[Resolved] Videocon D2H — worst and crusade videocon d2h service | |||||
Worst service ever I have seen by any DTH service provider. I too agree that Videocon d2h is intentionally not provided their toll free customer care no. And if provided than the call mostly not connected, if connected then they put on hold for long hours and automatically disconnect the call. Overall doesn't care for their customers. I have selected for multiroom connection services provided by d2h from more than a month. For connection it require 24 to 48 hour but instead of that from more than a month they are not able to give me the multiroom connection and playing with an existing customer emotion, money and time. Everytime I have given request and complain soo many time, more than 50 times but without the customer concern they cancel the request by concerned engineer so many times and complaint without informing the customer. Some of the time customer put the receiver on and not responding to anything and singing song in background. I just want to ask for video on d2h customer are we a beggars for them??
