As per trai instructions all d2h providers must provide choice of watching channels to subscribers. I created my own pack of channels on videocon d2h website several times but its noy getting activated. Due to this my account balance getting over before month. I tried to contact via mail and toll free no. But they are delibrately avoiding and making excuses. Please take action on this.

    As per TRAI guidelines customer can create their own plan . I tried to login to d2h and create my plan which was not submitted due to their technical problem. I was following up with the customer care since last 1 month (from Frb-07) but no action was taken. Also they changed the plan to their wish which costed me around Rs 900 which is double the plan I want. Their customer service is horrible and they don't care about customer . They never called me back even after mailing them mutiple times and also their customer care number is always unreachable. I have sent them disconnection request and hope to get my refund without much hassle

    I prepared and submitted on line mera wala pack more than fiteen days back but the same has not been migrated so far and I have to recharge for Small amount to avoid deactivation.
    I have come across Basic Service Tier(FTA).There is no mention Mirror pack for second TV set.

      Hello! My name is AMAL BAGHI and my videocon d2h customer id. is[protected]. I am an active user of d2h service since past 6 years. I have recharged my package with a huge amount and according to new guidelines i have selected my plan package but none of my selected channels are made available. Since i have balance in my account i see no reason to cut down on my selected plan. I tried calling customer care several times and even tried contacting my nearby service center but none of the calls are being answered.
      If I pay for the services I Atleast expect good service and a reasonable answer to my query.
      Also we are unable to watch our selected package and my account balance is being wasted. I would like videocon d2h to refund my money or extend my account balance since my specified services are not being provided to me.
      Kindly help me with this issue.

        My Videocon Customer ID is 37816215 and registered mobile no is [protected].Have been following Videocon D2H to migrate my account and activate plan of Hindi Gold 250 Rs since last 3 weeks, Tried all the means by Phone, Mail, SMS, and STB settings options but still no one helped. Although over website my package was successfully selected and informed my complaint to customer care over phone. Have written no of mails to customer care marking a copy to TRAl also over [protected]@trai.gov.in but there reverts are not related to my queries instead a generic reply on how to select bouquet.Also my balance is getting deducted even though the FTA channels are also not activated. And from 250 recharge the balance has come down to 100 odd Rs. Request you to pl intervene and help resolve the matter asap.

          My account number with videocon d2h is[protected] i selected 11 channels as guided by trai but in videocon site and paid rs 231 including gst on 11 feb 2019. On 20 feb 19 they displayed in tv that my account has to be recharged. I was surprised and phoned them that i paid for 30 days as stipulated by trai - channels should be telecast up to 10 march 19. They took the complaint and next day resumed the telecast. But again on 28 feb 19, tv displayed that my account has to be recharged. I complained to videocon who said my account was merged to new combo pack, so money was drained on many other channels not selected by me but included as per their combo pack. It is clear violation of the agreement on accepting my payment. I request trai to punish videocon, fine them and award compensation of my loss of viewing and mental agony about rs 1000-

            We are totally frustrated from your service & follow-up on call-center since 25-feb-2019.

            We have faced following issues with videocon as below,

            1] date:- 25-feb-2019
            On web site we had registered channels (Regional-marathi) as per trai guideline info. On web site & received sms on 25-feb.-2019 at 7:39 pm.

            2] date:- 26-feb-2019
            Channels found inactive. We call customer care on 26-feb.-2019 & received feedback that no service activation request received from us. We had requested again on required channels. We received sms on 26-feb.-2019 at 11:00 am

            3] date:- 26-feb-2019 to today i. E 01-mar-2019
            Requested channels are still inactive.
            In between we have made several call to your customer care no i. E[protected].
            It was very bad experience with your customer care no where we got feedback like,
            A) system problem call after some time
            B) call was frequently disconnected with message like all customer care executive are busy.
            C) your channels will active shortly.

            We had wasted many days to follow-up you on channels activation. Where we had already paid in advanced.

            Now its limit to bear videcon d2h service.

            Kindly take suitable action to active our channels as per our request else reimburse our paid amount so that we can get other subscribers like dish tv, tata skey or local cable operators.

              But operater in not confirm the my new pacakge & not confirm the

              & confirm the any other packge acctiveted for 300 reachrge for only 20 days pack

                Still the customer care nos. Of d2h are not reachable most of the time. And by chance even if you get through the executive shamelessly says that their system is down so they can't help. On the other hand d2h are adding unnecessary channels (Their own active channels) which i never chosen in ny package and charging heavy amount for those deducting my account balance. Is anyone from trai or any other regulatory authority looking to these consumer complaints?
                After recharge of300rs, d2h not yet started, I have tried all possible things, also call to customer care but no one is responding their, fed-up with service

                      Videocon d2h should be stopped permanently. They do not provide anything that a d2h service provider should provide. Their customercare number is just for namesake. They do not take calls despite calling several times in a month and if they pick up by mistake that say technical issues are going on and they can't help. Pathetic service. I have been facing problems since months now. Earlier there was no signal for more than 2 months despite paying and complaining. I did not even receive the down-payment for that as they are saying that they can't see the complaint no. But the question is.. How does a customer complains? Their customercare no. Is not working. Even in the app and website your are not able to put the complain due to technical issue and the captcha does not show.
                      Then how are we supposed to complain. Sent then several mails too. Currently i'm not able to see several channels despite paying for it. They are harassing their customers. This is just not done. Some action needs to be taken against them.

                      No response has been there from videocon till now.. It's been more than a week since my last complain. I'm still not able to see most of the channels. Customer care not responding. Please do something about it .

                      Now even the other channels which were coming have stopped coming. We are planning to port to tatasky now. As no response has been there from Videocon and nothing has been done. Pathetic d2h providers.

                        This is hanumanth juttal of customer id : 45573326 using your service from so many years, but its a worst experience from last few months. On 7th january as usual i recharged of rs.166 (As same amount from last 2months), but due to trai rules i'm not able to view the earlier south kannada channels and from that day to till day i'm keep on calling and ur executives keep on saying our service is down, so try after 1hr/5hrs. But when i call back same dialogue service is down or else your number will be busy as always. So due to this i'have not switched on tv & d2h set top box from that day (Jan 7th to till).

                        Yesterday again i had recharged rs.246 and getting only some south kannada channels and till some channels not. So i called to your customer service and they not ready to provide information and keep on same our service is down not able to provide information, try after 1hr.

                        I lost my money and patience, so try to resolve it or else going to complaint same to next level. If possible will complaint to trai and broadcast minister, social media.

                          Very bad service is given by d2h. The lines are busy and finally when the call is received the care people dont solve u problem instead they give reasons of technical problem and ask us to call again an again tomorrow no guidance is given they dont listen to your problem.I have chosen my own pack and also recharged with the pack amount but still my own pack is not activated and the app also dont show any updated details.The care people misguide you, some say the new pack has been activated the other says u have ur old pack still.Now channels like zee and star i am not able to see which were active in my old pack also and also i have taken it in my new pack. It shows msg "the channel is not included in ur pack".They have purposely blocked the channels i hav even paid for those channels nor the care people are interested in solving our problem even on asked for a call back in the app no call back has come yet from their side.I request you Trai to help me with dis issue its been 3 day the channels we are not able to see which i have taken in my pack the d2h customer care is not help me to solve the issue.please help me to solve dis problem and take action against their services.

                            Very bad customer service by d2h.The care people dnt guide you at all lines are to busy n finall when the call is received after so many attempts still the care people dont solve the problem instead they ask you to call tomorrow again and again.I hav selected my own pack still most of the channels which are there in pack are not able to see the msg is seen the channel is not included in your pack.one person says the new pack has been updated the other says you have your old pack even those channel which were der in our old pack now even that channels we are not able to see.nor the apps show proper details of the pack we hav rite nowi have even recharged the pack but channels like zee star we arenot able to see it seems that the videocon care is not at all interested to solve their customers problems.trai please help me to solve this problem.

                              Videocon settop box not powering on. I have written few mails to videocon d2h customer care emailed also. Received ono proper response. Asking me to log a call in customer care. I am trying everyday calling customer care number [protected]. It is always coming busy. Subsequently i have written to them to change the settop box. But every effort is in vain.

                                Sir,
                                My consumer id[protected], on 8th feb 2018 i complaint to videocon d2h customer care against reducing my end subscription date, because i had taken long term recharge for 1 year, according to the plan consumer gets benefit for (360 day + 30 day). Then on 10th feb 2018 the customer care informed me through an email that my end of subscription date is "mar 4, 2019"

                                But on 16 feb my d2h account got closed, with a message that you have insufficient balance.

                                On 17 feb 2019, i wrote an email to videocond2h at [protected]@d2h.com regarding my problem that my d2h account is closed & and i am not taking any kind of add on pack. The original end date of my subscription was 4th mar 2019 but it was ended on 16th feb 2019.

                                I have already registered a complain on 20th feb 2019 and they told me that complaint is resolved till 21th feb 2019, but till now the complaint is not being resolved.

                                  I have recharged my videocon d2h 17th feb 2019. Recharge was done successfully but channel isn't working yet. I am continuously calling to customer care number for channel selection but till today i cant able yo connect them as every time when i select to speak with customer care option to check mera wala plan but all time they are putting me on hold and says that all calls are busy... After few minutes the call automatically disconnect... And when i trying to login at official site... The funniest thing is that you are saying to put registered mail or phone no after putting that i am not receiving otp or password. After tan i have installed d2h application from android play store and over there also same happen. I have select channel list then process to payment gateway massage is getting to thank you. Your details has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you shortly.

                                  I just have a question if i have sufficient amount in my d2h account so why you have disconnect my channel before my recharge due date.

                                  Our children is very arresting to our family because of they have entertainment for them.

                                  And if you are saying that to change your plan or select your channel as per choice for that do 'this this this' 1st please make sure that its all working correctly.
                                  As per my view or as customer you have to wrong allot to your customer centrality.

                                  And in last i want to say that from 7 years i am using videocon d2h but this type of service i never experienced.

                                  Please if you can look into the same and resolve my issue so it will great help from you.

                                  I am very very very arresting to videocon d2h services.

I have four (3 mirror) d2h connections in one id[protected]. My 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th connections not work properly my connection is stop showing channels and show the error is (16-4.) d2h are all time return mailed and massage me only this msg. (Please call on [protected] from registered tel number. Your services will resume shortly. Please save this number for future use)
                                    But not solve my paid channels not showing problem. I am recharge 16th feb 2019. Please solve my problem i am not see any programmes last 12days in my all tv sets.

                                      With due to respect i would like to tell you that videocon d2h customer care representatives are not helpful and could not able to solve my problems. My problem is that i cant able to see some 5 to 6 numbers of channels which are already included into my previous base pack. As i told them that these channels are very important for me and i want those back as soon as possible but they did not response so now i am writing my complains here. According to trai's new rules this compay is also not able to migrate my new pack although i did my selection properly and submitted it on there website https://www.d2h.com but now i am not talking about new plan, i am talking about the old plan and they told me previously that there will be no interruption or any problem, but now i am facing lots of interruption and problems. Sir i dont need any problem regarding this issues because i am paying lots of money and i am also telling you that this company has a very poor service. There is also sufficient balance into my account although i am not able to see some important channels. I told to customer care but they did not solved it. But how far i know the new rules of trai's are already available in market but this company did not migrate my new plans and selection. I therefore, request you as a customer kindly make a serious step and kindly help me to solve my problems.

                                      With due to respect i would like to tell you that videocon d2h customer care representatives are not helpful and could not able to solve my problems. My problem is that i cant able to see some 5 to 6 numbers of channels which are already included into my previous base pack. As i told them that these channels are very important for me and i want those back as soon as possible but they did not response so now i am writing my complains here. According to trai's new rules this compay is also not able to migrate my new pack although i did my selection properly and submitted it on there website https://www.d2h.com but now i am not talking about new plan, i am talking about the old plan and they told me previously that there will be no interruption or any problem, but now i am facing lots of interruption and problems. Sir i dont need any problem regarding this issues because i am paying lots of money and i am also telling you that this company has a very poor service. There is also sufficient balance into my account although i am not able to see some important channels. I told to customer care but they did not solved it. But how far i know the new rules of trai's are already available in market but this company did not migrate my new plans and selection. I therefore, request you as a customer kindly make a serious step and kindly help me to solve my problems.

                                        Despite of selection of plan and having sufficient balance no service is received even after 7 days.its more than 15 days that there is no service. We are cutomer to this service for more than 4 years. We did not havd any problem in the past resulting in no interaction with customer care department. But after this event we contacted call centers, wrote emails but still issue is unresolved. Expect a speedy action now.
