The Details of Purchased Item/s from M/s Sai Srinivasa Electronics, Main Road, Tadepalligudem, W.G. District, A.P. (Contact No. 08818 – 226856) are furnished below:-
(1) In the beginning on May 26th, 2013 Evening we have Purchased one Khaitan Air Cooler (Warranty for 1 Year) for Rs.5, 000/- from Vendor (Mr Prasad (Contact No.[protected]), M/s Sai Srinivasa Electronics, Main Road, Tadepalligudem, W.G. District, A.P.). (For Which Bills are not Enclosed) But when we Switched On for first time on May 26th, 2013 Night around 10.00pm, it worked for only 2 – 3 Minutes and all of sudden it stopped Working. (2) Later immediate next day i.e, May 26th, 2013 Evening we told to our Vendor about the Problem of Khaitan Air Cooler. Vendor (Mr.Prasad) told that that he will Assist with Company Service Mechanic to Rectify the Problem .(3) On May 28th, 2013 Evening Service Mechanic by name Mr. Varma (Contact No.[protected]) from Vijayawada arrived and attended for Repairing. After thorough Check - Up he told that Problem is with ‘Capacitor’ and as such he replaced with new Capacitor. Later soon later, night after he left our House, Air Cooler stopped Working like before, and as such he asked us to Replace with new Air Cooler as our Air Cooler is in Warranty Period.(4) On May 29th, 2013 Evening we have Returned Back the Purchased Khaitan Air Cooler requesting our Vendor (Mr.Prasad) to Pay – Back our Amount of Rs.5, 000/-. He told that he has to discuss with his Partner whether to Pay – Back the Amount or not. But after repeated asking to Pay – Back the Amount he said he has to discuss with his Partner.(5) Later myself and Mrs made up our mind to Purchase Videocon Semi – Automatic Washing Machine (Model : VS65C26-GLE) worth Rs.8, 000/- by Paying Balance Amount of Rs.3, 000. And as such we Purchased Videocon Semi – Automatic Washing Machine (Model : VS65C26-GLE) worth Rs.8, 000/- vide Cash Bill No. 58 dated 14th of July, 2013 for Rs.8000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) with TIN:[protected] Evening of 14th of July, 2013. (Bill Copy Duly Attached with Copy of Warranty Terms and Conditions).(6) In the beginning it worked for nearly 4 – 5 Times. But, real Troubles Started within short span, like it Works for Soaking first time and for Soaking second time, it didn’t worked and when we intimated same to Vendor immediately. Mr.Prasad, Vendor directed a Electrician. Electrician told the Problem is with Switch Board. Then even after constant changing of different Switch Boards the Washing Machine didn’t Work properly.(7) In Second Half of August, 2013 we were forced to Call Videocon Customer Care No.[protected] for registering Compliant. They registered Compliant and as such they directed Videocon Service Mechanic of Tadepalligudem by name Mr.Prasad (Contact No.[protected]). He attended and at the time of his arrival fortunately the Washing Machine was Working and soon later after he left it didn’t work. But he told us to Call him on Phone next day before Soaking of our Clothes with Washing Machine. Then immediate next day when we Called up for nearly 40 – 50 Times (Between 5.30 pm and 9.30pm) honestly he didn’t respond to our Calls.(8) Later, on 19th September, 2013 Morning we with the direction of Dealer given the Washing Machine to Service Centre at Tadepalligudem with a intention to get it repaired as it is in Warranty Period. After 10-12 days long the Servicing Centre Men Sent our Washing Machine saying that it has no defects. (But sincerely they didn’t even Checked the Washing Machine.)(9) Again and again the same Problem continued till November 24th, 2013 since the Day of Purchase i.e, 14th of July, 2013 of Washing Machine i.e, Soaking for first time only.(10) But, finally when we asked our Vendor Mr.Prasad to replace the Washing Machine with the new Washing Machine on November 24th, 2013 Morning with a Letter to sign it (Enclosed), he rejected. But, the Vendor directed Service Mechanic Mr.Ramu (Contact No.[protected] / [protected]) and as such he directed Service Technician Mr.Suresh (Contact No.[protected])who couldn’t able to Identify or Rectify the Problem with Washing Machine. ;as such we sent the Washing Machine to the Dealer and the Dealer sent the Washing Machine to Service Centre Men. And Service Centre Men asked us for Purchase Bill and Warranty Card Copies for getting repaired. We honestly submitted Purchase Bill and Warranty Card Copies on 28th of November, 2013. There is no proper response either from Dealer or Service Centre Men till date i.e, 9th Evening of December, 2013.Please Find all Contact Numbers for your Ready Reference:-
