I Hv launched the complaint on 29 May but no one is solving the issue. Yesterday technician visited and changed the PCB worth of ₹2300 but still the problem is there. I am very disappointed with the service of this company. We have to call them more than 10times to visit at our address still they do not visit we are going to there place to get them.     I recharge Rs 189 but it was waived from my no then i call to 198 they told me that my sim was new and they give me 30 rs bal and that was not finished thats why the plan of 189 was override, It was not satisfactory to me and it was not mention in there plan broser that you have to finish my bal then to recharge. when i told them for refund my bal or my plan they disconnect the phone and when i again try to call they put my call to hold and the call was not connected agian . so please return my 189 plan or bal i request u to give it back.

        Sir, I had purchased a Videocon Fridge model V58WFT3 in Sept 2012. The fridge has not been working properly and the compressor already replaced once on 21 April 2014. Now the fridge is not working properly again.The customer care is unable to resolve the problem. I am totally unsatisfied and will be forced to take legal course if my fridge is not repaired satisfactorily on priority. The quality of parts used is very poor and breaksdown so frequently, that its a shame to call yourself an INDIAN MNC.

            iam a videocon ddb tv customer my CUSTOMER ID. 99197842, My tv is not working properly since the date of purchase. since one year iam requesting at videocon customer care to change my tv but they gave me false promises to resolve my problems but they failed to solve my problem. i feel very frustated and cheated after purchasing the tv.

              Dear sir, My name is Amanpreet Singh. Few days before I purchased new sim of videcon and its num is [protected]. On 3June 2014 I made a special recharge of ISD pack of RS36. According to which we can make calls to [protected]@30p/min. On the same day I made call to Canada and it was charged 30p/min, but the next day I made the call on same num and it was charged 6.40Rs/min instead of 30p/min. On complaining the customer care they made fake excuses and told me to purchase the same ISD pack again. This is totally fraud, please help me Regards, Amanpreet Singh

                i had bought Videocon DDB LED TV 32 INCH and this tv is not working properly from the day it purchase, i had requested at customer care several times to exchange my Tv as this is defective piece but they can, t replace it
                .they make me fool every time by ensuring me to fix the problem but they are unable to resolve the problem since today. iam very frustated and feel cheated buy purchasing this Tv as this is worst TV. I feel that my hardly earned money get wasted, its almost 1 year since they making me fool.

                  For my restaurant business at Galleria Market in Gurgaon (Cafe Wanderlust, SF 53-54, First Floor, DLF Galleria Market, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon), I had bought two Videocon Air Conditioners (Split, 2 tons each) in July 2013 (still under warranty). There have been many problems, one after the other with these ACs right from the beginning and not one month has gone by when I have not complained and got someone to repair the ACs. As you understand, this is a customer focused business and as such, faulty air-conditioning can be a business spoiler in more ways than one. Yesterday (May 31, 2014) after another such complaint to Videocon customer care, a technician came in, cleaned the air conditioner (charged 1000 rs for that) and said that all is now fine with the ACs except for a sensor which needs to be replaced in one of them. However, since then, the ACs have stopped working and even the one that was perfectly all right as per the technician is leaking water all over. When complained, the technician refused to entertain us and said that he will be there only when he can and did not give any time frame for that. Shockingly, even the Videocon customer care was totally apathetic to our problems. In fact, the Senior Supervisor at the customer care center named Neha told us to complain wherever we may wish to but nothing can be done more than what the technician had told us. Also even after 4 visits the problem has not been resolved and they do not want to replace the air conditioner even though its still in warranty,

                    Hi, I bought a Washing Machine from Nandilath G-Mart, Karamana, Trivandrum, Kerala, its model is VS60A12BBU. I have billed an invoice TVM2746 on 22-May-2014 and they delivered on 23-May-2014. We have start using the washing machine we found that its drain and fill valve was drop inside the machine. So i complaint to your customer care[protected] and they given a complaint no:COC[protected] on last Saturday, till time they are not informed why this delay. When I called them they told that parts was not delivered at there end. I am asking you what was your role on customer complaint, is this the way you clear the customer complaint.                       Myself Ishan Shah from Navsari, Gujarat I have purchased semi automatic washing machine few months back from dealer named Nimesh Electricals in navsari. After some days its wash tub motor stopped working so on my complaint videocon service engineer visited and replace the motor. And now few days back spin tub motor has stopped working so i called to my dealer for the same and they sent service engineer to my home. Service engineer checked everything and told that Motor is burnt and need to be replaced, he also conveyed that he will come again and bring new motor and will replace it. Now almost a week passed and no one has came for repair so i again called up to dealer about the same and he gave me vague reply like it will take 15 days or even a month also. What kind of service is this..? Its really pathetic.

                        On 11.5.2014 I bought a new videocon A15+ mobile from Poorvika Mobile, Pondy Bazaar, Chennai thro its invoice no . 2726. From the day one the instrument emits over heat while in talking and charging. On 21.5.2014 the instrument was hang out. When I complained with the seller and asked them to replace the defective piece with a new one they refused to exchange the defective one. I never expected that Vidoecon a reputed mobile company manufactured a defective mobile for sales after passing its quality check. I was having a great reputation with Videocon company.                           Hi, I am Syed Aftab holding Videocon DTH since six months. Recently I moved to new location and raise a request for refixing the dish and set of box on 26/05/2014 @9:30 AM. Call center team confirmed me the re-installation will be done in the same day and the complaint was No[protected]. I took office off that day waiting for the engineer, the engineer didn't turned up. Again I called the call center next day and they promised me that my compliant will be addressed, again I waited that whole day no one turned up. Finally I went to office and keep chasing the call center for next 3 days and every time I call different engineer picks the phone and apologies for delay and keep me in wait to talk the supervisor every time. On the fourth day luckily the engineer called and took the address and didn't turned up. When called him again he said he don't have tools to install the dish he gave his office # when called up the local office the same stories they are promising to send the engineer immediately, so far no one has attended the case and today morning while talking to their office they cut the phone in between and they are not picking phone continuously. I don't how to deal with it. I already wasted lot of time and money talking to their call center and local office. Can some one help me in getting the higher escalation for videocon DTH. I wanted to return back my box and device and better go with other vendor. I have very good experience with TATA SKY, in one of the similar case they done the job within 4 hours. Regards, Syed Aftab

                            Pl act on my contnous compaint. No action so far either on m/s shrishti enterprise who has taken rs, 450/- for replacing the burnt compressor, as advance vide receipt no 3930 dt 23/5/2015 and his technician mr ajay sharma, who manhandled me. Even so many calls to mr kapil batra (Videocon area incharge), and sms as well emails to him as well to customer care of videocon, has gone in deaf ears.

                            Why any body will buy videocon product when even your responsible people are not responding.

                              I have purchse the Videocon Tablet in Nov2013 from Jalandhar. The Battery backup was too short and only after one month, Tab not read the Pen drive/memory stick. Then I submitted the Tab for repair at 220, Master Tara Singh Nagar, Jalandhar repair centre in the month of March. He take 20days, but problem was same found again. Further I submit the Tab at repair centre on 22nd May 2014.He told that time in repair take more than 20 days.                                   Hi, I've purchased Videocon Split AC dated on 27/05/2013, at the time of purchase i was told i can avail 3 free services for every quarter from the date of purchase but none of it has been availed despite of repeated follow ups. VERY DISSAPOINTING!.. HE DIAGNOSED THAT COMPRESSOR HAS GONE BAD AND NEED TO BE REPLACED AND IT IS FREE UNDER WARRANTY BUT THEY WILL CHARGE RS, 2, 650/- FOR GAS FILLING (RS, 1750/-, VISITING CHARGES rS, 450/- AND TRANSPORT CHARGE...                                         I purchased a new sim card of videocon whowhosewhose no is [protected] on 15 maywith a recharge of 199 in which i got 199 main balance and 1 gb of internet data.. but when i browse internet about 18 mb company had charged me 187 rs from my main balance instead of deducting from data pack.. Regarding same when i speak to customer care they are replying with nonsense reasons and disconnected call at each level of customer services..Even the senior executives are doing the same. Please help me to resolve my problem and get my deducted amount add to my account back..
