Dear sir.
I mr biplab das.. Customer id..[protected] of videocon d2h. Has recharged my pack of rs 400 on 4*2*19... As par trai.. Guidelines i have called customer care number and informed them about my new package and choice which costing rs.350 as par them at times if change... Unfortunately i have been overcharged keeping the old package as well as new package.. Which means i have been double charged for same channel... Innumerable emails and phone calls had no response and results.. And my connection got disconnected on 16*2*19.. Which means only a validity of 12 days from rs 400???..
Now my account showing platinum + [protected] 3568...
Now they are not doing anything and only misleading me
Please do help..

    I am Videocon d2h consumer. My customer id 58124884. I have logged into website of viedeocon d2h and tried selecting channels of my choice. I could not found any option to select combo pack of channels as shown in the advertisements, moreover I individually selected channels of my choice but when I submitted and proceeded with it, some technical error occurred. After that my lots of channels are not showing which I have selected. I have tried contacting its customer care but I couldn't. I tried again logging into its website but I couldn't. I am feeling helpless, that's why I am writing to you people. kindly help

      My channels have been suspended w.e.f 14/2/2019 .I have Recharged Thrice with Rs.180/ on 15/2/2019 at 1509 hrs and with Rs 120/- on 15/2/2019 at 1519hrs and with Rs.300/-on 16/2/2019 at 0757hrs via PAYTM My Cutomer ID is[protected]. But so far my channels restored. I want my money back with suitable penalty. I dont want to continue in D2h.

        Sar सर मेरे टीवी पर d2h कंपनी के द्वारा फालतू के ढेर सारे चैनल डाल दिए गए हैं और मुझे सोनी चैनल को देखने को नहीं मिल रहा है और यही हाल स्टार tv के साथ भी हो रहा है और मैं जब इनकी साइट पर मेरे चैनल पैक बनाने जा रहा हु तब वह साइड ही नहीं चल रही है पिछले 1 हफ्ते से जब भी मैं फोन लगा रहा हूं तो कंपनी का कस्टमर केयर नंबर लग ही नहीं रहा है मेरा मोबाइल न [protected] है

          Since 2 days I had selected the chanals for my D2h connection but alll my D2h services has been stopped and I am continuous call customer care service but their call center are not responding even their lines are continously busy, if call get connected I am being kept hold half an hour before connecting the call to customer care executive call get disconnected from thier end, Request you to look into the matter.

            I have recharged my videocon d2h on 14/02/2019 and not able to see my selected channel and free to air channel. I have login on their videocon d2h website and created my own pack and from there also they have not replyed till now. I have also created my list on trai website but still i could not able to see my channel . I want my money back or please resolve my problem

              My Videocon d2h Customer Id is 74880510.
              Respected TRAI,
              this is a prolonged issue, they are not activating the channels that I subscribed through their Tariff App, earlier I have selected the pacs of my own choice, now they blocked me and restricting me to select only 5 packs of my choice and forcing me to watch all those unnecessary channels that I have never subscribed and charging me Rs.457. Also their website is not working, customer care numbers do not respond.
              Website says error every time from last one month.
              Again I have complained to their email [protected]@d2h.com, but to which they are not replying. But send me an SMS on my Mobile said "You have been migrated to ur new plan as per the TRAI guidelines at Rs457/mnth. Your revised switchoff dt is 22-Feb-19. To modify login to bit.ly/2DDJ9yc"

              As this is very disturbing & unethical and against fair business practice model, I request the honorary Regulatory to intervene & provide resolution.

                I am facing problem from Videocon D2H as I did recharged of 500/ rupees and after 15 days balance is zero while my monthly rental is 475.
                I am sending reminder to customer care as well as call to customer care but no response yet.

                Pl support to resolve my problem as Videocon D2H service is not good, no response to customer, .

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I am Ashish Mehra, my d2h id[protected] so many time I called in videocon d2h company regarding my pack but they did not respond. They always said to go log in and create your pack but sir/madam so many time I am created my pack but still, my pack is not activated. Please sir/madam do something, they harassed me and at present, they did not respond by any call.

                  Please, sir/madam I am requested to solve it as soon as possible...

                    I am using ad2h connection with id 529070, the account shows a balance and was due to be recharced on 17/07/2019. But all of a sudden services have been stopped without assigning any reason. D2h jodhpur office has also ris showing helplessness to resolve my problem.
                    I have been trying to call to d2h customer care througr my rtn but there is no executive avialable on the following nos.

                    I am not able to get a solution. This is to inform you that i have submitted the best suited pack as suggested by the sevice provider through my rtn asper your new guide lines.
                    Plz help me resolve my problem

                      My id is[protected] i upgraded my account by visiting their site but stil i’m not able to see those channels. I request u to take action against videocon d2h. Their customer care representative know nothing about the issue. They are simply cheating customers. Plz do take strict action against videocon. I have tried calling from my end, one representative connect me to another he or she connect me to another and then that representative says it is not his field or call after some time the server is down. It is so difficult to connect a call with them.90%time their lines is not available. Plz ban this videocon d2h company.

                        The rental for the channel is paid in advance to the ompany ideocon d2h.

                          This is one of the poorly designed websites that i've come across. This is laggy despite connected to a fast network.

                          I'm trying to activate an add-on for the past 24 hours and i couldn't add it.

                          Here is the add-on that i would like to add: value telugu and mega tamil pack and i want to remove sun basic tamil. Every time i remove and add something it takes me to a screen and i hit submit. When i hit submit, it throws a message www.d2h.com says — click ok. This pop-up has blank content. Clicking on ok takes you to a different page and says thank you.

                          I'm not sure if the add-on was added. When i go and check the same in my account, it was still the same as it was before.

                          It redirects to somewhere else and when contacted customer support, they are hopeless and unhelpful.

                          What should i do to get this sorted out?

                            I have balance of more than 200 rs on my customer id 48893548. Channels are selected as per new trai rules. Selection of channels done so many time but unable to see channels. Suffering from blackout last 15days. Please start channel. Could not connect to customer care executive. They never call back. Channel must start immediately. Can not change service provider because again suppose to buy new dish and set top box

                                After selecting channels as per trai on 31..01.19, the service provided d2h migrated my account to the highest channel package without informing me therefore my recharge balances were consumed in a few days. The customer care number advertised by d2h is not working, complaints made through emails are vaguely replied and not resolved. The website of d2h has access problems and in spite of selecting the channels multiple times, the selection is some time altered or completely taken off. Often it was informed that the system and servers are down or there are problems in backhand which is being looked into. Email complaint to the nodal officer is getting bounced and not responded at all. The complaints made to d2h are not recorded and no complaint numbers are given.in a nutshell, the consumers are struggling and the service provider is operating without complying any trai rules. Hope some immediate action from trai to resolve the situation.

                                  Before 31/1/2019, New South Diamond WAS MY d2h Pack with Videcon d2h.
                                  My customer ID:64002380 with Videocon d2h. Subsequent to 31/1/2019, videocon d2h created their own "Mera wala plan" with monthly recharge of Rs.474.36. On 18/2/2019 at 10:00 hrs I created my own pack and uploaded. I received "thank you "message after upload. Till now ( that is 12:30 hrs on 19/2/2019 the migration is nit effected. Since 18/02/2019, I called up several times to customer service but unable to contact once on18/2/2019. At that time they informed that it will be activated after one hour. Again I called up several time on 19/2/2019. I was told the same answer. I called up telenga nodal officer on[protected] as given on Videocon website. Hence This complaint.

                                  Dont know what to do. Pathetic service.
                                  Open D2h infinity app. press refresh icon on the top right corner. Account gets updated immediately.

                                  Anyone having problem with package migration especially Mera wala plan...then first select any of the d2h recommended combos. Then press refresh button. If it gets updated then wait for some time till it allows you to re-select your new plan.

                                  Open Infinity app again and select your Mera wala plan and submit. Refresh your account now. It must work.

                                  Dont expect customercare to explain all these hit and trial methods because it may be some kind of technical issues in their system and they will rectify it later on.

                                  If it works for anyone kindly share it with others.

                                    Hi, i am videocon d2h subscriber, for last 3 weeks i am trying to create "mere wala plan" for my dth connection, but there are so many error while selecting individual channels from d2h website. I am not able to migrate my plan, the only option i have to select is already given d2h combo, that is not suitable for me, because it cost me higher and don't have all channels i want to subscriber.

                                    Sir from last five days i am trying to contact team leader or escalation person of videocon d2h but customer care lady always stuck only one sentence "sorry you try after some time" and now 5 days whenever i contact same answer and their system are updating. Seems customer care representative are working from home and why they unable to answer immediately disconnect.

                                    Original issue is.. I unable to recharge account id[protected] and getting error.. Your plan is not migrated..

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I urgently need your help for action against the videocon D2h. Since Feb 2nd I am repeatedly trying to set my Try package. But videocon d2h always gave me error. For 1st 10 days the website was down, and customer care lines were not connecting. Then the customer care guys stopped helping and they are very harsh and careless. I called 5 times a day, out of which once it connects and obviously the Representative would not able to help and they will transfer the call to supervisor and after some time I will hear supervsior is too busy or the call will be disconnected.

                                      Telll me one thing, If I am trying from website or application to set my channel it is telling "Your Package is not migrated. Contact Customer support" and If I will contact customer support, they will tell we can't help. Even they sent me an engineer for which I bared the cost he also told no issues at your end and to contact customer support. And the worst things that most of the time the CR will tel we have technical issues it will solve after some time. But it never.

                                      For written compliant also I have mailed their customercare, and nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com,
                                      CircleCoordinator.[protected]@d2hdesk.com. But, its been 15 days without the auto responce I have not recived any email.

                                      Everyday, I try 10 times to set the preferred channel. But, always failed.

                                      I am a techie and I avail many services this is the worst experience I had till now and they are giving mental trauma. Please help me to take some against them.
