[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — videocon d2h set of box not upgraded to hd

I have applied and recharged my account with rs 749/- on 16/1/2020 to upgrade my existing set of box to hd by having conversations with the customer care as it was not working for few days due to some technical issues.
Despite several times contacting with the customer care representatives, the issue has not been yet resolved.
Moreover they ingnore our issues by saying that they there is some technical issues at the backend server and put the call on hold for several minutes and at the end disconnect it.
