free d2h channel not showing

I have complaint to videocon but no response and not showing free channel.

Some channel showing but some free channel not showing... Example
1) abp majha
2) tv9 marathi
3) jai maharashtra
Etc.
Above channel are free but tv screen msg show, this free channels not part of your videocon d2h subscription....

package activation failure

not providing the subscribed channels but deducting the amount

I selected 50 channels as top up 2 days back from d2h websites. They are deducting the amount but for last 48 hours they are not showing those channels.
I called customer care at least 5 times but they are not resolving the issue. Every time they are saying the "command is sent" and service will resume in 10 mins. But nothing happened.

the customer care services n d2h services of VIDEOCON are irritating n fraudulent once plan changed they change it according to their will n refuse to give any positive customer satisfactory response
they have irritated n confused me to such extent that I even hate to switch on my TV set please look into the matter....

extra charges and deviation from new tariff guidelines on tv channels charges

I have selected only 14 channels of my choice and their cost is rs. 38.55 and on addition of ncf of r. 130, total amount is {rs. 168.55 + gst (Rs. 30.35)} = rs. 198.90. But they are changing the amount during payment and charging us as follows:-

Total channel count = 14 total channel count = 14
Price = rs 93.55 price = rs 38.55
Applicable ncf = rs. 130 applicable...

On 2.3.2019 i paid rs.154 for free chanals for a month. But they add paid chanals and adjust my amount for 20 days. My i'd customer number is[protected]. So please take action to remove paid chanals and adjust my amount for 30 days. For that complaint i called to customer care d2h service for 93 times but there is no use. This is the example for their cheating mentality. For that i request punish them with penalty...

unethical behaviour

We are trying videocond2h customer care continuously for 4 days. But no response at all. No one is picking up the call or the line is busy all time. We even submitted our new channel pack and recharged money. Still we are not able to watch the channels we want. Very irritated and felling depresssed because of their irresponsible behaviour. Please take serious action against videocond2h. Playing with customers emotions. Really very frustrated....

I got d2h hd cnnection two months back. They have given me initially a customer id. The first month fee for tamil channels i paid was rs. 166. The second month i paid rs. 166 for the same id. dd sports not working

They are not providing live sports on DD sports.When the live match began they stop Telecast with some massage. After TRAI's new rule and regulations is they able to stop DD mandatory channels during certain time? Kindly specify is they legally do so? Kindly take proper action against it. Where as Jio tv is also telecasting live sports....

not activating my pack

trai pack is not getting activated

As per trai instructions all d2h providers must provide choice of watching channels to subscribers. I created my own pack of channels on videocon d2h website several times but its noy getting activated. Due to this my account balance getting over before month. I tried to contact via mail and toll free no. But they are delibrately avoiding and making excuses. Please take action on this.

I could not change the subscription plan
