. This meant a recharge of 31 days according to pack amount. But till today my next due date is showing as 4th march which is 28 days only.
        I complained almost daily since 6th feb telephonically as well as mails and till now the date is incorrect and has not been corrected according to last recharge date and amount keeping in mind that my pack was of 429.52 since 5th feb. I am extremely frustrated and am feeling very harrassed and cheated by these d2h customer care people who refuse to understand a simple issue. Please address my grievance and help me get this resolved as my connection wld get disrupted on 4th inspite of my having recharged till 7th.

        Pls ensure that inspite of full payment my connection does not get disrupted on 4th due to d2h's own system issues and later incorrect calculations of the complaint resolution team also

        TRAI has given last date to select channels for 31st March2019, But Videokhan DTH has stopped my services on 27/02/2018 only because of not choosing channels.

        Not able to log in .Always incorrect credentials even after password reset. Twin recording box -NO SUBSCRIPTION. PLEASE restore(ERROR E102-29).STAR HINDI TAMIL PREMIUM HD( Rs 130) also Times bennet HD ( Rs 20) please add options currently missing.

            Above channel are free but tv screen msg show, this free channels not part of your videocon d2h subscription.

              Kindly note that self have given an online request of new channels as per trai regulations for my normal and hd set top box.

              I had submitted the request a month back and still the channels are not activated on my customer id. I had contacted the customer care and they said they are facing problems in multiple connections and requested to send an email to online customer care as they will resolve my query.

              Request you to resolve my query at the earliest to avoid any disciplinary action against videocon d2h.

                As i'm d2h user of videocon d2h service having consumer no.[protected] as for last two days all the channels of my d2h has been put off when i contacted the customer care they ask me to select the channel through their respective website but in vein i am unable to login on their website so i ask them regarding my this problem but they tell me they can't take my request for my channel selection on their customer care helpline. And their is one more issue the charges for the pack for which i previously paid rupees 300 per month by this new tariff it charge me near about 376 per month as it increase burden on my pocket for same channel which i use to watch on my previous gold package

                  D2h failed in providing proper solution to me from the time i opted for trai based package. No response from customer care /failed d2h infinity site / website forced me in moving away from d2h work culture to another dth provider who bothers customer service. So i have a request to scrap one of the connection from my multi tv connection and raised a request (Compliant number :[protected] which was supposed to close on 24th feb (Sunday 2019- february 24th 06:32 pm) but no solution yet

                  I tried call care more than 30 times. Website 100 times and d2h infinity app to get a solution but failed miserably

                    I selected 50 channels as top up 2 days back from d2h websites. They are deducting the amount but for last 48 hours they are not showing those channels.
                    I called customer care at least 5 times but they are not resolving the issue. Every time they are saying the "command is sent" and service will resume in 10 mins. But nothing happened.

                    It is almost 3 days and none of customer care guys were able to resolve it. Even the engineer did not visit and informed that it is not his job to solve package related issues. Now it is getting so annoying. It is now these compliant and re-complains are going in a loop. They are deducting the money but not solving the problem.

                    Can any one let me know how to send a legal notice to them?

                      the customer care services n d2h services of VIDEOCON are irritating n fraudulent once plan changed they change it according to their will n refuse to give any positive customer satisfactory response
                      they have irritated n confused me to such extent that I even hate to switch on my TV set please look into the matter.

                          I have selected only 14 channels of my choice and their cost is rs. 38.55 and on addition of ncf of r. 130, total amount is {rs. 168.55 + gst (Rs. 30.35)} = rs. 198.90. But they are changing the amount during payment and charging us as follows:-

                          During payment during channel selection

                          Total channel count = 14 total channel count = 14
                          Price = rs 93.55 price = rs 38.55
                          Applicable ncf = rs. 130 applicable ncf = rs. 130
                          Gst 18% = rs. 40.24 gst 18% = rs. 30.55
                          Grand total = rs. 263.79 grand total = rs. 168.55

                            On 2.3.2019 i paid rs.154 for free chanals for a month. But they add paid chanals and adjust my amount for 20 days. My i'd customer number is[protected]. So please take action to remove paid chanals and adjust my amount for 30 days. For that complaint i called to customer care d2h service for 93 times but there is no use. This is the example for their cheating mentality. For that i request punish them with penalty

                              We are trying videocond2h customer care continuously for 4 days. But no response at all. No one is picking up the call or the line is busy all time. We even submitted our new channel pack and recharged money. Still we are not able to watch the channels we want. Very irritated and felling depresssed because of their irresponsible behaviour. Please take serious action against videocond2h. Playing with customers emotions. Really very frustrated. Please help us.

                                I got d2h hd cnnection two months back. They have given me initially a customer id. The first month fee for tamil channels i paid was rs. 166. The second month i paid rs. 166 for the same id. The connection got cut. When i asked the customer care after a long wait they told me my customer id is a different one and i have to send a mail to customer care quoting both ids and screen shots from my mobile for the amount paid and through which bank and transaction code. I sent it and i got the connection. This month i have again mistakenly sent rs 166 for the old custmer id. When contacted the customer care after a marathon try they again told me to send a mail with the same details i sent last time. I have not got the connection even after 7 days, when ever i contact the customer care they tell me the old customer id only. I waited for 7 days and then paid another rs. 166 for the new customer id. Now i am not getting any paid tamil channels. Even though they show that my balance is rs. 18, when i request only one paid channel within that money, they are not connecting it. I have sent several mails in this regard to videcon customer care and their reply is very evasive. The customer care person says you have to login to their website and pay for required channels. After logging in and selecting the required channels i am not able to pay less than rs. 100. I am not able to get the address of the customer care centre in chennai so th that i can personally contact them and get a solution.

                                  They are not providing live sports on DD sports.When the live match began they stop Telecast with some massage. After TRAI's new rule and regulations is they able to stop DD mandatory channels during certain time? Kindly specify is they legally do so? Kindly take proper action against it. Where as Jio tv is also telecasting live sports.

                                    On 23 feb 2019 i submitted online request to change my pack. Since then i have submitting the same request through website and d2h infinity app for more than 30 times.
                                    I called customer care for more than 30 times. Every time they say there is a technical issue and again submit the request
                                    I again repeat the same process and still pack is not getting activated.

                                    I am unable to watch all channels i wanted to watch.
                                    I also mailed to the company regarding the issue and there is no response.
                                    Today is the 8th day and problem continues.

                                    I fed up with calling customer care again and again and explaining them the same issue every time

                                    Kindly help to resolve the issue.

                                      As per trai instructions all d2h providers must provide choice of watching channels to subscribers. I created my own pack of channels on videocon d2h website several times but its noy getting activated. Due to this my account balance getting over before month. I tried to contact via mail and toll free no. But they are delibrately avoiding and making excuses. Please take action on this.

                                        As per TRAI guidelines customer can create their own plan . I tried to login to d2h and create my plan which was not submitted due to their technical problem. I was following up with the customer care since last 1 month (from Frb-07) but no action was taken. Also they changed the plan to their wish which costed me around Rs 900 which is double the plan I want. Their customer service is horrible and they don't care about customer . They never called me back even after mailing them mutiple times and also their customer care number is always unreachable. I have sent them disconnection request and hope to get my refund without much hassle

                                        I prepared and submitted on line mera wala pack more than fiteen days back but the same has not been migrated so far and I have to recharge for Small amount to avoid deactivation.
                                        I have come across Basic Service Tier(FTA).There is no mention Mirror pack for second TV set.
