i am using videocon d2h from last 2 years and recently i have purchased one new connection
in that distributor had told me that you will get
d2h cinema channel free for first month so after one month i got a massage that d2h cinema free time is over from tommarow you will have to pay 60rs per month but i dont want to subscribe that channel so immediately on the same day i have logged in my account for removal of that channel
but couldn't so i called customer care and asked to remove that channel and cc executive have register a complaint for removal of that channel on 29 jan 2016 with complaint no[protected]
on 30th jan 2016 i got a massage that your complaint has been resolved but i see that the channel is still active on my d2h and on 31st jan 2016 i got the message that thanks for activating D2H Cinema at 01:39 pm but i have not given any kind of request regarding activation of D2H again i called cc for that issue which is not yet solved and i am paying for what i don't want i spoke with senior executive for that and she register the complaint for removal of that channel which is force fully activated from your side and complaint no is[protected] on 2:28pm
on same day i got massage that your complaint is resolved but i can see that the channel is still active on my D2H so i am requesting you people to solve this issue as soon as possible

    Dear Sir/madam,
    I am Kishore having videocon D2h (HD) connection bearing customer id[protected], and i ahve recharged my d2h connection by online on 12.12.2015 for six months and at the same time i have activated 12M SOUTH SILVER MAXI PHD ADD-ON from the available add on list, at that time it is showing 12M SOUTH SILVER MAXI PHD ADD-ON (Price free lockin period 12 months) accordingly i have activated. But surprisingly the d2h provider had debit Rs. 999/- from my account.
    In this regard i have contacted the customer and asked explained the issue and show me the remedy, but they have informed that as it is the offer for the normal d2h box customers, to attract them to upgrade to HD box. And you are already an existing HD box customer, hence the offer will not applicable to you that's why you had charged Rs.999/-.

    Moreover they are reporting that, if you are not interested to continue with HD addon we will deactivate the same but the amount was not refunded but it is very unjust so i have requested them to divert my call to their higher officer (i.e. Nodal officer) to hope my problem will be solved at there. But regret to inform that, the nodal officer is asking to show the screenshot of the offer list that they have shown while selecting the addon, but unfortunately i don't have any screen shot for that and he told that it is out of his control and it is the the customer care representatives responsibility.

    Hence i am writing to you and here my question is, as i am already an existing HD box customer then why they have shown the offer in my available addon list as for free of cost and after selecting the same why they have charged Rs.999/- and harashing me while asking for refund by showing some baseless answers.

    Therefore i am requesting you to please look in to the matter and show me appropriate remedy at the earliest and take necessary action on the said d2h provider to do not repeat such fraudulent offers

        Hi,

        I would like to inform you that I have taken Videocon D2H, My Customer id is :[protected], Am Using South Pack, My Monthly package is something is 203 something, every month I will recharge like that, suddenly some body Called me from your outbound department and they forced to prefer 6 month recharge and they promised for some offer. Promised offer is 1200 worth online gift voucher. I trusted that agent and I did Recharged with 1218 rupees. I didn’t get any thing offer vouchers or website links to my mobile that’s why I called to customer care and asked about my issue. Customer care executive said it will take 24 hours, again I called you after 48 hours but customer care executive said its already we have send and its delivered to you. But still I didn’t get anything. After that again I called you again they are telling we will take compliant otherwise we can’t do anything. All peoples are taking useless compliant and resolving themselves. Its not right response.
        If my requested is not addressed at the earliest. Sorry to inform you that I have no other choice to shift toer provider who render better services at all times. some oth

            on 19.12.2015 I have recharge for Rs. 254 (Super Gold package) and rechaged successfully, next month on 20.01.2016 I have forgot my Customer ID so called up from my registered number to Customer Care on Tollfree No [protected] for Customer ID and I have received mail in which I have provided ID[protected] from your VM-VIDDTH dept. in the name of my son Harsh Jhodane and I have recharged for Rs. 254 now when I came to know that balance not updated on my account so called up to Customer care again they have provided me another ID[protected] which is also in the name of my son Harsh Jhodane by saying that on ID Number[protected] don't have any product, when there is no product why you have given me this ID ? so I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and transfer my amount from ID No.[protected] to ID No.[protected] asap.

              My D2h services was suddenly interrupted in the morning saying you have not paid your service charge of Rs.425 which you availed on January 18 (Technician coming to my place and replacing STB). Now I have to say that there wasn't any technician sent to my place neither I have asked for the same.
              However I did asked for it on December 21, 2015 which also got resolved and received a confirmation email.
              A confirmation simply means that I have paid for the service. But here the executive is charging me for availing the service for free. It feels so insulted when you are accused of non payable of charges despite paying the same via cash to the technician. And most important thing which technician will come to anybody's place to give the service and will go back without taking money?? I am being unnecessarily harassed by the fake story being made by the D2H team for a cheap 425/-
              And why have they suddenly come up to me after one month if they thought I took service for free. My service is suspended for over 10 hours now.
              Its time to switch to another D2H service. Had enough of this nonsense.

                I shifted home from Borivali to Surat. That why I register complaint for shifting d2h connection no for the same. When service engineer came for DE installation he was asked for Rs.300 rupees charges and gave me 2 options either pay here or will pay at time of reinstallation. I told I will pay at time of installation. And there is balance of Rs.284.00 dated on 16.01.2016 at time of DE installation. When service engineer come today for installation told they already deducted Rs.300 form the balance. And for resuming the service D2h people again asked for Rs.300. I really face to much Harassment. I am in office and almost discussed this issue to D2h officer 1 and half hours. I really want to surrender this connection and they people deny for any refund. My cell no is [protected]. Please help and advice people do not buy Videocon D2h connection.

                  I am riyaz iam using videcon 2year and few month last fifteenth i instal videcon in another loccation i given 300 rupees for engineear and recharge 310 onday i get chanel next day automatic cut i call custemer service. 5 days daily they are take complaint and telling me tomarrow we solve ur problem i speek 2 supervisor
                  Today is 18th they my chanel not working today al so i called custemer service what they told before the same way they are taking again what we will do
                  I think not use fore custemer care

                    I paid 17000 as renewal fees for 4 HD connections in my house. 20 days later they asked 150Rs for software renewal I refused and they disconnected my connections. First of all I am not liable to pay 150Rs. Secondly if they asked I already paid 17000 and they disconnected. That means[protected]=zero

                      I had opted for South Silver package from Videocon D2h Dish antenna. For the past one week, most of the Tamil Channels were not available. When I complained on 12/1/16, representative informed that they would be coming the same day. But nobody turned up. On 13/01/16, again I lodged a complaint. Customer care informed that they would be sending representative within 08 working hours. But no body turned up. A very very poor service.

                        I am really disappointed with the service of Videocon D2H. I have raised a request for Re-Installation at my new address on 8th January 2016. But till now there is action on my request. They claim to provide the service within 24 hrs., but its almost a week no agents have come here for re-installation. I contact customer care thrice, whenever i call them say they request is at top priority. When I call the service agent ([protected]) initially they were saying they will come and just say some time and they don't turn up. Now, they say they cant come to our apartment and just keeping the phone. My subscription balance is getting over and if they cannot have the re-installation done I would like to get compensation for buying there set-up box and dish antenna as that would be of no use.                         Till now I have not got any response from Videocon. I get automated calls saying to recharge my D2H connection.
                        But nobody has called me relating to re-installation.

                        In the above reply, you have mentioned, the issue has been forwarded to the concerned department. Now its 10 day. Can you help me with what response have been taken by your concerned department.

                              Hi, My name is lingaraju and my cust id[protected]. I shifted to new house recently. So I raised a request on 2nd jan. reinstallation of d2h machine. Its more than 1 week, still I am waiting for the product to reinstall. I nearly called about 6 time's from 2nd jan, everytime they are creating a new requestid with expect resolution time but there is no response after that. TV is displaying message " No Signal Found". I have reported about this matter 4 days back and called to your customer care center 5-6 times but till now my issue is not resolved.                                     I have a Videocon d2h set up box. So...I recharged on 4/11/2015 for Rs 606, all the other details are available in the uploaded image, this recharge was meant for 3 months as it was mentioned in the website but they basically did something and in the first week of December our balance was Rs 2. This is utter cheapness exhibited by Videocon, i tried calling them, they are not responding and they telling us to hold on line and are cutiing our call eventually. I have all rights to know what happened to my hard earned money and i want it back immediately. I would like to say videocon is the worst service provider in India.

                                      Hi, This is about Videocon D2H. There was a problem in my setup box. We paid money to replace the box as it was 1 year old and it's being around 7 days, still the services have not been restored. Person from videocon is not sure that by when services will be working. We have complaint many times but no positive response from Videocon. Currently we do not have setup box. I did the 1 year of recharge and i am without any service. I don't think i will get any extension for non working period. I don't expect this kind of service from videocon. Kindly look into the matter and get it fixed as soon as possible.                                       I got the email from company that issue is fixed. I forwarded the complaint to nodal and posted on Videocon facebook page as well. I don't how this consumer complaints website works. I have never received any email or confirmation from this website. I don't think issue got resolve because of this website.

                                        I ordered for a new DTH connection today[protected] am (Sri gurudev enterprises stationery and xerox 17/17, Gottigere, bannergatta MainRoad, Bangalore 560083) even agent did not pick the call.Your agent told me he will sent your technition at 3 pm to 5pm after 5 pm I called the agent and told I need the connection today itself, he told me he will surely give it today, at 4 pm technition called me and told your number is not working i got customer verification call at 3pm, he will come on 26 or 27th when I call technition his mobile is disconnecting.how irresponsible is your dealer and technition.I don't need your connection any more, even my friends or family members won't take a Videocon connection ant more...
