I have paid money for my dth pack 23 days before. Afterthat i wanted to add 3channels but my company so careless and irresponsible.. Today company unnecessary add and remove chanel without my permission.. They never give proper response.. Never call receive by videocon dth.. Unnecessary cut charges. My customer id is[protected]. I m so upset and frustrated. So please do needful action

    Dear trai,

    I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 28091518. Since from last 1 months, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

    Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 500 for which i should get incomplete services for last 1 month but they have deducted amount in my account for no reason. Again i have complained to their email id's-nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com, deepak. [protected]@dishd2h.com, yogendra. [protected]@dishd2h.com and [protected]@d2h.com, but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in regular my email in the month of february 2019 also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

    As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min to 1 & hours). Sometimes call gets disconnected by videocon customer care & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

    Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

    I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

    Dear Sir, I had recharged my Videocon d2h id 280915 for Rs.500/- on dated 11-02-2019 and my monthly recharge amount are Rs.248/-. My service blocked by Videocon d2h and balance shown on my accounts Rs.9. And today i have recharged my account for Rs.100/- reference number is 3943999100 but my service not resumed by Videocon so I requested to you please look into the matter on priority.         My d2h customer i'd is : 59269531
        I m so frusted with videocon d2h service as i recharge 680 platinum hd pack on 23rd feb 2019 but i m not able to see marathi channels since morning i m trying to reach them but their customer care no are busy. They kept me waiting for 6-7 min and only said "hello videocon" and disconnected the call please take some serious action against them as they don't care about their customers time and money 😡

          As per trai rules, i can choose even free channels too but videocon d2h is not at all giving me selection options. They have just predefined criteria either
          Of them i am compulsorily to choose.
          Even i am not being allowed to downgrade my pay channel list. Inspite of several complaints, they are still charging at higher rate.
          There are some days when their connection gone off air for whole days but no one is going to listen or adding my validity days.

I complained on their customer care no. Many times but then also they are not providing us our service. So kindly take action against this matter. I hope you would accept my request.

              Im a videocon d2h user. As per trai's new rules, i have selected the channels as per my need and submitted the request on videocon d2h website but there seems to be no effect. I have also recharged appropriately for rs500 for the month on 12feb2019 but still i cant view any of the pay channels. None of the customer care numbers are connecting. Im wondering what my rs 500 is used for. I dont know where i can complain against the d2h guys. Their service is already becoming costly and now they are duping customers their money by not provide the proper service for which they charge.

                I am trying to create my own plan in videocon d2h portal. But only 3 malayalam free channels are listed. Many channels are not listed.

                And the default list showing duplicate selection.

                When i contacted customer service, response was try after 1 hour and i tried the same, but the result is same

                It seems like company dont want allow user to select there own channel, and want to force the customers to use custom pack created by the company.

                    I have made about 100 plus calls in 20 days but every time they promise that the problem is escalated to the backend team and they are working.

                      Videocon d2h has the worst customer service before trai and after trai it's beyond ridiculous. They deducted 220 without transfering my plan to trai. Since feb4th i have tried reaching customer service but call gets cut. The website was not working and app as well. Only yesterday i was able to login. After spending 2 hrs on trai and another two hours on d2h site, i was disappointed to note that the company has continued with its fraudulant streak now as well. Most of the bouquets are missing and i can't choose free channels and am falsely billed for 25 dd channels while actual list has only about 15. Somehow they are using that wrong number to make his reach 100 channel count while we are not anywbere close to that selection. And final bomb was i had 92 totally selected but the bill was 150 for ncf. Broad daylight crime. This is not the first time always they take our money by asking to pay first. Then for days customer service is unavailable. I just lost 220. Now they are asking me to pay another 100 before activating trai. Cause after all this time spent i can't submit the request online. I can reach customer servicr only in the midnight and they cut the call with half answer. If trai is globally active eng should we call them to do activate and i know 100 will not work as basic charge is 130. Total fraud company. I am allowed to add addons from sms but to remove i have to call 10 or more days to get to an agent to remove. By then my balance is over and they say recharge again after that only we can remove your add on. This company lives to loot people. Have been patient for more than five years as d2h was new but now they are living to loot us. Everyday one rupee looted is equal to crores of loot. Please action on them. The app is dumber than them. If trai says they are the first ones to implement trai i think it's because trai has taken bribe. Nobody will approve this ridiculous implementation. They are scheming together to earn a minimum of 200 from everyone every month through their crafty combos n pacjages. Am stuck here because of the set top box. This will not prosper. All the money you earn will be spent in the hospital

                          I am having videocon d2h customer id 96294529 according to your rules i have subscribed channels successfully in 14th feb 2019. On 15th february i have called their technician for checking and paid him rs. 300/- for his visit. From 14th feb to 22nd feb. Called to customer care service from 9:00 am to late night 2:00 am but still not solve the problem. Every time i got a reply that after one hr. Service will be activated. Humbly request you for attention

                            They just blocked my set top box without any reason and without telling me and now when i am trying to reactive it their customer care service ask me to call again 1-2 hours or sometime ask to call next day. Reason given to call again that technical issue is going on. This all is going from last 8 days. And from today 22 february they just stop picking up my calls. Morning i called them they ask to call after 2 hours as usual, so i called the after 2 hours but they stop picking up my calls.
                            Several times i mail them but there also they ask to call customer care number.
                            This is the worst customer care service i ever had with any company. This is the way videocon d2h deals with their customer problems.

                              Respected sir i have complane against videocon d2h because i have to rechage my d2h account before 4 to 5 working days but still they are not activated my d2h account i have complain to videocon costumer care but they did not proper reponce i m still sufring from those problem.
                              This is my second complain plz find the problem n solve my d2h account costumer id[protected].

                                From the last 25days i am trying to choose my tv channel pack on d2h.com website & it's mobile app. But after selection of chanel boukey when i am proceed to submit it says "your package is not migrated due to technical error."

                                For that i am contact to customer care executive 100 times but they are not solve my issue till date.

                                Even i sent complaint mail to customer care & nodal officer of maharashtra but still the problem remains same.

                                So request you to please do the needful as early as possible. My customer id is[protected].

                                  It had been 10 days and we are unable to select gold marathi combo.
                                  All your customer care, technical office, back end office, call back office are not able to select gold marathi combo for my customer id:[protected] citing technical reasons.
                                  Nobody from your company is able to tell "how many days it will require to rectify the technical error." and start the marathi gold combo.
                                  Now no paid channel are visible, error showing e16-4, we had already called [protected] and waited 1 hour with no results.
                                  Just, inform how to get refund of our balance lying with you as you are negligent in providing customer service.
                                  Else, we need to approach consumer court to claim back our money due to bad customer service support and additional amount for mental torture in calling your call center for past 10 days with no results.

                                    My problem is related to the password means i am unable to login through password for an example when i signup fill (Customer id, rtn, email, password, confirm password) then submit it shows this email id has been already registered kindly use another email wednesday i talked to customer care and she said no email id is registered on this customer id she gave me complain no. Also (Dear sajid khan your complaint no.[protected] for customer id 30398020 has been registered and will get resolved till thursday, february 21, 2019 04.24 pm) and she updated my email id
                                    Then i go to login page click on forgot password and submit my id then it shows password has been reset and sent into ur register mob. Number these process i have done many times but till now i didn't get any password related link or password. Today i talked to d2h customer care 3times and every time they said forwarding ur call to senior and call get cut worst customer service of d2h. From 2weaks i am facing this issue i have sent many mails but no reply and no solution of my problem
                                    I have attached 3 files plz see this and plz solve my problem and plz extrict action against videocon d2h due to providing worst service

And said within 24hrs it will solve till now 24days have been completed of my d2h problem but videocon d2h team's 24hrs didnt complete that is the main reason I said worst service of videocon actually videocon d2h doesn't deserve 1 star rating also

                                      Am a senior citizen & veteran army officer.

                                      My videocon d2h cust id is 11056840. I have 3 tv sets. Since 14 feb 19 paid channels are not coming on any set. I have spoken to their cust care everyday and 3 times to their supervisor, but no action has been taken by videocon d2h. The standard reply of cust care is that action will be taken in next few hours but nothing happens.

                                      I have also lodged 3 or 4 complaints and next day when the status of my complaint is asked from cust care, they reply that the complaint has been closed. Why, when no action has been taken? They have no answer or say that complaint has been closed automatically.

                                      It is almost impossible to connect to their cust care. If you are lucky you may get connected after 20 tries and wait of minimum10 to 15 minutes.

                                      I have taken all actions suggested by them, like filling required details on web site www.d2h.com, filling details on mobile app "d2h infinity" and filling details on their special channel on tv. Nothing has worked and cust care just says that they will look into it but no action is taken.

                                      Please help as it has been 9 days and videocon d2h has taken no action.

                                        We had taken airtel d2h connection as we need channel mh one for live vaishnodevi aarti.

                                        Wrt to account no : [protected], we have selected the package as per our choice in last week. Suddenly after that we had problem are were not able to view mh one and few other channels for which we complained and engineer has visited and resolved the issue. Again after 2 days we are facing same problem and not able to view subscribed channel mh one, we had almost called customer care 7-8 times on 20th feb to resolve the issue but there is no action taken and we are still not getting mh one.
                                        And we tried to call customer care but there is no response, executive are not receiving the call. Infact there is no response to nay of the mails. They are sending sms stating that channel has been added to package but we are still not able to view it.
